When you venture upstairs, there's a weight room, machines, ellipticals, tons more for everyone. There's also a pool, with heated water and a hot tub, a kids play area and a slide. Bad experience with compel at golds gym swift creek. The trainer was good, but he left without any…read morenotice. We didn't have a trainer for 2 months. I canceled when the new trainer reached out to us, because our program was based on monthly adjustments to our program. Per section 2 of the contract I can cancel if they do not provide service for 30 days. I talked to their support though email and explained the issue. They said if the trainer was not available they would cancel the contract. I just received a call from collections. I emailed them and tried calling but they only have voicemail, no live person answers the phone. I'm in the process of filling complaints and if this does not get resolved will be taking legal action against the company.

But I highly recommend that YOU DO NOT sign up with compel fitness. You will have better luck finding a freelance trainer at any gym who are more than willing to accept a new client. Compel trains their employees to reach out to be client emotionally and they rush over all the fine print of the contract. Even compel trainers would recommend you find a freelancer just don't ask them while they are clocked in. The program is poorly ran. Instagram trainer videos would help you better than compel. The person who signs you up could care less about you after they get your signature. Even the trainers will tell you this is all true if you get them off the clock.
