I wish I could give this place zero stars. Got in for a test Monday, and this place was the only one I could find where I could book appointment that 1) was same-day, and 2) wasn't like a week + out. I had a trip planned this week, and unfortunately was informed that a coworker I'd been in contact with had tested positive. I paid $150 that was NOT billable to insurance and promised GUARANTEED next-day results. Confirmation email stated results by 9:00 PM the next day. I did not get a damn email until 10:30 last night stating that the third-party lab was delayed in getting results, that my test would be re-ran and sent in the morning. It is now 10 minutes to 11 AM and still...NOTHING. If you are going to prey on people who are desperate enough to need quick test results ...you better freaking deliver. I'm livid that I paid $150 for a service that has yet to be delivered. I understand things happen, and I understand obviously you guys aren't just pocketing the full amount of what I'm paying. But also, that's not my problem. Please do NOT go to this place if you need quick results!!!!! read more

Do not trust the results here. A co-worker and I both had false positive test results from the Aliso Viejo location. We each spent $250 for the one hour rapid PCR test and, due to the false positives for both of us, we incurred needless hotel charges, needless fees to cancel and re book flights and experienced significant inconvenience. Here's the gory details: A coworker went to the Aliso Viejo location for the $250 one hour PCR test because the CVS test result from the day before had not yet been received and he needed the test for an overseas flight that day. He receive a positive test at the Aliso location and had to cancel the trip. I had been in close contact with him and live with an at-risk person so I immediately went to the same Aliso Viejo location, paid $250, and got tested. I also had a positive result and checked into a hotel to isolate. The next morning my coworker's original CVS test came in negative. This prompted me to get re-tested the next day at two other test center providers and had two negative test results. My co-worker also had a third test elsewhere the next day- negative again. So the positive results from the Aliso location were clearly inaccurate. read more

I drove my friend to have her test taken in advance for boarding an international flight. Still have yet to receive test results, this will cause my friend to miss her flight. It's difficult to get a hold of anyone, I have failed all day to reach a live person. Cannot leave a message and emails are unanswered. I will not recommend. Please go elsewhere. Went to the site on 12/06/2021 for next day results by 9pm. 3pm rolled by the next day and just to be sure, tried to contact multiple times. My friend was supposed to go 7am 12/8, that's not gonna happen because we never received the Covid PCR next day result. Had to rebook the flight, costing us time and money. read more

These guys are the best! Five Stars! I have to test for work regularly and have been going to OCCC since COVID started. The Irvine location is my favorite, the staff is fabulous and always takes their time with me even though I am a repeat tester. I love their easy online system, I can make an appointment, it stores my insurance and I never have to pay anything. The results come quickly for the rapid, within a few hours always and the lab PCR typically the next day right to my in box. Even though we are all 'over' COVID it is here to stay, I am thankful I have a great place that I trust to go get tested easily and I can count on super accurate results. With the craziness of Covid having a consistent place to go to is important to me. Not only do they offer same day appointments, they have amazing nurses. Don't let the long lines scare you off. The staff is extremely efficient and you will be on the road with results sent over to before you know it. We have also been to their Aliso location when we needed to get in last minute and they are just as amazing. read more

Took my son to get a rapid antigen test on 12/26 5pm appointment in order for him to be cleared for a high school game. Waited an hour but got there early to get through car line by 5pm. Said 2-4 hours for results, but it's been 22 hours and no results emailed. Sent two emails but no reply. Phone number goes to a message. This is fraud if they bill and collect insurance and send NO RESULTS to the patient! I have been calling both (949) 504-8700 & (949) 760-8300 the entire day 12/27/21 for my missing results from 12/26/21 at Sand Canyon Hoag Hospital location. "Push 1 for an operator" rings unanswered then goes through exact looped recorded messages over and over and over again. I've emailed info@orangecountycovidclinic.com twice AND your billing office. No reply from info@orangecountycovidclinic.com and your billing office replied to email "the location you tested at"! I just want my results! Update: 12/28- called 8 times this morning, left more messages, finally got through to an actual person. She couldn't help me ("I don't have the results"), but told us finally she would call her supervisor. After a couple more hours, got a call to try to find his results. They had inputed his last name spelled wrong & sent to another wrong email, but she didn't clarify why this happened in the first place. Finally she found it after many holds, and I got an email three days after my 1-4 hour rapid test. No one would have responded to any of my emails. It took dozens of calls over several days to get my results. Please go elsewhere and save your sanity. This place overbooks & understaffs & takes advantage of a pandemic for money. read more

This was the most incompetent crew of employees . I waited over two hours in my car, without a restroom, for a scheduled appointment . Paid 150$ for a 24 hour pcr test, results were not given within that timeframe and when given were inconclusive . So my only choice is to go back and wait again? No! Refund me asap! The staff had 0 sense of urgency, and chatting while hundreds of people waited. People with children, stuck in vehicles, that were ill. I would give it no stars if possible. read more

