I stopped by to get x-rays and have my teeth exam and I was getting ready to hear a lot of bad news. Knowing that I had not visited the dentist in about 8 to 10 years I knew that there would be work that would be needed to be completed.. The dentist was very helpful with letting me know the severity of it, but at the same time showed optimism and made me feel comfortable. Not only are we looking into the repairment of my tooth but also he explained to me the things that would be needed to be done in order to restore my teeth. I had plaque built up and my gums were very swollen with numbers high as fives and six which is not great and he explained to me that it would take a few appointments of deep cleaning and laser treatment in order to restore them. The appointments that I've had with them have been painless, and they have always made me feel comfortable while visiting them. This really helped me overcome my fear of visiting in the dentist and I actually do look forward to seeing them for my next appointment. Thank you Downey family dental, Dr. Nguy and the rest of the team for not only making it a seamless and positive experience, but truly helping me get my teeth restored!

I hadn't been to the dentist office in a while due to a bad experience so a chipped tooth brought me here! The staff is so friendly and explained everything in detail! They saw how anxious I was but worked with me through the process, made me feel like they were one of my friends! Dr.Farag was wonderful and I almost fell asleep when he was working on my tooth! The visit did last a couple hours so one of the staff members got me a smoothie and I'm insanely grateful for that!
