my orange leaf experience has been well. I have felt so loved there because I care about frozen yogurt and I want to keep it relevant. Anyways, now for some reason orange leaf keeps calling back to me, but I do not feel the same love when I go. and why is that? Because the pricing changed, I am sorry I do not have a full time job but If i want as much frozen yogurt as I can get I would like it to be by cup sizes not by weight. The cup sizes make more sense because it is very easy and fast, you do not need to weigh my cup. And, I can predict my price before even paying so no surprise price. I am sorry my math isn't all well as yours but no need to shame! Weight pricing could be messy because I could be charged more for toppings that I would prefer such as oreos. Wish there were negative stars to leave. I was looking forward to this place seeing it no longer was where I live. Me and a friend went to get ice cream and were enjoying a few of the same flavors. We continued to check out and pay and were looking forward to a treat we no longer had locally. We took the ice cream and noted that there was a hair in my friends that was very long, and his hair is not the length of the one in the ice cream, nor the color. He politely went inside and asked for a refund for the two because it was in the ice cream, and we had the same flavors. When asking for a refund the worker said to "fill another cup", but we were disgusted. The worker then brought out the manager who pointed a finger saying that "no girls worked there" as if the hair was our problem. He told my friend that he could not give a refund. After going back and forth, he then said that one could be refunded, but not both. Because of the back and forth, the manager headed to hide behind the door and call the police and we told him he should, seeing he was cheating us out of our money. The police showed up and were not needed by any means. After 45 minutes of back and forth and the manager "calling corporate" I had gone to ask if both could be refunded because we had the same types and he stated that "if my friend asked politely, he would have refunded both" (which was not the case from the start) and his story kept changing about what he could do for us. Maybe he think girls are more deserving of a refund despite not giving one? Ultimately I was told I could not get a refund because no transaction existed (despite being charged on my card). Even after asking for cash to cancel the dispute on card, he would not give cash. Multiple times he was shown the receipt on my phone from the two ice creams with the date, time, and total. Even the cop thought it was ridiculous not to just give cash and save everyone the continued headache. Major headache coming here. The worker sat on his phone the whole time we walked in. An incredibly disappointing and difficult experience is an understatement. I would've thought that simply wanting money back for hair in ice cream would not be so complicated and end up with a story spun and tattling to the cops. 0/10 would not recommend. I wish I took a picture of the cop car in front of the shop, it was a pathetic move. read more

Utterly disgusted going in here tonight. The floor & tables were a complete mess. My family & I had to throughly wipe down a table & 4 chairs. I sat with my younger son while my wife & older son got their orders. While paying for their order I watched as 3 teenagers went back and forth to several different of the frozen yogurt machines using their fingers to sample the yogurt. Using the same hand & finger for each machine. At that point I was grossed out especially with the corona virus and that definitely having to be some health code violation I chose not to get any frozen yogurt. My wife informed the young employee behind the counter, but he did not to show any concern. We found out why as he spent the remainder of the time sitting with, talking, and eating frozen yogurt with the three teenagers. This took away from other customers who were waiting to pay as he sat there socializing with the three teenagers. There are signs in the establishment that mention once you get your toppings it's against health code regulations to get more. This however did not stop the three teenagers who went to the toppings bar and sampled toppings by picking them out of the bar with their fingers and who of all people watched them do this as he stood on the other side of the counter talking with them?! The young employee!! When I took my son to use the bathroom I should've waited to take him to a porta potty as I'm sure that would have been more sanitary. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service and what I'm sure are several health code violations. Will not be returning here! read more

May i say he is a very excellent worker and i'm beyond impressed with his impeccable work ethic. i've been sitting here eating my delicious froyo, (brownie batter, birthday cake, and cookies and cream) for approximately 30 minutes with my cousin and this entire time the worker hasn't stopped. He's restocking the napkins as I type! Always cleaning, on time & polite with the customers. also doing great with online orders. give this kid a promotion pronto! We tried this place on a whim , while we were shopping on route 1 . With COVID-19 restrictions easing , the toppings bar was back . Ok I love orange leaf froyo- this is a odd review for me. This location just opened in the same plaza as ihop on rte 1 slightly easy to get to with parking verses Davis square minimal parking. The store is tropical leaf decor and style with plenty of seats and plenty of froyo machines. However there was no quarts for same for such a large open location. When I walked in the man who looked like the manager was eating froyo with toppings in front of me behind the counter. Now that's a sanitary no no!! Then when I was purchasing my deliciousness I asked for wax paper for the drive ( sounds odd but other locations have provided this ) when I asked for a bag the " manager" walked away and the cashier didn't know where they were. Yay, post hot pot sweet. We came here after stuffing ourselves, but there's always room for dessert! Annnnnd we found out Zinga! closed. They were having a special where you fill up a (size)-cup and it was a fixed price for that cup - meaning allllll the froyo and toppings you want, as long as it fits. They had a variety of flavors that evening but I opted for the cake batter and pistachio and let me tell you, that combo was on point. Nice vibe and bright colors for décor. They gave you a shovel as a spoon because it takes a shovel to shove all the froyo and toppings into your mouth. I'm a fan, I'll be back when I'm in the area. read more

I love this yogurt shop! They always a cool variety of flavors to choose from. The topping bar is amazing ranging from gummie bears to cereal toppings. The store is super clean. I love the orange décor. It's vibrant and fun. The cashier was very pleasant and had a nice smile on her face. When I go out to dinner with my friend we always try to stop her for dessert. Last night I had salted caramel and peanut yogurt. I made my own little peanut butter sundae. It was the perfect end to the weekend. What a great place to get frozen yogurt! I really enjoyed the options of sides and different types of flavors they have. Restaurant was clean and service was great. The owner when above and beyond to give me as many samples as I requested (7 in all). Most places get stingy after asking for more than 2 samples, but this shop was fantastic! I would definitely come back here again and would considerate for date night as well. It would be a great addition to a movie or dinner with my girlfriend. My review is based on multiple occasions. Last week I took 4 9year old to celebrate a birthday and last day of school(moving) the kids we're excited (Considering it's a kids place) they may of taken 3 sample each to try different type (bring kids they don't know) the guy rudely came over and took the sample cups and hid them(I seen it) on his walk to the bathroom.. okay FAst Forward a week later to today I go there with 2 kids we make a cup and pick 3topping and sit down one of the children jokingly went back to add some I instantly yelled at her(bc my child I will alway yell at them when their Wong) the wife apparently was the lady that was making a cup next to my daughter. Told me I had to pay for it NO PROBLEM if it was a cup or even a full pull down on the ice cream machine BUT IT WASN'T I explained to the guy what happened he went on to say bc of health reason once it's pulled they have to charge. Interesting bc the wife didn't pay!! Guess her isn't part of health code... Okay I paid BUT I will be finding a new Friday spot for the kids on Friday we only have a hour b4 dance and it was our Friday spot not any longer. read more
