Lynn was amazing when she gave us our first tour--she took the time to show us around and made us feel comfortable from the start. By the end of the tour, we had pretty much fallen in love with the property. Patrick and Adam, the Manager and Assistant Manager, have also been wonderful. They are always attentive, approachable, and willing to help. It really makes a difference knowing that the people managing your community genuinely care about the residents and the property. One of my favorite things about living here is coming home after a long day at work. Walking through the beautiful pathways, passing the streams filled with fish, and hearing the birds in the aviary is sometimes all you need to relax and forget about the day. It honestly feels like a little escape from everything outside. The community is peaceful, clean, and I feel very safe here. The neighbors we've met have been friendly, and you can tell many of the residents also take pride in keeping the community looking nice. I have seen a few reviews mentioning the noise from gardeners and maintenance crews, but personally, I see that very differently. A property this beautiful doesn't maintain itself! The amount of work that goes into the landscaping, streams, common areas, and grounds is obvious, and I appreciate seeing that level of care. And the maintenance team deserves its own recognition. After living in apartments for almost 15 years, I have never experienced a maintenance crew this efficient and dedicated. Recently, I submitted a request regarding my air conditioning, and they were there the very next day. That kind of responsiveness has been consistent with our experience here. After several months, I can genuinely say that moving to The Aspens was a great decision. My emails were ignored for weeks and it took multiple attempts to get anyone to take my concerns seriously. I had to go into the leasing office in person to push for a solution. As it turned out, the dishwasher was indeed infested with roaches. Management's response was to remove the dishwasher entirely. However, it was never replaced. Instead, I was left paying nearly $3,000 a month in rent without a dishwasher and with a large gaping hole where the appliance should have been. I was told they did not want to install a new dishwasher because they were concerned it could also become infested. If my job hadn't relocated me I would have for sure lived here. I left the deposit, toured the grounds with Amanda and had a cool one bedroom apartment with washer and dryer and new flooring ready to go! On top of the spacious and clean apartment, I was super impressed with the amenities there: Full gym with heavy dumbbells and free weights and cardio equipment, nice pool, tennis courts, a business center, and a community center you could rent out for events. Very clean and nice complex. Everyone I saw was chill or just walking their dog. They also have a taco truck that comes out regular too! The apartments have all mostly been redone with the flooring and walls. I was sold on it as soon as I walked in. The main office even has drinks and snacks for you AND your pets when you come to stop in and visit. Super cool. Amanda was also very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She showed me three different units and they were all awesome. Lastly what REALLY IMPRESSED ME: was the new Nova system they use to verify income. Omg total game changer for whenever I go in the future to apply for an apartment. Gone are the days of printing bank statements and showing tax returns and pay stubs. Such a hassle to do all that. The Nova system can literally verify your income in 2 minutes. Crazy! 2 minutes. 2 minutes isn't good in most scenarios lol but in this one it is! They popped out my annual gross income by simply checking my bank app and approved my income on the spot. If you're thinking of moving in the area definitely consider Breve. I recently transferred to a smaller unit, so I wanted to share how my experience went. First, I have to give a huge shoutout to the leasing team. I'm a huge overthinker, and they reassured me every step of the way. I asked a million questions, but they always took the time to answer them and never made me feel like I was bothering them. Over the last 2.5 years, I've really enjoyed living here. The community events, the amenities, and the people have all been great. The transfer process itself was actually pretty easy. You basically go through the application process again, and once you're approved, you start the move-out process for your current unit. They give you a checklist of things you can do to help maximize your deposit refund, and they schedule a pre-walkthrough where maintenance points out anything you can fix before moving out. It's so helpful and important! My biggest piece of advice is, ask questions! Seriously. If you're unsure about something, ask. I know I probably drove the office crazy, but every single question I had was answered. They understand that moving is stressful, and in my experience they really did try to help. I know there are some harsh reviews out there, but I genuinely think a lot of confusion can be avoided by communicating and asking questions. Overall, I've had a really positive experience at Vita, and I'm grateful to the leasing team for making what could have been a stressful process so much easier.

The first maintenance guy told us nothing was an issue, even though we had ventilation and humidity issues. We had to even buy a dehumidifier to help in our bathroom because of the high level of humidity and mold growth in the bathroom. Finally, we had another guy come and look, he was able to figure out the issue right away, but this was already 6 months in. We did not make an issue of this, but realizing how much they are trying to nickel/dime us at move out, I regret not making this a bigger issue. Check the humidity levels on the thermostat - I promise you, you're not imagining it. The circulation vent SHOULD be working and you should be able to feel airflow if that switch is on. The next door neighbors would partake in marijuana and it smelled so bad! All they did for this was to leave a measly letter in their door. The office definitely knows about it. Nothing was ever fixed and the office doesn't try to elevate the quality of living for the others that reside there. Additionally, they make it easy and simple once you move in, but when you are getting ready to move out - get ready. Be sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING when you move in and write down EVERYTHING because they will nitpick every single thing and claim that the normal wear and tear does not apply to you. Beware and prepare well because I was unable to, and ended up paying way too much afterwards. I've never been charged for a reglazing fee for a tub after 10+ years of apartment living - yet they claim we caused "damage" more than usual wear and tear. A deep clean should have been sufficient, but they claim a 'reglazing was necessary' and then conveniently forgot to take pictures after the deep clean. It makes me think that they do this to almost every resident there when it's time to leave. Instead of the company paying for it, they charge the tenants. Even when you move in, check for any scratches that seem to be covered up - I promise you they will say that after your tenancy, it is DAMAGE beyond normal wear and tear. I see other reviews from prior tenants in the recent months that show similar things have happened to them as well. This is unacceptable and all tenants should know about this. When it is time to leave, make sure to read all the documents fully because calculations were wrong and it took many emails to figure out that what they sent over was wrong. Also, I want to mention that if you are thinking of living here for 1 year, that's great but good luck getting another 12 month lease at a similar price. The closest rent price with renewal was a 16 month lease. I regret my choice in choosing to live here. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never be choosing another Fairfield apartment. Look between the reviews. Check the reviews of the tenants that have lived there and left for the full review, not the ones who are currently living there. P.S. When I called the following Monday to speak with someone about move-in procedures, I became introduced to MONICA who began an illogical and nonsensical runaround. Again to find out move-in date she said MONICA would let us know the move in date. Called Maria again after no return calls and SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHO I WAS. Seriously. It appears they are running a scam operation there to collect application fees. They even made my boys apply and each pay $50 when they have never had any credit, nor a job. After paying $350 in "credit check fee's", they allegedly could not find the boys' ON-LINE application which is viewable from THEIR portal. We then received several rude & unprofessional emails from MONICA stating she would refund our application fee. No other explanation. "Have a nice day" was the best she could manage. Of course, this left our boys completely homeless and school starting in a week. Nice. We are not the first people who have been the victim of their SCAM to run up "APPLICATION FEES" from people and then giving them the runaround. I see this is their standard practice after reading @OSCAR_F an @RODNEY_S reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA. I reached out about this like 5 times over 6 weeks. The last two weeks I obviously just gave up because I was moving out anyways. Some of my glasses were completely ruined by this dishwasher. Then after 6 weeks or so one of the management ladies comes over one day to look at our dishwasher and this nice but dumb ass lady has the nerve to say "oh yeah it hasn't been working for two weeks right?" No, bitch, no. - the walls of this place are really thin - the car gate was always broken and would beep all night long - the ceilings in the bedrooms are popcorn ceilings!!!
