I have been to lots of gyms and boot camps and I didn't know what to expect from here. This place is like small group personal training. You sign in when you enter and then warm up. Then you move along the stations doing each for 1 minute with time in between to switch and catch a drink. The trainers are there to watch your alignment, help you set a challenging level and encourage you. You are not on your own! At the end of the circuit, you have a cool down and you are done! The trainers help you make it challenging and you don't have to figure out what to do, they've already done it for you! When I was there, I saw people of all ages, shapes and sizes. All were working hard and many had lost several inches through the program. Stop in and check it out!

I couldn't be more happy and healthy. It's a very simple process. You walk in, sign in and immediately start your warm up given by a great video. Then you start your station work outs. All timed for a minute each, it's great. The staff keeps you motivated the whole time. When you're done with the stations, you move to the cool down video, again, it's great. Can't get much easier, I love it. Thanks guys!

I think what Lifetime fitness is doing to it's senior members that are part of Medicare silver…read moresneakers program on Medicare is not only ridiculous but seems like age discrimination, They now want members that are part of senior sneakers to wait for 5 1/2 hours AFTER they open for us to be able to check in and I happily canceled my membership when I heard about their new and unfair rules. I won't really miss Lifetime being that it's annoyingly loud in the club and crowded much of the time, but the new hours for Silver sneakers members is the last straw.

If your primary interest is basketball, don't bother considering Life Time Fitness as an option…read more This location, and most others, has sacrificed half of the original basketball court space for pickleball. Due to the limited space, you'll regularly end up shooting around with 3 to 5 people on a single hoop. If you do luck into a time when the court isn't overcrowded, you'll have to endure 2 incredibly annoying sounds ad nauseam: the percussive sound of a pickleball being hit every 3 seconds (cuts through noise canceling), and boomer pickleball players screaming after every volley with the intensity of having just witnessed a walk-off grand slam in a World Series game. The final straw was being told to leave the basketball court due to it being reserved as spectator space for pickleball (see photos). Life Time is no longer a viable place for basketball. Like a casino, the current focus is on extracting as much revenue as possible from a demographic that has little time left. Hopefully, the trend fades away in unison with its primary demographic.

This place has SCAM written all over it. They promote their business by telling you that you can…read morereceive a "free" 6 week challenge including a meal plan unlimited training etc. as soon as you get there 1. The gym is extremely small and not in a good neighborhood 2. It's empty 3. 2 people working (The Husband and wife) They bring you into the back and ask you all these questions get you excited just to hit you with a $699 deposit fee that "you can get back after the 6 weeks IF you loose 6% body fat@ or $49.99 a WEEK. When I asked to think about the decision and consult with my spouse I was told I either had to sign up now or I could not come back. When I raised suspicion about this the wife got very rude. Don't waist your money here you are better off buying a fitness and nutrition plan online from a professional builder online. The owner and his wife don't even look like fitness mentors.

FAKE! MY EXPERIENCE : Thank you for being so incredibly rude! I signed up via Facebook for orientation tonight for a "free" 6 week boot camp that you advertised. I'm looking for my new "go-to" gym. I've been a member to several gyms. ..so yes I have and will spend money for my health. That's not the issue. I wasn't sure if there was "a catch" or not, but I wanted to know if they were expecting me to pay or sign up when I arrived. Fair enough right? (Nothing is free) ...and even how much a place like that would cost. People do have budgets. I'm 25 minutes away but I travel a lot for work, so it wouldn't be that big of a deal, plus I was trying to get a friend to go. I SIMPLY wanted to talk to someone before I made the 25 min trip tonight. BUT...Impossible to get a hold of anyone to verify this is a legit company. Over a couple days. .... - I tried msging this company 2 times on Facebook. Once I tagged them in a post with their ad and once via messenger. NOTHING - I received 3 texts from a number saying it was the program director. (SEE PIC) I texted back asking for someone to call. NOTHING I then tried calling that number and it went to an automated msg that hangs up after a barely understandable msg played. - The website was in a weird language when I clicked on the "contact us" tab. - I tried calling the number on the website, but no one answers. ...so I left a voicemail. Not mean or sarcastic, I might add. ..... I asked if the place was legit because my friend was skeptical that I asked to join me. She wondered why nearly 12k Facebook likes but they still offer free weeks and they still "had spots to fill up". Also, it was extremely hard to get a hold of someone. I asked if there was a catch for their "free 6 weeks" and for someone to call me back before I come tonight. By this point I'm already pretty irritated. I get a text from the number I just called. A text? Really? (SEE PIC) So I call right back. ... The guy who answers says "hi how can I help you?" I say, "I'm calling the number that just texted? I was trying to get a hold of someone." He says, "yes how can I help you?" I said "well you responded via text that there is a catch and I just wanted to talk to someone over the phone about your promotion." THEN HE STARTS WITH THE ATTITUDE. ..he says, "we'll we can't answer the phone or text or respond to everyone interested, we don't have time for that and we need to focus on our paying customers." REALLY? REALLY? I should have hung up then. He continues, "look, just come in, you won't regret it. It will be the best decision you will make." I then try and ask about the "catch". What will they expect me to sign or pay for when I drive out there? What part is actually free? He says, "are you not planning on spending a penny? Are you just trying to get something for free? Don't worry about what the catch is, you will get plenty of free things tonight that will make it worth your time and then after orientation you will need to make a decision" I asked "what decision will i need to make and how much and what will you expect me to pay for?" SIMPLE QUESTIONS RIGHT? Just get to the point! He says he can't tell me anything over the phone, i need show up. ..then mumbles something and HANGS UP ON ME! I texted back and then being a smart ass, he did as well. (SEE PIC) I just wanted to verify that my 25 minute drive will be worth my time.... , but NOT to someone who replies to my voicemail via text instead of calling, then when I call to actually "speak" to a human, he acts as though he doesn't have time for me. ..doesn't answer any of my questions ..then HANGS UP ON ME! You need some manners and training to work with people. I'll give my money to a gym that is respectful and has time for potential clients. UNREAL

Fake auto text. They don't respond to these texts because not a real #. If you call it, it's a mumbled automated msg, that plays & hangs up
