It's a new favorite Thai spot and their curry and an egg fried rice dish are my family's favorites at the moment. Very nice staff. Always welcoming. We're enjoying their takeout very much.

I was out here for a business run and happened to come across this little Thai spot. It's located in a large center so there is plenty of parking spaces. When I walked by it smelled so good from the outside. When I walked in the owner was separating fresh basil. The place looked and smelled like authentic thai food. Very pleasant and friendly service. I only grabbed a few dishes since I was solo. Just from the two dishes that I had, It was very good. I definitely want to come back and try other items from their menu.

    Pad Thai with Pork

Get the glass noodle salad. So delicious and flavorful!!!! Yummy as always. ^^ this was a draft saved from a few months ago from my last visit And now I'm back cause I thought I'd just get a simple pad Thai this time cause I usually get something else since pad Thai is fairly common and I made a lot of that in college. Got it with pork and it's so freaking good. Love u orange Thai

Small hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant near our hotel. Nice service for our family and friends and tasty food. We ordered the pork pad thai, chicken green curry, and larb. The pad thai was fresh and tasty. The tanginess of the lime hit the spot. The green curry was just the right amount of spice, although even our kids couldn't handle it yet. The larb also was delicious with that nice lime flavor accentuating it all. We also got a thai coffee which kept us wired for the rest of the night.

I'll give this a 3.75. Parking was easy. Prices were right. Service was quick enough. Portions were good. I wish the temperature of the food was hotter and the curry was thicker. The vegetables could have been cooked a little more as well. We ordered the yellow curry with chicken and the Massamann curry with chicken. The Italian and the mid evil window decor inside the restaurant was a little confusing.

It was hard for me to find a GOOD Thai restaurant in HB and I finally found one! Customer service was great. Food was delicious and AUTHENTIC. It's a really small restaurant, but the food was soooo good and portions are perfect. I had to try the pad thai of course and it did not disappoint! Definitely coming back :)

Went here on a hot day and when I tell you the customer service was impeccable, you would have had to be there. They had fans on with mist pointing at us to cool us down. They were attentive and always making sure we were good. I couldn't finish my water because they were filling it before it was gone! Wow! The food was so good! (Maybe I'm biased because I LOVE Thai food). Being that I LOVE Thai food, I feel like I have a good understanding of good Thai food, and this is GOOD! Pad see ew is my go to!! The interior is quite small, but it was perfect because we ate in at a slow time!

Had a good experience here! The worker was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. There's a lot of parking available as well. I came on a Monday night so it wasn't busy. There's a few tables inside, but fairly small. Was feeling soupy so we ordered the following: - Tom Yum Noodle $13.99 - Khao Soi $14.99 Both were good! The Khao Soi comes with a chicken leg - a little different than the other Khao Soi I've had. The Tom yum noodle came with jalapeños inside so definitely had a kick. I think the pricing is good and comparable to other places. Overall, I would come back to try the other dishes.

Came here on a whim with my friend and we ordered the khao soi and the ka Tom soup Both were really good and really flavorful, the staff was very nice and it seems like it's a mom and pop shop. The ambiance in the restaurant was really unique and chic there were wooden walls and little trinkets all around. It was very unique and there were little lamps at each table that turns on and off- a cool touch. Good food, good people what else could you ask for

Came in for a late lunch and there was plenty of seating. I ordered the pad thai with tofu lunch special and it's an amazing deal. Generous portion, I was able to eat 2 meals from it. Their pad thai is pretty tart due to the tamarind so it's legit. Restaurant is well maintained and service is still friendly. Orange Thai is a gem in the community.

Went during the wango tango festival, and was not disappointed! I am glad to be back and the cook made the drunken noodle super spicy just how I like it. The service is one of the best parts that comes with the food. Peter, the owner, is always very kind alongside with his wife. If you want great company and great food, this is the spot to go to!

I tried Orange Thai for the first time and ordered the chicken Pad Thai lunch special along with a Thai tea. There was a bit of a wait, but the food came out hot and the service was good. I believe the owner was working the register and he was very friendly and kept apologizing for the wait time, which I appreciated. Parking was ample since the restaurant is located in a large shopping plaza. Overall, a pleasant first experience!

