    This is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life…read more To start off with. The "technician" Matthew did not have my correct address the morning of our appointment. He stated his company "does not allow them to have the customer's address and gives them just gps coordinates" He was late about 3 hours. He shows up in his personal vehicle , no company vehicle. He does not carry any parts on his truck. So he came to my house just to guess on what part was not working and ordered something off of Amazon. No diagnostic tools , no F codes , just mumbo gumbo about how he has so much experience on washers and it could be two things. My drain pump or my lid lock sensor. I had mentioned to him earlier that , I had checked the drain pump for a clog and it was clear. He misheard me or thought I said I replaced it. I didn't replace it. I just checked if it was clogged. He tells us , he'll order the lid sensor and will come back the next day. The next day , I text him. Hey what's your eta? No answer. No text. Just silence. I call the company. Calls me back and tells me the part is not here yet and he'll be there later in the afternoon. I told him just to come by the next morning. Strange an appliance repair company doesn't carry parts. They order them on Amazon. Wow, okay. This morning. Comes to my house , switches the lid lock sensor. Realizes its not the lid lock sensor and tells my wife, " Hey bro , I think its the drain pump so I'll have to come back another day , so I'll have to charge you another trip charge and if its not the drain pump , it might be the control board" Wife says he called her bro like 7-8 times while explaining the extra charges. She texts me to call him. I called him to question why we are getting charged again if I already had a quote on the repair. Seems like charging me for extra trips to get Amazon parts is not a smart business decision. I asked him why did he not check if it was the drain pump first. He said he didn't because I had already replaced it once. I never said that. I checked if it was clogged. I told him just to leave. We'll sort if out with a real appliance repair company. He then tells me he is sick of f**king people like me and that this always happens to him. Then hangs up. Then he proceeds to text me 14 times on how much he was saving us with prices of different drain pumps and that he is exhausted from difficult customers. What a nut job. What a terrible company. The way he speaks about his superiors and the company itself should be a sign of what inept people hired him in the first place. Cussing to customers and complaining to them is such a red flag. Please save yourself some trouble and go with a reputable appliance repair. Hope this review helps you.

He cleaned out all of the lint thoroughly, sent pictures of the work & provided helpful suggestions about the settings on the drier. I would highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair!

    Was just in the Best Buy legacy store to pick up a new IMAC the young girl at the pickup was the…read morerudest young woman! I asked if she could open the box that the computer was supposedly in so I could make sure my $2000 purchase was indeed in the box. Her words were you can open it!!!!! Excuse me I just purchased a computer and before I leave the store I want to make sure the computer is in the box. I opened the box and yes it was in the box, then we proceeded to take our purchase and she told me I must take the shipping box with me!!!! I have just realized why this girl gets away with being as rude and crashed as she is you call the Best Buy legacy telephone number and you get a remote person. There is no way to call the store or call corporate and make a complaint so of course, these people will continue to treat everybody as rudely as possible. The store is approximately 30 minutes from my home, but I will make sure on Monday morning when the manager should be there that I will be taking another drive to Best Buy to complain about the way I was treated in their store. No accountability for rudeness or poor behavior. I had my grandchildren with me at the time and didn't think it was appropriate timing to complain. I now understand why this store only has a 2 1/2 star rating. I would find another Best Buy to go to. I would never purchase another item in that store.
