BODS has been taking care of our pest control needs for over 7 years. What makes this company better than others is their personalized service. I recieve a text before they come out. The day of service, they take time to speak to me and let me know what the pest trends are that season and what to look out for. They also let me know when they are finished and provide me a report of what they found (if anything). During the spring, we usually get a few field mice trying to make themselves at home in our garage. A quick text to our pest control provider and within a few days we've got sticky traps (no extra fee). This kind of service is above and beyond what a large company we had before (will remain unnamed) ever offered. Lastly, it makes me so happy to see they provide military discounts to our men and women of the armed forces. This company is A1. I started using B.O.D.S. about 1 year ago to manage spiders at my old home. Once we started service, we noticed the spiders stopped. I met with Lowell to inspect the house which we were sure had termites. Lowell came through the house and was very thorough and informative with his inspection and solution to the problem. His quote came in very competitive, but we ultimately made the decision to go with another company, due to some extra concerns and questions. Cant say enough good about Lowell as he was actually early and the weather was hot but he didnt complain. He did his job and I paid him and he left every thing is going good until I received a letter in the mail telling me I had won $750,000 and to call my agent Robert the next day to get direction on what to do with my check of $9000+ enclosed. Take it to the bank and deposit it into my acct and then call him and let him know I did this. This was for all the little individual expenditures that come up with winning something like this (?) . I am very suspicious of this but the check looked real. Bank teller ask me if I was familiar with this company my answer NO and they put a hold on i which I was ok with an expected but I was still dumbfounded. Long story short it was a scam but when they took the bad check out of my acct the bank took it out twice leaving me with an over draft of $9000+.WEll didnt know what was going to happen with my account but I didnt want the check I gave to Lowell to bounce called him and told him the story and could he please not deposit it for a while and I would be happy to write him a check on a different bank or CC. He put my mind at ease and said no problem I will hold off before putting it in and go from there. I cannot tell you what a great feeling that was on a refi they were waiting for the termite report and they expedited the report to my mortgage co, with in minutes it seemed like. You cant find better people to work with and they went the extra mile for me! Thats what I call GREAT and I will be using them for all my critter problems from now on! I had my house sprayed a few weeks ago and I was very satisfied! I had a black widow issue in my garage. The inspector that came out, Lowell, was very knowledgeable and polite. He did the work and assured me that I could call if any issues came up. I waited to clean out my garage and was so glad that I had B.O.D.S. come out. These guys are professional, quick, and effective! I was having a huge problem with spiders all around my house and started finding them inside. In the midst of a slab leak and our whole downstairs being destroyed, we thought we found termites. Lowell came out to inspect (free of charge) and immediately told us that we did not have termites.
