We both got cat eye gel nail polish different colors. Super happy with the cleanliness of store, the cool temp on this triple digit hot day, the complementary soda, water, coffee, tea and wine. She always disappoints me in her product, she also is very judgmental it seems with the tone in her voice and looks she gives and Very rough with the nail prep process. This is a difficult review to write because the first time I went here, it was amazing. A friend of mine recommended I go to Bi for a manicure and he was just as amazing as she said he would be! I got a dip manicure with white chrome and I loved my nails. Someone else did my gel pedicure, I forgot to catch her name but it was a great experience. If my review was based solely on the first time I went, it would be 5 stars. However, I went a few days ago again for just a gel pedicure. I made an appointment and they took me right away. The nail tech started taking off my current polish with the Dremel, and she immediately nicked the skin on my big toe. I flinched, but hoped that was a one-off accident. She did it again on my second toe. I said "ouch, that hurts" to her and she mumbled sorry. She was a little more careful for the rest of the time, but she still nicked one more toe on my other foot. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my feet are a little swollen, so maybe I was just more sensitive during this pedicure, but it was still not a great start to the service. The rest of the pedicure was okay, the polish turned out fine and she gave a nice foot/leg massage since she noticed that my feet were a bit swollen. My toes stung a bit where she nicked me over the next few days. I didn't get the tech's name unfortunately, but to do my best to describe her, she looked quite a bit older than the other employees in the salon. I was debating between 3 or 4 stars since the first time was so great, but the inconsistency was disappointing. I would 100% go back for Bi, and I would give a pedicure another chance if I get a different employee to do the service. read more

She neglected to remove a huge chunk of gel from a previous pedicure on my big toe, when I asked her about it she said I must have just bumped my toe on something and the nail got messed up... but after inspecting more closely at home I realize this was not the case. She also neglected to trim my pinkie toes so they are abnormally longer than the rest... I don't normally pay so much attention to small details because I've never had someone do such a heinous job. So sad because the place was nice and clean, good atmosphere... but disappointing work to say the least. read more

if I could rate zero stars I would. First of all, they are so rude there. second of all I asked for a short rounder pinkish, nude acrylics, and I got long, sharp white nails. I asked throughout the entire process if things could be changed and I was told it would charge me more and they were rude the entire time I could tell that they were speaking badly about me in a different language, and the entire situation was just humiliating. Came in with my sister for her prom. We were walk-ins but that's normal and we were okay if we had to wait. They brought us back immediately and put our feet in water so we expected to be getting started. The lady came up and said can u guys wait a little. We said okay (we already had our feet in the water). 15 mins go by and we're confused because people keep coming in and they seem to be getting started. Then 30 mins go by so we start calling another place to see if they have any spots available (it's around 5:30 and most places close at 7). As soon as they see us on the phone they come up with the nail swatches and tell us to pick a color. I knew this was them just trying to keep us in there but still we looked at the colors. 4 more people come in and get immediate service. After about 45 mins we get up and leave because that was a complete waste of time and energy. Maybe it's because I'm 24 and she a highschooler and they don't think we'll tip but it's so astonishing they would leave us for that long. And when we went to leave they didn't even seem to care or apologize at all. Everyone in there looked so confused as we were leaving. I went in to get a manicure and the lady who did my nails, did a fast and rushed job She used tools that were not clean. She didn't even get all the gel polish off before she did regular polish. Also, told me it was $25. She then charged me 30 and said I'm sorry. I charged you 30 not 25, is that okay? I said, no, that was not okay, and the last thing that made me mad is that she didn't even give me a good manicure. My cuticles look like they were not done..... This is truly the worst thing best experience ever. I mean it, when I ask for clean tools, she kept saying yes, she has clean tools every nail. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

So I was kind of desperate and thought I would give orchid Nails a try since it was close to my home. I spent a little over 100 on a basic pedicure and a regular gel full set. First of all what a regret and waste of money. My pedicure literally started chipping after two days and by the end of the week 70% of the nail polish was gone. This has never happened to me in the history of getting pedicures! I don't know if their nail polish was old or she didn't do a topcoat, but this has been the first time I have experienced this issue. My full set initially looked good, but as it started to grow out a little, I realized how thick and uneven it was done. Also, when I asked another nail tech, how much my set would be she said 50 yet my nail tech charged me 60 and didn't even do a good job. Definitely will not going back and do not recommend if you like a clean job in value for your money. read more

I had an issue with some of the gel peeling off after a couple days. I called and let the salon know and they fixed them at no extra charge!

They were very rude when I walked in, I was trying to get a full set done. Weren't even nice about it.

They do not properly disinfect tools here!!!! They also fraudulently charged a tip on my card when I tipped cash. I got my toes done here, for the first time, less than 2 weeks ago and one of my big toes is completely swollen on the side. I have ingrown toe nails on my big toes and the lady helping me didn't know how to do them so she calls another lady. The new lady grabbed the nail clippers and quickly sprayed 2 squirts on them with an "alcohol" bottle and proceeds to dig into my nails. Initially I thought my toe was swollen because they did not get my ingrown toe nail completely out, this happens sometimes, but after looking closer I realized my toe is pussing. I have literally never had this happen and am so disgusted. I would never return here nor do I recommend. read more

It's not just the motion that most places do, but rather the lady went in and massaged my legs and feet so well. 7/3/22- I forgot to post this and it had been sitting in my drafts.
