Strongly advice on not going here. Its a one man show running the business who is not customer friendly nor competent to understand customer experience. One of the better Anytime Fitness's I've been to. Very spacious w/ plenty of machines and work out areas. Nice size Free Weight area and plenty of Circuit Work Out machines. And plenty of cardio machines as well. Everything from treadmills, to bikes, to stair step machines as well as elliptical machines and row machines. I cannot say enough about this gym and how awesome it is in comparison to the others in the area. I know a lot of people want more of a full-service gym. But what makes this gym different is the manager... Kyle Tatum. He cares so much more about you than your money, which is hard to find in gyms today. If you are sick, or not coming Kyle will check in with you to make sure nothing is preventing you from coming to the gym and that you are happy with the gym. I have never come in and seen dirty equipment or seen machines broken. He takes a lot of pride in ensuring that his gym is the cleanest and most functional in the area and he wants your experience to be like none other. I have been a member of the other and other cheaper clubs in the area and will never go back after experiencing this location with Tyler. I cannot speak for another Anytime Fitness locations.... only this one ...and this one has impressed me beyond any other large full-service gyms Rockwall. Also, for the ladies out there...ine of the things that is important to me as a female going to the gym was to not be harassed when I am there and the lighting in the parking lot area to be good after dark when I cone and go. Before I signed up I expressed this to Kyle and he assured me that would not be a problem and if I ever had an issue to let him know the because he would not tolerate either of those things. Lots of gyms say that to get your money, but after dealing with him, you know Kyle means it because that is the kind of integrity he has as a manager. They offer group classes and individual training sessions and for me that was also very important...to have a variety offerings. Call him to see for yourself. I am a first-timer to Anytime in Rockwall. I really had a wonderful workout experience. I am a pilates instructor and not unfamiliar with other locations located in other parts of the country, and this location definitely holds its own. The facility is nicely ventilated with ceiling fans and temperate air temperature- ideal for a perfect workout. Weights are organized, and the multipurpose room is also well maintained. On par with other upscale locations, this facility is private and people go there for the only reason you should be at a gym...to workout. Speak to Kyle to get set up today. I would not be a member of any other gym. The Rockwall location is an A+ in my book. read more

This is one of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of working out at. They have a terrific selection of equipment from standard barbell racks to more of the old school modalities like chains and medicine balls. I know this isn't the only gym with such items though. What truly makes this facility shine brighter than other gyms is Kyle the manager. He is a very friendly caring person who truly takes pride in his work. Kyle runs an impressive operation. He would greet me by name upon my arrival, even though I was a temporary patron in town on business. Facilities are clean and well laid out. This is a great gym. People are friendly and not judging. Safe atmosphere. Not crowded. And it's also completely decked out. Punching bag, ropes, kettle bells. They have machines and free weights. It's fully loaded! Highly recommend well worth it. read more

This gym is clean and tidy!! And open to members every day of the year including Thanksgiving and Christmas.... literally all year!!! People that work out here seem to be very friendly and mind their own business. I really appreciate the general vibe. The biggest thing for me though, is that there are sanitizing wet wipes as opposed to sprays and flimsy paper towels. The wipes just make cleaning machines so fast and easy and actually clean. The overall cleanliness is top notch and super important to me in a gym. There's also kettlebells and resistance bands for getting those glutes activated lol!! Best gym in Rockwall! Kyle the manager takes pride in keeping the facility clean and the members are so friendly. I usually hit the gym 5 days a week for a mix of weights and cardio and I never wait for machines. I have visited several of the satellite gyms (Commerce, Greenville, Rowlett, Wylie, Forney, Kaufman, Terrell etc.) and none of them are as accommodating as the Rockwall location. We just got our membership, so we have not used the gym yet. As far as customer service, I give the gym 5 starts. We showed up yesterday to learn about the gym, tour the facility and understand pricing. Kyle was awesome! He gave us a quick tour of the gym. It was small, but clean and not too crowded (it was 5:30, so peak hours). The he explained very simply the terms of the contract and the pricing. He took every effort to help us get the best price and membership that fit our needs. He really went above and beyond to help us (because our situation is a little complicated) and did all this in very little time. We were in and out in less than 30min.
