We had a fantastic experience with this moving company from start to finish. One thing that really…read morestood out was how easy it was to communicate with the team ahead of time via yelp messages and their portal. I was able to message with someone online to coordinate details and even adjust our move as plans shifted, which made the whole process much less stressful. On moving day, our crew was incredible. Andy, Miraj, Muha, Tatty, and Aibar were kind, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. They worked hard, stayed positive, and handled everything with care. You could tell they were experienced and really took pride in doing a good job. Moving can be chaotic, but this team made it feel organized and smooth. Well worth the cost we had a ton to move. We're so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Two Asian dudes showed up, barely spoke to me, one would only speak his own language while the other would then speak to me in English. They rudely took pics of my apartment, then went and sat back in their truck. After about 20 minutes, the guys came out and said they couldn't do the move because it was "unsafe". Prior to that it was because I had too many small items, and in between that I was told it was because I asked for 3 hours and they'd need 7-9 hours. I called dispatch again and told Karina she sent me two racist movers. She claimed that couldn't be. I explained my stance and she said she'd call me back. Meanwhile, I have no way to move my stuff. Karina said she would talk with her moving team and call me back. Guess what? She never did. I guess you get great service when you have the right skin color. Move your stuff yourself and save the headache. The worst company ever and I don't see how Yelp recommends them. I'm disgusted.

We paid for the time to figure that out plus one more mover added 45 mins later. They were quick, but clearly, 2 of the 3 movers had little experience and were really not up for the heavy lifting. They rushed through everything and were reluctant to put things anywhere but the garage. To be honest, I did not WANT them bringing more into the house because they were getting careless. In the end, we had A LOT of broken items. We had a number of heirlooms that were shattered, not cracked, shattered. They even managed to completely shatter an entire case of glass jars that were still in their original box, as safe as could be possible. This only could have happened if a stack of boxes fell over in the truck. I moved 4 houses this year already. These were the most inexperienced and least customer focused as well as the most costly yet.

Updating to 4 stars for picking up my junk, minus one for me crying about the price after not communicating the right stuff or offering me something better in person. Not very happy with pricing. I had a king sized mattress and two box spring for them to junk. Over the phone, they did not tell me about the $19 fee for EACH to be junked, on top of the pricing, which started out at $99 for less than an eighth of a truck and then suddenly when they got here they told me it would be an eighth which would be $179. Plus the fees put me over what I was expecting. Then, they sent pics to the manager and the manager said it was more than a sixth so they charged me $200 something, overall my total was around $310. My stuff was already in the truck, very sneaky to do to people! Losing my best friend was hard enough, having to junk his mattress and then the price just keep going up was horrible. I would've tipped your guys more too if it wasn't for that huge price change. Then they had the audacity to ask to leave a sign for 10% off next time. Haha, no. Definitely won't use them next time, I'd rather hire a random person to take it instead. I added a star for the nice guys, I'm sorry they work for a place that charges so much.

They were respectful of her house and mine, and careful to not damage any walls or floors. They protected her beautiful furnishings very well during transportation and in and out of houses, and into the correct location. They cared about placing furniture in just the right spot. They were patient with letting us install extension cords behind heavy furniture before they shifted it into place. Before they left, we asked them to move a queen bed and heavy dresser six inches to the left, so that everything fit the way we wanted, and they didn't bat an eye. They were gracious and kind and friendly. They communicated effectively with each other. This trio got some much done on a day. They were truly remarkable. I will ask for them again.

The job was to move my furniture off my old carpet that I'd had for over 20 years and remove it to the dumpster downstairs. I had a new, Ruggable rug going down in its place. But first I had a bit of clean up to do. As I was sweeping 20 years worth of dirt, cat litter and car hair up from the perimeters that I hadn't seen in decades, it really wasn't as bad as I had imagined. The guys asked me if they wanted them to open and assemble another piece of furniture I had sitting out in the hallway while they were waiting for me to clean up the floor. I told them I would be very grateful if they would do that. It took them mere minutes. And I am very thankful that they did that. I finished my cleaning and they got to work on laying the rug. A Ruggable isn't a normal rug. It's got two pads that line up side by side and then the rug is laid down on top pressing out wrinkles as you go. It's kind of tedious. But I got the softest padding and they did a great job laying the rug. It's beautiful. I love it. And I love these guys. They took such care with my furniture and moved everything right back to where it belonged. Their rates are the best. So much so I booked them to move my old futon out of here and move up my new loveseat. Unfortunately, an unforeseen emergency came up which is completely understandable.
