It is obvious that customer service is a high priority for Connected Heating and Air Conditioning. We have had two homes with complete new installs by them and they continue to maintain/fix other homes like a few condo's we have with older systems. Bryce has been out a few times for repairs, arriving on-time and is always incredibly professional. They diagnose the issue immediately and explain the fix clearly. Their repair work was fast, clean, fair priced and highly efficient. Duane is pretty good with keeping on top of things and with communication. During my research on the new units, their prices will be fair or on the lower end of quotes. Our houses stay cool, and the entire experience is stress-free. It is rare to find technicians this knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend them for new installs or any required fix that may come up!

Most notably, Duane personally came out for the estimate and spent time explaining what he thought would suit our needs after hearing our priorities and concerns. He was forthright and did not try to upsell us by recommending the most expensive models or unnecessary add-ons. He spent time reviewing the pros and cons of various models and was always patient and quick to respond to our follow up questions or concerns that came up as we spent time deciding on this significant investment. Once we finally decided on a Lennox inverter model, Duane was able to schedule us in within a week and the entire installation took only one day! He personally oversaw the crew's installation which made us feel more confident that we were getting the best service. We interviewed at least 5 other HVAC companies and none of them provided the reassurance or value that Duane offered. His pricing is also very reasonable! Duane promises a long-term outlook for his clients which we appreciate. We are very happy with the experience with Duane!

The installation took two days. The crew was very professional. Tony explained the thermostats, show me the system and went through a thorough checklist before leaving. They did a good job protecting the floor and cleaning up after day 1 and day 2. Tony, Michael, Cris and Frank were professional and polite. We were very pleased with the outcome.

So we used J Martin to remove the asbestos and fully clean and sanitize the attic. The air ducts we're also old and and so we had them replaced and then lastly put in good insulation. The workers were amazing! This project took several days because I decided to have them also clean my attic and put in good insulation. Angel and Leo were there every day and were extremely kind, courteous, and professional! They did very thorough work and answered all of my questions and even took photos and video to show me the before and after. Very quality people you can trust to do the job right. I didn't end up hiring them to fix the leak because my AC is still under warranty, so I had the original installer handle the repair. Jimmy is a professional, a man of God, a pererson with integrity, and a humble heart. Quickly did he offer to make things right and I gladly gave him the opportunity. He checked my file and clarified the financing wonky loan statement by the finance company. Everything was cleared after I spoke with the goofy finance company. After I explained to him my first day experience and my zoning situation, Jimmy refunded me $419. Jimmy when beyond and with persistence to make thinks right and have a happy customer. Temps hitting high 90's and at 4pm, our AC fan stops spinning. I called Veteran Air at 9am and they…read morehad someone out the same day (it was just a few hours). Not only someone, but Kirk. Kirk was FANTASTIC! Our unit is 20 years old, we have never really had regular maintenance on it. He showed up super early (they asked if that was okay, and YES thank you). Before he arrived they sent a text with his name and photo. I absolutely love this! That extra safety is so important. Kirk looked at our unit and asked some questions. He explained all they do with the "family plan" so we signed up. I am one of those that needs to be reminded of scheduled upkeep so this is perfect. He gave us the estimate before he started and I asked for a very rough estimate of a new unit (having no idea) so we decided to go with repair and hope for the best. The repair wasn't cheap but considering all the work that needed to be done as well as it being an older unit, I feel it was a very fair price. I think we did have the best with Kirk. He was able to repair our unit and give it some much needed TLC for our AC unit and furnace. He even installed our pre-purchased thermostat! Kirk was polite and considerate. He took time to answer all of our questions and ensured us that we could reach out with any questions, I believe him. Service people can often be rushed, there is a lot of work out there, but not Kirk. He didn't waste time either, I felt like he was in and out in no time at all. By the time he left we understood all that was done and what we need to do to get some additional service from our current unit. I could not be happier with the call I made this morning. I picked the right people to call!

Received a mailer of a "pre-paid" heating/furnace tune up & a water heater sediment flush…read more My heater recently went out so I called them out. They sent another company, I didn't get any "pre-paid" service but was quoted $3,300+ to fix it. I was graciously offered a short term fix for $1,000+ and charged $89.00 for coming out. Bait & switch, I'll get my heater fixed by another company.

So being CONSIDERATE, I messaged these guys on Yelp from a laptop to provide them an alternate number in case they needed to reach out. The message comes back as they had an emergency schedule issue... So would I have known about this if I didn't reach out? Would I have just been waiting at home for nothing? Photos show a bunch of people that work for the company, and not ONE can come out for a set appointment? I'm giving an freebie star because I know I'm also pissed about my phone and upcoming busy schedule. But this is why I PLAN things out and have backup plans.