Had an appointment at Kaiser. They accused us of cutting in line which we did not. While we were driving in we saw this place across the street. We drive over and asked if we could get our test. They said yes and accommodated us through the whole process. Even walked us through signing up. There was an opening and they took us right away. The response was in the time frame they said we'd get it. Never going to Kaiser again for any COVID issues or vaccinations. read more

I went Jan.2nd for my Covid test, they indicated it was free if you had insurance on their website. I was charged 150.00 and was to receive test in 48 hrs. I did not receive test results for almost three days. I was told that I could send to insurance and they would reimburse. However the OCCC did not provide me with any information that I can submit as a claim other than the test. I was not provided a superbill and can't charge my insurance company without a test Id number, or an NPI including this needs to be on letterhead. I have called the number provided to no Avail... messages full, and when I have left messages no return call. I am sure this is a sham facility. Not even sure if the results I got are legitimate. read more

Convenient and fast. When it works, it works very well. I have used them about 5x now. The first few times I tested, the results took longer than they advertise but the convenience made it worth the wait. Unfortunately you don't always get the results. The last 2 times have been more frustrating. I had to email them (only a message on the phone and you cannot leave a vm) to get them to send me my results and I am still waiting for the results from my test last week. The email keeps getting returned, "not delivered." In all fairness, in do tend to get the results of the antigen more quickly than the antibody test. I am going to get another test this week so that I can speak to them in person and have them give me my last test results (It's easier to talk to them in person than to call, or email). read more

Got tested 1/3 and paid for "guaranteed" next day results by 9 PM. Got an email the following day 1/4 at 10:30 PM stating results were delayed but should be posted in the morning. Received no update even after emailing and trying to call multiple times (yes I checked my junk mail). It is now 1/6 and i am barely getting my results after missing two days of work. They should at least offer compensation for the delay because why did I pay $150 for results 2 days late? I've heard nothing but crickets. Save your money, get a free test somewhere else since it's the same turnaround time. read more

The Aliso Viejo location specifically is by far the worst covid testing site I've been to. They told me I'd get my results back for the rapid test within an hour. Come 6 hours later I still hadn't received my results so I had to drive my sick self back down to the site since they don't have a phone number. I sat there for 15 minutes in my car while they tried to figure out where my test was. They somehow lost my test then once they did actually find it it took them about 10 more minutes to print my results. Then they told me my second test, PCR or whatever it is called would be emailed to me the next day and it never came. This is really horrible practice and honestly really dangerous. I had symptoms and could have been spreading it since I wasn't getting my test back. Totally unreliable and unprofessional place. read more

i wrote a review about my lack of receiving my covid test on time for my travel - I finally received "inconclusive results" after the promised time of 9PM (which was 11:00PM and my flight was scheduled for 11:50PM). as a result, I could not travel internationally as planned. the owner has responded to me with "checking in" about my results when I have clearly written that I have missed my flight - so not sure how that would help me? The registration was super easy compared to other sites. Other sites can only make appointments a few days out, but this site offers same day appointments. Registered and got it done all in a letter of hours. Only tricky part was the entrance to the parking lot, you just have to enter from Hornet. Best tip ever from my friend. The process was so quick and easy. Literally in and out. Will come here for all my testing needs now. read more

The actual test was quick and easy. Getting to that point was challenging. The website to make an appointment was not mobile friendly and the required information didn't exactly coincide with what our foreign guests could provide. We would have gladly waited as long as needed to get printed results required for foreign air travel, but results were only available electronically, adding further complication. In sum, call for an appointment rather than scheduling online and consider alternatives for foreigners and hard-copy documentation needs. read more

Total lack of staff training, testing controls and QA. My test result had someone else's name and address - from another state! Results took 5 days instead of 2-3. Their delay in conveying positive test results put me and other at considerable risk. Even their website has typos that look like a ransom note. The manager blamed the name and address mix-up on "the new system" when staff had neglected to check the value from a look up list. Totally amateur. Go anywhere else! read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!! I went here on 12/26 for a rapid PCR$250 test with 1-4 hour results. I emailed 4.5 hours later and never got a response and were now 52 hours since my test. I saw other issues of the same here so I called the billing office yesterday and left a message. 7 hours later Glenda called me back and said to call the site and she couldn't do anything. I let her know they don't answer and she advised me to leave a voicemail. I assured her this wasn't possible and she assured me it was. So I called and was right. I called Glenda back and told her and she said her manager would call me. She never did, but Glenda called me back to say her manager had reached out to the site and their manager would call me within 24 hours. I called Glenda back to let her know I never received said call, and she said she was afraid of that and let her manager know again. After I tried to tell her this was unacceptable and demanded a refund again, Glenda used great customer service and hung up on me! I've now disputed the charge for this fraudulent company. Next will be my report to the BBB. read more
