It's very high ceiling and very spacious and they have tons of courts within the building. Parking was plenty as well. They have dedicated areas for that. There's a lot of credibilities around the check-in area. Shoe and rack rent was $7 each. highly recommend if you're looking for a legit badminton court in OC area.

From the outside it looks massive, and inside there are a bunch of trophies and pictures on the walls, which was cool to look at while we waited. The online waiver was easy and didn't take long at all. We had two courts next to each other and it didn't feel cramped, even as beginners. I liked that it still felt like we had our own space. But... there are definitely some things that could be better. There's a weird smell when you first walk in. You kind of get used to it after a while, but it's noticeable. The price was also kind of crazy , $42 for six people for one hour feels steep for what you're getting. The building feels a little outdated overall, and the restroom was honestly not great. The brown soap coming out of the dispenser was not it. Also, the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly and rushed us off right when our time was up, even though there were empty courts. For what they charge, a little better customer service would make a big difference. We still had fun playing, but between the smell, price, and service, I'd say it's a solid 3 stars.

The new shower products are an upgrade from the old ones. The reason my rating is low; The main issue I have here is that I frequently see people taking selfies in the locker room. I used to complain about it, but management doesn't seem to do anything. I get an email that it's serious or a phone call and I appreciate it, but nothing seems to happen. Just today, I went through the locker room to go to the party that the gym was having, and I saw a girl taking selfies in the locker room. Other women were changing there, so it wasn't like she was all alone. It's super easy to get photos of people changing in the background. I have easily seen people taking selfies in the locker room at least a dozen of times in the last couple years. We change there. We don't have our clothes on. Why is it okay to take a photo? Even if you aren't intending to photograph others, which most people aren't, people can easily show up in the background. It makes me so uncomfortable. I avoid changing in the locker room now, or if I do, I try to hide in the back. Changing in the bathroom stalls isn't easy because things can fall into the toilet and changing in the shower is wet and the showers sometimes get crowded. It has decreased how much I value this gym, and I am hesitant to recommend it to others. I pay a lot for the gym and amenities, but if I have to constantly look over my shoulder, it ruins the experience. And when I do shower here, I have to bring clothes I can immediately change into in the shower to minimize walking around undressed in case someone decides to take a selfie and I happen to be in the reflection in the mirror. This also limits my ability to do stuff in the locker room like put lotion on. If I complain, I feel l get labeled as a "Karen". Staff doesn't seem to care. People get upset if you talk to them, and I shouldn't have to. I get emails from management that they take this seriously, but if they did they could at least put prominent signs on the mirrors in the locker rooms or have staff members remind women in the locker room not to take photos.

They have a large variety of equipment so almost every need can be accomplished. The classes are super popular and always full when I'm there. It can also get very crowded, but I always been to find a machine that I want to use. I assume that's why they took the gym out and replaced it with more weights, as demand was probably exceeding what they could provide in the main room downstairs. The staff is hit or miss on their knowledge. They seem very segmented, only certain people with special training can help with certain things. This can make it frustrating when you just want a simple answer. The machines are clean, and there's a mix of (now) older and newer machines. I wish all the cardio machines could link to your smartwatch to track your workout. And while they have several TV's and are more than happy to change the channel for you, you're not able to listen to any of them, so you're stuck reading the closed captioning. They aren't inexpensive if just walk in off the street, but they do offer an occasional special which can be a really good deal. Finally, people have had their cars broken into, so make sure you don't leave anything valuable in your car!

I have been a loyal 24-Hour Fitness member since 2018 and have consistently paid my membership dues…read moreon time through automatic withdrawal. Over the years, I have received multiple notices of annual rate increases, which I have not accepted. However, the most recent notification that my monthly fee will increase from $49.99 to $54.99 is particularly disappointing. While I understand that inflation and rising operational costs affect all businesses, I find it concerning that 24 Hour Fitness states it is "grateful for my loyalty," yet is increasing the rate for long‑term members while simultaneously advertising the same membership online for $49.99 to new members. This sends the message that new customers are valued more than those who have supported the company for years. Although the increase is "only" $5, the issue is one of principle and fairness. My membership fee is a recurring charge coming directly out of my bank account for a service I do not use daily. Paying more for the same access, especially when the same membership is being offered to new members at a lower price, does not feel equitable. Additionally, my experience at the gym has raised further concerns. During my most recent visit, I observed at least five treadmills that were out of service, and a fitness class that my wife planned to attend was canceled. If rates are increasing to offset higher costs, I would expect to see consistent equipment maintenance and class availability, neither of which appear to be improving. I respectfully ask 24 Hour Fitness to reconsider this increase for long‑standing members or to extend the same promotional rate being offered to new members as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for loyal customers. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response. Looks like you lost a loyal customer. I'll be canceling my son and my wife membership as well.

It decreased my motivation to start a workout and even when I did workout, I was finding it hard to push myself to get a satisfying workout. I reached out to Filipe for help in writing new workouts that I can do at home since my work schedule makes it difficult to make it to a gym on a regular basis. His workouts were nothing short of exceptional. He listened to my physical limitations, access to home equipment, and goals to create dynamic, high intensity workouts. These workouts not only pushed me to my limits but also left me feeling challenged and accomplished. Overall, I highly recommend Filipe as a personal trainer. If you are looking for someone who will challenge you, support you, and help you achieve your fitness and health goals, look no further. It was evident how dedicated Filipe is to seeing his clients succeed and work towards their best selves

I never worked out routinely before going to The Lab and I really didn't have a desire to work out. But with Filipe's amazing training, support and belief in me, working out and eating healthier food is a way of life for me now. I am in better shape than I have ever been. I still have my struggles but I always know that I am equipped to deal with them now and Filipe was a guide post to me getting here. Filipe's passion is like no other. He personally works with each client to understand their strengths and weaknesses and then tries to tailor a workout around those strengths and weaknesses. I hated running when I first began training with Filipe. Fast forward four years, I ran a half marathon with Filipe and another client. HE WILL help you reach your goals if you let him. The Lab has a new home location now but the feeling of comfort, support and determination is still the same.

He's stronger and faster than he was when he started. My 9 y/o is a different body type, so he needed to work more on coordination and strength and although he has a hard time focusing, he really does enjoy coming and burning off the energy. I have definitely seen a difference in his athleticism since joining. We drive from Tustin. So it's not exactly close but we have tried other places near by and there is something about here that our kids connect with. I also wanted to add that to have success in these programs, parents at home must make sure the kids are eating right. Their food intake is such an important part, I may not look like the healthiest person, but definitely limit the junk food for all of us. They have the same warms ups/stretches but they always change up what they work on. Whether there are 2 kids or 20 kids in the class they will ALL get a great workout for that hour. I am definitely out of shape but, I don't think I could finish a class, which is sad for me lol But watching all the kids, even if they are struggling they get great support from the coaches. It also helps that Coach Cam and Vanessa are 2 of the genuinely nicest people I've met. Bonus, if you have little ones, they have a small play area for them. My almost 2 yr old loves it. He also likes to run around the open area near the batting cages. They have bleachers to watch from inside. Or during these summer months the big gates are open and you are welcome to sit on the side and watch there. Clean restrooms. Water fountain. They sell water or Gatorade as well.