My mom and I moved to the OC about 17 years ago. We loved going to Thai food growing up in Glendale. I have only been to one other place since we moved here. Today we tried Orange Thai on a mother / daughter date. It is a small restaurant, that looks to be an old coffee shop in decor prior. They seem to do a lot of take out orders as we sat in to have an early dinner. We ordered a lot but happy to take it home for later. We ordered: Young coconut Yellow curry chicken BBQ pork fried rice Tom Kai seafood soup Prik king with chicken Mango w/ sticky rice Mom loved her young coconut/ soft coconut meat and sweet juice. We loved the flavor of the BBQ pork fried rice, some of the best we've ever tasted as well as the Tom Kai soup with plenty of seafood in a rich creamy coconut milk based soup. Mom noted the slight sweetness of Prik king sauce, which she liked;while I enjoyed how fresh and crunchy the green beans were. Yellow curry was good. We also loved the mango sticky rice for dessert ... it was slightly green tinged and my mom believes that's because they wrapped in banana leaves it was good(not overly sweet), the mango wasn't as sweet as I like it. Food tasted very fresh and we will return. Can't wait to bring my boy's with us to try it out. The service was good and friendly. I could tell from to go orders they have a lot of regular's.

I wish I had the foresight to have the ice cream in a separate container to avoid the crispy fluffy funnel cake from going soggy quickly. I liked how not too sweet my ice creams were. The funnel cakes were thick and fluffy albeit a bit soggy due to the melting ice cream. I wouldn't mind revisiting again just to enjoy the treats. It is so worth the visit.

They must use really good ingredients for their ice cream, doesn't feel like a lot of processed stuff. The ice cream was melting as expected and I didn't feel terrible after eating one by myself. It was just refreshing and joyful. They are located on the southern most side of Pacific City. It's rather tucked away. Once you reach the end of the plaza, go in the building and they are immediately to your left. Staff are friendly. Place is clean. They have a lot of flavors, but sadly you need to buy it to try it. I was disappointed, of course, because some flavors seemed really interesting, but I don't dare try something different if in case I end up not liking enough to regret it. There was another ice cream place up north that had the same policy, but they are so confident about the flavors and quality that they will replace your order completely should you not like it. I don't think this place has that kind of policy, which would discourage me from choosing this place compared to their chain competitor just a block away. Maybe there could be a compromise like, try up to 3 flavors only. That way, I can try three new unique flavors but if I really didn't like them I could still have a great experience with a tried and true favorite. Hope the owner seriously considers this because I think they are great and I want them to thrive! Another great thing about this place is that It isn't a big chain and mass produced. It feels personal and feels very special. I admire people who have such a passion for the craft that they invest in it with time and money, so let's support! Especially when the ice cream is this good.

I saw the line out the door and thought it must be good especially since they have other locations in Southern California. I tried their 4 scoop sampler with the non dairy coffee ice cream, butter pecan, mocha almond fudge and strawberry cheesecake. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the mocha almond fudge was good, creamy, chocolatey with a smooth consistency. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean, like spotless. That's where the positives end. The non dairy coffee scoop tasted like the just froze some old coffee, it was bitter and I spit it out. The strawberry cheesecake had weird squares of what I assume was supposed to be cheesecake but tasted more like a gummy with artificial flavoring, those two scoops were thrown out. The butter pecan I finished but it was too sweet, something I'd never thought I'd say, and it melted almost immediately in the 80+ degree heat into sugar water with a piece of pecan in it. As mentioned before the mocha almond fudge was pretty good, perhaps people get that flavor and that's why the line was out the door. I saw some people get shakes so maybe those are better, but I won't be coming back to give it a shot. Cold stone, Mr. Softee, Rori's, McDonald's, Dairy Queen, etc etc all offer better ice cream options. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating.

Since there's no time for me to drive back to Huntington Beach for a party that is in Pasadena within the next hour, we opt for the refund and Dustin states, "This is my personal number, I'll shoot you a text when that refund goes through."
