This is the real deal. I don't get pedicures often, and as a guy who doesn't paint his nails, I am not picky and don't get colors or any gel things. But wow, I got the deluxe pedicure and the woman that did it took her time, came back to areas that needed it, and really did the best job that I think I've ever had. I went for a mani pedi and chose my colors. I did not use gel polish on my toes, which costs about $20 more for a pedicure that doesn't last any longer than a normal one. Neither female who worked on me could speak English, they were masked, and made no eye contact with me at all. When I discussed the nail color from my toes, the man who spoke English and was clearly the boss came over and there was discussion that was confusing to say the least. My toes turned out a very different color and I called to get them repainted today and got a ton of crap that they had told me it would be different blah blah blah. What company does not want you to be a satisfied customer? I am not going to anymore spas where I can't speak my native language with the people and if they don't like it, tough. I called back again today and the guy answered, when I began to talk after he asked me for my phone number he interrupted me and started to lecture me about the color of the nails. He was rude and curt and totally unprofessional. I would not advise anyone to go there ever. It's a factory with lots of people and lots of workers who never look you in the eye. read more

I came into the nail salon and was instantly completely dissatisfied. The lack of negligence they have towards my friend's appointment, who was at 1030, and they didn't fill her pedicure water till about 11:00 a.m. Not only that, I asked for a super neat French tip design. I have some really short nails, pretty much as long as men's nails, and they charged me $45 for acrylic fill. On top of that, they charged me $25 for a basic, uneven, very messy glitter everywhere French tip design. I repeated to him multiple times how it was uneven and messy and he continued to dismiss my comment and try to shut me up. I was not happy. In the end they asked if I would like a punch card to return, sadly I declined because I will not return nor will I ever recommend this place. read more

I came here for a pedicure with my Mom and we were both very impressed! Very modern and clean, the chairs gave a wonderful massage. Only complaint is my polish really didn't last. Only 2 weeks and it's already chipped and dull. Kinda unfortunate especially since it's not the cheapest. But I'll probably go back. Good polish selection as well. read more

I asked for a gel manicure but asked that my natural nails not get filed down. The nail lady (her uv light said Tracy, so I assume that was her name) said the manicure would only last a few days without filing my nails. She said a regular manicure would only last a few days as well. So I chose the regular manicure. She seemed irritated and was short and rude the entire appointment. She rushed through everything. When I was done she told me to go sit at the front and said the nails would take an hour to dry fully. She didn't offer a fan so I asked for one and she brought it to me. No thank you, have a nice day etc. Extremely unfriendly and rude. Plus there's polish all over my skin that she didn't bother to clean up. It's a very convenient location for me, but they didn't earn my repeat business. read more

Horrifying experience! My daughter and I come in here to get manicures and pedicures, but I definitely won't be coming back EVER! I always get gel nail polish and often acrylic on my big toes. The last time we were there was beginning of June getting a pedicure and nail polish for my anniversary. Gel polish lasts a really long time about three weeks ago. The polish was chipping off, so I filed it down and removed it. All my toes were fine with the exception of the two big toes that had acrylic, once the polish was off, I could see that the two big toenails had turned black... obviously I am less than pleased. I've already had one doctors appointment and now I'm gonna have to make another along with having to do lab work to check and make sure that my kidneys are stable enough to take a medication that I might have to take for six months or more. all to fight a fungus that I wouldn't have gone to this salon. my daughter and I paid quite a bit of money for the service. And I feel I should absolutely get my money back and have my medical bills covered. I'll be stopping by this location to speak with a manager or owner to see if we can find a way to get this issue resolved. I am posting a picture. It's not pretty. Please be aware of the cleanliness and hygiene of this location. ! If the situation or issue isn't resolved in a speedy time, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB also unfortunate that I give you any kind of rating. Even one star is too much. read more

I cannot say enough about Jonathan and Tiffany! I used to go to the other salon where they worked but followed them to Organic Nail Bar as this is a much better experience. My nails last about 3 weeks when Jonathan does them, they never break and I'm always getting compliments on them. Everyone at the salon is friendly and service is quick. Also, Tracy does a great pedicure and she's super sweet. Bonus: they have ample parking in the back. read more

I have been going to Organic Nail bar for about 8 months now. This very clean and friendly salon is very talented. I have had many designs that would challenge most salons. I've done watermelon, Barbie, mermaid, butterfly, neon, and pink Halloween nails to name a few. No design has ever been rejected and has never disappointed. I have gotten many compliments with my nails. I go to the gym 5-6 times/weeks and am very hard with my nails. I have never had nails last as long since I've started going here. I was informed it was $50 for an acrylic french tip full set. This is also shown on their website. I walked out spending OVER $80. They charge $5 for almond tips and $15 FOR THE FRENCH TIP I GOT(see image). They NEVER asked me which French tip I wanted and NEVER TOLD ME what the extra charges would be. To think you're spending $50 and get a bill for $75 + tip is RIDICULOUS. BE WARNED! UPDATE: they called me back after seeing this review to tell me the fees weren't hidden. So I told them I don't see any of those charges on your website and was not told in person. For the longest time, I had been going to the same nail salon right down the street from me. It was always good enough but over time, little things started to bug me such as getting cutting too close into my nail bed and making me bleed, burning my skin with the heated towel during a pedicure and giving me welts, etc. I know it sounds crazy but when you are a dedicated client at a nail salon, you stay loyal and devoted because it can be kind of a pain to switch! You get into your routine and that's that. With this being said, I found this nail salon on Yelp and decided to give it a shot simply because they allow for you to book through their website and I can be a hermit crab sometimes and just don't want to pick up the phone and call to make an appointment. I have been blown away every single time I go there! For starters, I get Dip on my nails and a gel pedicure every 2 weeks or so. Their products never chip! Ever. That is unheard of. The pricing is the same as everywhere else around them so that's fair in my opinion. And, they allow you to tip on your credit card instead of cash or just venmo the nail techs directly. I used to always have to take out cash in advance to keep it for my nail appointments. Every time I go, I request if they can do my SNS mani and gel pedicure at the same time if possible, and they always accommodate every time. Their salon is clean and spacious and they always have the HGTV channel on which adds a relaxing touch. They are well staffed so you don't have to sit around and wait 20+ minutes more than when they said they can take you. They also offer a stamp card so you earn rewards/services every time you go. Again, sometimes the little things don't matter. But, when the little things add up over time, they turn into big things. I am very thankful I gave them a shot and will continue to keep going back! read more
