Lowes had a great selection of refrigerators at all price points, and one of their ongoing sales got me. :-) A+ to the delivery being on time, professional and friendly service people. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Poor Service at Lowe's Store #18303 -- Pro Customer Lost…read more To Executive Leadership at Lowe's, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at your Lowe's location at 18303 Rim Dr, San Antonio, TX 78257. On Wednesday, my wife and I purchased approximately $2,000 worth of appliances. We specifically chose Lowe's over Home Depot because we were told that Lowe's could match the price and deliver the appliances sooner. The salesperson assured us that delivery would be today, Saturday. That promise turned out to be completely wrong. We subsequently learned that the appliances will not be delivered until next weekend. Had we been given accurate information, we would have made a different purchasing decision. Then, last night, I purchased a $30 pair of construction gloves at the same store. I purchased them expecting a quality product that would hold up to normal construction work. Within approximately two hours, the seams had already begun unraveling. By the six-hour mark, the gloves were essentially unusable. I returned to the store to exchange or return them. The employee at the service desk agreed that the gloves clearly should not have fallen apart within hours and appeared to understand why I was requesting a return. However, when she contacted the manager by phone, the manager instructed her that the gloves could not be returned. What makes this particularly disappointing is that the manager couldn't even be bothered to come to the service desk and speak with me personally. Instead, I was left standing there while the employee relayed the manager's decision over the phone. That is not acceptable customer service. I am a Lowe's Pro customer, and this is not a case of losing an occasional retail customer. My business involves flipping homes, and we routinely purchase several thousand dollars' worth of materials for each project. I specifically chose Lowe's because I expected the Pro relationship to mean something. Instead, within the span of a few days, I experienced: A sales promise regarding delivery that was not honored. A significant appliance purchase that now has a delayed delivery. A $30 pair of construction gloves that failed within hours. A manager who refused a reasonable return and would not even speak with me directly. As a result, Lowe's has lost my business. Going forward, our material purchases will be going to Home Depot. I am sending this to executive leadership because I want Lowe's to understand that this isn't simply about a $30 pair of gloves. It is about the cumulative effect of poor service, inaccurate information, and management that appears unwilling to take ownership of a customer problem. I would appreciate a response from someone in Lowe's executive customer relations organization who is willing to review what happened at this store and explain how this level of customer service is acceptable. Sincerely, Jon Perrin Lowe's Pro Customer

Let me start by giving Axel a shoutout, followed by Will…read more Lots of parking, which is usually the norm for Home Depot. Walked around looking for what I needed. There weren't many staff members in the area I was in to ask for help, but eventually, we bumped into Axel. He was so helpful, even though he was from another department in the store, and was thankful that he helped instead of saying no or finding us someone else which would then have us wait. Great customer service. After searching on the computer with us for the appliances, we had to return with measurements to make sure of what we wanted to purchase. So we had to end up leaving and coming back. When we got back, it seemed busier, but there were only two customers ahead of us waiting for assistance. We shopped in the meantime and picked up a few other things. Let me say Will made this process with appliances easy to navigate and made selecting just what we needed such a smooth transaction, and we also got to save by bundling with the purchase There was no long line for checkout, and I also received assistance. The staff was helpful during this entire process at this location. And I received great value for everything I purchased Only to realize I forgot a few things, so it seems this location will be my go-to Home Depot Sorry no pics to add with this reviews but will next check in

The prices are about 50-70% OFF of retail, which is hard to beat. You have to move quickly because what you see is what you get, everything is consigned by everyday people or company buyouts, meaning you can't order more. This makes it a super fun treasure hunt!! The store is LOADED. The staff is super helpful and style-minded. You can also make some cash by bringing in your furniture & home decor to sell. Great selection of art, decor, foliage, even jewelry & designer handbags.

As they requested, I contacted them via email with descriptions and pictures of the items I wanted to consign. I was told they would respond in a few days. So I waited over a week and called them. I was told to resend the info. She would call me to confirm. So, again I waited. The next day I called to follow up. I was told that the email was received and a response could be expected in a few hours. I NEVER HEARD BACK, no email, no phone call! I deserved some type of response. If they couldn't take it, fine....but let me know. There is no excuse for treating your customer with such disrespect! I'm not inclined to sell or buy from this business again!
