This was my first time here and the million dollar bacon was good. I also enjoyed my potatoes and hot chocolate. The restaurant was clean and they had bar seating or you could sit on the patio. There's also the option to pay a bill online vs waiting to pay with a server. I'll be back here.

Not sure why there aren't a lot of reviews for this place. Maybe the place is newer but I genuinely thought this place was great. We were told there would be a 30 min wait for 6 after realizing we put our name down for the wrong location, but the hostess say us down within 10 min. The service here was honestly great and didn't have any issues. The place was super nice inside and the place just feels lively. I ended up getting the elevated egg sandwich with a side of biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was still pretty crispy so I know it was fresh. The gravy too was super flavorful and had the right amount pepper in it. The egg sandwich was also fresh and everything just tasted so good. Everything also paired together well. Would definitely come back!

Food was good, service was good, ambience was so-so. We came on a Sunday just after noon, so the wait for a table was averaging 30 minutes. We had gone online to place a reservation so that we wouldn't have to wait, but we still ended up standing in the foyer for about 10 minutes waiting for a table. The foyer was packed and people were starting to queue out the door. There wasn't room on the benches and chairs so we stood near the register. The parking lot was full too. It's free parking, but we had to park pretty far from the restaurant in what might have been shared parking with the vision place behind the restaurant. I would stay away from the covered parking spots because they are apparently reserved for a medical company. The restaurant is a standalone establishment. It's just a big square with tables and chairs and booths squished into the area. The noise was so loud, we had difficulty hearing each other. The color scheme appears to be grey. There is nothing unique or memorable about the decor here. The menu has a lot of wonderful breakfast items: lemon ricotta pancakes, Floridian French Toast with kiwi and berries, the bacado frittata, and even sandwiches for those wanting lunch. Three in our group chose the Eggs Benedict - two got the smoked salmon Benedict and one got the BLT Benedict. Another member in our party opted for the seasonal pumpkin spice pancakes. It seemed a little early to have these on the menu since it is definitely summer here in August, but since this is a national chain, I'm guessing someone north is already pining for the Fall season. Food was nicely presented and was filling. There was plenty of room for our rectangular shaped plates to fit on the table. Prices were approximately $15 per plate. The server was kind, and prompt with taking and delivering our order. She refilled our drinks upon request. I like First Watch, but I'm not fond of this noisy location with its drab, uninspiring decor. I might come back, but I would probably choose an earlier time and an off day to avoid the crowds.

This is a really nice first watch! Very spacious and the server was super friendly. We joined the waitlist in the app and were immediately seated upon arrival. I ordered the seasonal Parmesan bacon hash and it was phenomenal. So good my boyfriend kept stealing it off my plate! I'm hoping it makes it to the permanent menu

Great lunch. We've eaten breakfast at various First Watch locations around the US. We've always enjoyed them. Today, for the first time, we ate lunch at First Watch. And we enjoyed it! We each chose the 2 For You lunch. I chose salad and sandwich and my wife chose soup and salad. - Chicken Avocado Chopped Salad / Market Veggie Sandwich - Chicken Avocado Chopped Salad / Tomato Soup While the portions in the 2 For You lunch are smaller, there was plenty of food to fill you up.

This is a modern restaurant with lots of glass and high industrial ceilings. The color scheme of muted greens and blues create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. On this busy Saturday, the restaurant was bustling, however our wait was less than 5 minutes. I ordered the egg white omelet which had turkey, feta and spinach-a nice combination! I loved the thick whole grain artisan toast also. I'm knocking off a star bc all in my party (4) had lukewarm food. Overall a nice addition to Addison!

Food never disappoints BUT be prepared to wait minimum of 30+ minutes. Elevated sandwich is a must try !

Had the opportunity to eat breakfast at this location for the soft opening. You were able to get 1 entree and a drink. They weren't doing modifications on this day, and you couldn't purchase anything additional. We tried! We wanted another drink (oj) and were told we couldn't get more. The service was okay. The GM came around, touching tables. The food was wonderful. But I expected nothing less. Idk who was in the kitchen on that day (a Saturday) but he/she seasoned that food. I love First Watch, and will definitely be back.

This place was delicious as always! Our waitress was super nice, and it's just the perfect, basic "Let's get brunch!" place.

The bread is to die for, so I go with the avocado toast every time. I've also had the pancakes, equally as good. One of my go-to's for breakfast!

There is a sentence on CBD Provisions' Instagram that I want to read to you because it is doing a…read morelot of work in very few words. "A brasserie in boots." That's it. That's the whole thing. French discipline, Texas spirit, six syllables, no further explanation offered or required, and if you do not immediately understand exactly what that means the moment you walk into The Joule on Main Street then I do not know what to tell you except that the rosemary tallow fries are going to clarify things very quickly. CBD Provisions opened in 2013 as the Joule Hotel's in-house restaurant, became famous for a crispy pig's head carnitas that required you to pull strips of meat off an actual half pig's head at the table and tuck them into tortillas, which is a dish so committed to its own bit that it belongs in a museum, and then closed in July 2025 for a months-long renovation that brought in new culinary director Sezer Deniz. Deniz trained under Chef Jean Paul Naquin at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. He has twenty-plus years in Michelin-starred kitchens including Alinea in Chicago. He is now making breakfast tacos inside a hotel in downtown Dallas and I want to be very clear that this is a promotion. The room has exposed brick and wood floors and steel beams and mosaic tile and antique mirrors and railcar booth seating and a center banquette and stone tabletops, all of which sounds like it should be competing with itself but instead produces the specific feeling of a place that has been here long enough to know what it is. I sat at the bar, which is the correct place to sit, and ordered the short rib corn cake stack, which is braised short rib and avocado and two poached eggs and a poblano hollandaise and which arrives looking like the cover of a cookbook that does not exist but absolutely should. The poblano hollandaise is the detail I keep returning to. Not regular hollandaise. Poblano hollandaise. Someone in that kitchen made a decision to take a classical French sauce with two centuries of culinary tradition behind it and introduce it to a pepper from Puebla, Mexico, and what resulted is something that makes you look at regular hollandaise and think, you had potential, you just never reached it. I ate the entire thing and then contemplated ordering another one and then did not because I am a person with limits, technically. The CBD Provisions burger is a double smash with American cheese and grilled onion and house pickles and something called fancy sauce, which is a name I respect enormously because it is not pretending to be anything other than exactly what it is. It comes with rosemary tallow fries, which are the reason I will order this burger every time I come here for the rest of my life. Rosemary. Tallow. Fries. Three words that in combination produce something that should be legally classified as a controlled substance. French in method, Texan in manner. Boots and a brasserie. The Joule has been on Main Street for years and CBD Provisions has been feeding people inside it for over a decade, new chef and new tile floors notwithstanding, and it has figured out the thing that most hotel restaurants never figure out, which is that the goal is not to remind you that you are eating in a hotel. The goal is to make you forget entirely. I forgot entirely. The tallow fries helped.
