I went with my mom and at the end, the doctor herself went to go update my mom on my procedure and assure her very went well. Everyone was just so nice. Two weeks later, everything went well with the root canal and am back to healthy teeth. Hopefully I do not need any more procedures like this in the future, but if I do, I want to come here!!

The were drilling my molars to replace the metal filling and I told them they were shocking my face every time they touched it with the drill which was pretty painful, they literally asked me if I can just tolerate it rather than numbing me more. SMH I had a root canal with them done which got infected immediately. Not only that but they shaved my actual molar to almost non existent and kept making my gums bleed due to plying out their "temp" tooth. They are contracted with a dentist next door which helps with infected root canals. It makes me wonder if they purposely didn't care for me to send me that way. I've never had such an incompetent dental office. There's a reason why they are only open 2 days of the week now. If I could I would sue the sh** out of this place.

The referral to the Irvine orthadontist was also never sent to the orthadontist office in Irvine and they had no clue we were even coming that day, when I had set up the appointment over the phone weeks before. My daughter is still waiting to see the orthadontist at the referral location (Dentistry 4 kids Irvine) that they sent us too. This office for my chipped tooth #8, they said I had to wait 3 weeks for my insurance to authorize the procedure so I called my insurance reps on 10/4/24 to check the status of the procedure and she said that she didn't recieve a request from this office and to ask for a copy of that request form since their records could be wrong, but this office didn't want to provide me a copy of the request form for some unknown reason and I have been waiting like a dumbass for 3 weeks. Omg, very unprofessional and Victor said he doesn't keep records of the authorization forms for my insurance nor is it his job to do so or to send those forms to my insurance. But they keep on trying to upsell me a procedure out of pocket of course. The forms disappeared. What's the point of paying FICA taxes my entire working life, if when my daughter and I need to access those benefits, dentists, doctors etc...refuse to take the card, use it, run it, they double bill it, and try to upsell you on services, demand only cash for services and to make matters worse they won't treat you at all. Everyone is introduced to you and that will be working on your team. They're willing to answer all questions and really describe the procedure/process /future healthcare that they plan for you to give you a say, but also explain the why behind the treatment. My current Dental team has helped me. Helped me replace a infected crown from a different dentist location, Help solve a Periodontitis flare up due from previous dentist (not this chain, Tustin family Dental) improper cleaning, and Gold Coast helps me understand and take preventative measures. They explained to me that my mouth is changing once again because of my age which means an unfortunate decrease in healthy gums and showed me that because my mouth has changed, how to properly clean it. I've been sooooo happy and my teeth and gums have been so healthy since this change that I'm even convincing my husband to book here for his much needed dental care. They are also open on the weekends and work days to work with your schedule. My favorite part too especially being a client with ADHD is the wonderful text reminders about your appointment to ensure you don't forget and can confirm from your phone.

I had a dentist I loved, and then he suddenly disappeared. I showed up on Monday morning for my appointment, and all new signage was up. I asked the staff, and they had no idea. He'd just literally sold the business overnight and moved on. To this day we still don't know what happened. I didn't feel great about having a dentist take over that I was unfamiliar with, but it seemed to be okay. Then over and over, he kept recommending procedures that didn't seem necessary. He wanted cleanings every 4 months for no apparent reason. Then every other month he wanted to do a deep cleaning. I was constantly pressured to see their "preferred" periodontist. Every time I turned around, they needed to re-do a filling or re-do a cap. It just seemed weird. So I went for a second opinion, and that dentist told me "You don't need a cap, you just need to replace a filling. I was in-and-out, no hassle, no pressure, no fuss. Still puzzled, I began to research dental scams. I ran across a dentist from the east coast, and on his video, he outlined the top 10 dental scams. The old dentist had recommended 9 of those procedures! The video also used the example that if a dentist only makes $100 profit on a filling, but can make $2500 profit on a cap, the scam is to talk you into a cap. Wow. So I thought it'd be a great idea to find a nonprofit, because surely they wouldn't be into these scams. I found one I liked, and I love supporting nonprofits! They were okay for a little while. Then when I went in for routine x-rays and a cleaning, the dentist only cleaned 5 of my teeth??? I was puzzled when he said that was all that was needed. Seems I'd found the other end of the spectrum. On the one end was a guy who was recommending 9 unnecessary procedures, and on the other end, the guy only wanted to clean 5 of me teeth. aye aye aye Frustrated, I began to research again. I found Sunset Dental Arts and I liked the reviews. I gave them a try this afternoon. Clean bill of health, and no unnecessary procedures. (Imagine that.) They were warm, friendly, efficient ... and hey ... the dentist smiled and said, "We'll be cleaning ALL your teeth today." LOL! Couldn't ask for more that that! I'm a pleased customer, and I'm leaving 5 stars and smiling with ALL my healthy teeth!

Dr Nazeri was extremely rude to my wife, berating her about her "poor" dental hygiene during the cleaning. My wife has been to countless dentists who have told her she has great hygiene and she hasn't had a cavity in over a decade! Also the cleaning wasnt thorough and was rushed. She sprayed our teeth with water saying that she didn't need to polish them because the spray was "special". In the two years we saw Dr Nazeri never once did she mention I had any issues. But one day I noticed one of my teeth was loose! I went to a Periodontal specialist and they told me I had severe bone loss and gum disease. How did Dr Nazeri not flag that! Was she in fact the cause - because she wasn't cleaning my teeth properly?? Avoid at all cost.
