I was shined on about if the parts had been ordered and when the order was placed, when the parts were received, etc. Yes, I realize the pandemic-induced supply chain problems are not 100% behind us, but when you're booking recall appointments 8 WEEKS out, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the parts to be on hand (or AT LEAST) ordered by the time the bike is dropped off. I have a hard time believing it took 11+ weeks for a part known to be in stock at the manufacturer to reach a dealership in the same country. When I dropped the bike off, they had the opportunity to tell me right then they didn't have the required parts in stock (despite knowing for 8 WEEKS when I would be dropping off my bike). They did not do this. I had to call (three times over the next three-plus weeks) to get any information, and I was never even informed when my bike was finally ready. I just showed up one day, hoping it would be done after a prior conversation in which I was told "Oh, I think the tech is probably going to put it back together today." This apparently came from one of the service department managers, who clearly doesn't know what his team is doing. I will say the work they did was done competently, that's not my complaint, it's the timeline and the utter lack of communication or information. That's not a technician problem, that's a management problem. I was also ignored by the GM, or at least the clerk at the main desk when I left my name and number and asked to speak to the GM. That's poor customer service right there. I also contacted the dealership through Facebook, and though they promised to call me, I have yet to hear from them. After I started posting this negative review (Google, Facebook, Yelp), their Operations Manager Byron Hager reached out to me via a no-reply email address asking ONCE AGAIN for my phone number, which is 100% definitely in their system. Every interaction is an opportunity for a sale. I'm ready for a different bike, but given my experience with Redline's service department, I'll be going elsewhere to buy. The customer may not always be right, but the customer definitely deserves better treatment than I received at Redline, especially for something as simple as a recall service.

From the beginning of planning all the way to the end of the tour Anne provided nothing but exemplary service!! Anne is a very kind, caring and sweet individual who is passionate about what she does as shown in the details of the tour. In addition, to her many talents she surprised us with singing for us while visiting Westover Church! She has a beautiful voice!! Anne answered all our questions before hand expeditiously and was available by Facebook messenger, phone and email. Coordination and getting in contact was super easy. We had brought our own decorations with us to decorate our friend's bicycle for her birthday and Anne did an awesome job!! The birthday girl was ecstatic! Ahead of time you indicate your height so that your bike can be adjusted. If you prefer you can utilize your own bike. I find it more convenient to use her bikes and they were comfortable, had three gears and a nice basket to stores your things. Included in the price are some snacks which consist of a peach or apple and seasoned pecans or walnuts and a water bottle. I recommend bringing an additional water bottle or bring a camelbak if it's super hot. Anne was nice enough to start our tour earlier as a request to avoid the hotter parts of the day. We began our bike adventure from Upper Shirley vineyards with stops along the way to learn some history including VCU Rice Center, and passing many plantations. It's a lovely tour that allows you to bike throughout america's history despite it's harsh realities. Majority of the route is along part of the capital bike trail (which the capital trail is 52 miles). Although you won't be biking the entire route, the tour is 14miles. You do have stops along the way. It's do-able if you don't necessarily work out on a daily basis, but fair warning you may get tuckered out. There's some slight inclines nothing major but my out of shape self was beat, but I did it! :) At the end of the tour you return back to Upper Shirley Vineyards. Anne provides nice cold wet towels infused with lavender to cool off upon your return. You have the option to add lunch for an additional price. We chose this option and it's well worth it!! Anne has a good network within her community. The food at Upper Shirley was delicious it included an entree, a glass of wine, and two shared appetizers. I think the tour itself includes the wine tasting only and you can possibly exchange the tasting For a bottle of wine instead. This was a great way to celebrate! I highly suggest it for anyone who likes to bike, likes history and or enjoys wine! A unique way to celebrate birthdays, do a family outing, bachelorette parties, girls' day out etc and or date nights and to stay active, enjoy the outdoors and explore! PSA - (could stand for personal instead of public service announcement haha) Do NOT try to take a selfie on a bike while riding on a rocky or gravel path. Trust me. I got cocky, because I did it the first time on the ride and no issues and on the way back I took a second selfie and wiped out! The wipe out H-U-R-T, but Anne was super nice about it and was very compassionate and caring. She ran to my aid and cleaned me up and bandaged me. She even offered to get her car and take me back. But I said I was okay to bike back and I was. Even after we got back to the vineyards she attended to me. So you know you're in good hands if a mishap should happen, even if it is your own fault :/ Sorry Anne! Thanks for taking good care of me!!! Recommendations: Bring an extra bottle of water or Camelbak if it's a really hot day. Use sunscreen. Bring sun glasses Wear only sneakers or sandals that are secure that have a back strap to it. The owner was able to call us back in a few hours and come out the same day. He bought the bike for a very fair deal. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes issue and treated us great. Started off talking to Mike (owner) asked for a quote to replace the water pump & oil change on my 2016 Tri Glide was quoted $1200.00 by the time they were finished they charged my credit card $2900.00 without giving me a total first, plus a towing service from my home to their shop extra $250.00 which Mike guaranteed me he would get my insurance to pay me back for. NEVER HAPPENED plus flat out lied to me telling me he was in contact with them. To top it off when I got my bike back the New water pump was leaking on my garage floor contacted Mike again and told him they needed to come pick it up to find the problem. Contacted him on Dec. 24th finally on April 4th I got tired of waiting for him to pick it up for the warrantee work and ended up towing it there myself. Told me he would get on it right away and never received the bike back until May 30th. Mike will flat out lie to you and not think twice about it. Really think I would have gotten better service from the Harley Davidson dealership. And the work done cheaper and more professionally.

Pro Street reached out to me after I posted in a local facebook group about an issue I was having…read more He was prompt and on time when he came to pick up my bike and he explained everything about the deposit and timeline. That's where the good ended. There was little to no communication until I reached out and demanded it. I needed new tires. He didn't consult me about which ones I wanted, he made a unilateral decision and ordered a set without talking to me about it. I never signed any paperwork, I was never given a solid price. New tires, mounted and installed for over $1500. I'm not even mad about the amount, I'm mad that at no point was Michael, the owner, upfront about what he was doing. I was never told what tires he was ordering, I was never asked what tires I wanted. I was never given a timeline, and I was never given a final price. I got 2 different quotes for the same service. The first shop, the dealer I bought the bike for, quoted me $600 less than Pro Street. The second shop quoted me $550 less. If you value honesty and your money, take your business somewhere else. Find somewhere else. I will be.

I never thought it would be so difficult getting some work done on my bike, but the level of rudeness I endured from various other shops (ahem...Pro Street Cycles) was ridiculous. Nick is an easy going guy and knows what he's doing. His work is quality, and won't break the bank. He works on all makes and models, but it was especially nice to find a competent Indian motorcycle mechanic in the area. Not sure whats going on with a lot of young business owners these days, but they sure as hell don't want to do any work. This shop is different. Will definitely call these guys first in the future.

I called Harley Davidson HQ in Milwaukee to complain. Then I got a call from the dealership saying they would deliver it the next day. $26k for a new bike and you would think they could at least return my call- and maybe ensure the bike is loaded on the delivery truck.

WE checked with our local gym for their technician and they gave us the contact for Fit repairs and Ernie their technician. Ernie came out and diagnosed the issue and since it was an older model, we had to order a larger part which included the piece we needed repaired. Ernie was awesome, taking his time, giving us a credit for time and explaining the issue. Our exercise cycle works fine now without any issue. Definitely recommend Ernie if you have any issue.
