Please avoid this salon if you care about quality, professionalism, and basic hygiene. I went in to have my nails done for my wedding this weekend and left with a truly disappointing experience. To give context, during my previous visit I got a fill and pedicure. The nail tech was cold and uncommunicative, which made the appointment uncomfortable. After that visit, my toe became severely infected -- swollen and filled with green pus -- yet I decided to give them another chance since I'd been a regular customer for a few months. Fast forward to today: I requested a fill and pedicure again. The woman doing my pedicure was rough and caused me pain early on. When I flinched, she gave me a look and began talking to another employee while both glanced my way, which felt unprofessional. Then, the nail tech who was supposed to do my manicure came over and tossed my shoes across me instead of setting them aside properly -- something that immediately struck me as rude. During the manicure, I mentioned that my wedding was coming up, and while the conversation seemed pleasant, I noticed one of my middle nails was visibly crooked after she finished. When I pointed it out, her first reaction was to file it down -- even though the polish was uneven and filing wouldn't have corrected it. I explained this, but she insisted she couldn't fix it. When I went to pay, the gentleman at the desk saw I was upset and offered to "fix" it, but the result looked exactly the same. He then offered me chrome polish (which I declined) and a $10 gift card as compensation. Frankly, that felt insulting after receiving poor service, a visibly crooked nail, and a prior toe infection. To make matters worse, they also cured gel directly onto my skin -- something any trained professional should know can cause allergic reactions. I will not be returning. Between the infection, unprofessional behavior, and careless technique, this salon has completely lost my trust.

Nestled behind a tree or bushes on thomas road there was this little hidden gem, a nail salon i had to explore. I wanted to see what was the organic in this salon. I received a pedicure. Nice staff, really nice salon. Prices seem reasonable EXCEPT for the $20. For gel polish, this was the highest price i have ever paid for gel polish on my toes! It was nothing special, just a plain color! Pedicures start at $45. whch i thought was reasonable considering the astranaumicle increase with the bs inflation! They didnt even mind that i had brought my little puppy, Thank you!! I guess if the expensive polish is my only complaint, then this nail salon is worth going to! Btw i never found out what part was organic, sadly. So between the expensive gel polish and not finding out what the organic part was, i rated it a 4 out of 5.

Dip nails with pink gel tips after 1 week. So uneven and lumpy.

A friend and I were walking-ins after a hike. I wanted to do dip nails because I'm trying to grow my nails. They seated us apart when they had so much room. The nail tech who worked with me was so quiet it was awkward. My nails were short so I knew they wouldn't be the best. However they were much worse than I expected. Very lumpy and odd shape. There was no attempt to make them even. When it was time to pay, my total was the same as my friend who added acrylic tips and had a full set, meanwhile I did dip on my natural short nails. $60 was far too much for what I ended up with. Won't return.

Decided to treat myself to a new set while I was out running errands at target and Costco across the street. They were extremely quick and were able to take me as a walk in on a friday afternoon. With a couple pictures of inspiration, I was able to leave the salon with a cute new set of nails which didn't come at a horrendous price tag in about 35 minutes. The salon is very neat and classy with lots of seats to handle a large amount of customers at any given time.

I am visiting Arizona and I came across this place on yelp. I called last minute and to my surprise they gave me an appointment. Upon arriving I was surprised at how many chairs they have which was pretty nice. My appointment was at 3 but ended up actually giving me a chair at 3:20. They seat you in these nice massage chairs for pedicures which are amazing. They have you pick from a menu and I choose the deluxe pedi. The orange scrub and wax is amazing and they give you a nice massage. Overall nice work and ambiance is nice. I will definitely be booking this place again.

THIS PLACE IS THE TRUTH! I was visiting from California and needed my nails done for an event. My sister and I stumbled upon this place after some heavy yelping and when I tell you, this is the best set I've ever gotten I'm not lying. I wish that I could remember the nail tech's name but either way she did her shit!!! First of all she executed the design flawlessly second of all, she was super friendly and nice and last, but most importantly not least THE SET HAS LASTED ME ALMOST AN ENTIRE MONTH!!!!! Never before have I had a set last long. EVERRRRR so I'm pretty irritated because I now have a nail tech in Arizona and I live in California... I wish so bad that I could make it work because it is so worth it! All of the nail tech in California suck and I always have a broken nail after about two weeks this set is indestructible!!! I really wanted to like this place! Fancy chandeliers, a new salon with more pedicure chairs I've ever seen in a Nail Salon before. It was over the top! But my excitement bubble was burst after about 5 minutes. I glanced around & it looked clean which was a good start, but I watched and noticed that the nail files & drill bits were not new and were clearly used on someone else. The nail tech literally did not speak one single word of English so I couldn't even communicate with her on how I wanted my nails shaped, length, how thick I wanted them etc. Geez! Imagine getting a haircut and not being able to tell the stylist how you want your haircut. You get what you get & hope you dont end up with a mullet. Well this is how I felt. My nails turned out VERY so so, uneven in length, shaped mismatched ( I ended up reshaping them myself when I got home) and their PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH! . My nails turned out pretty bad to be honest. $70 for a FILL (not even a full set) with Chrome powder? Um really? That's not even including a 20% tip which brings the total to around $100 FOR A FILL! I would tell you the name of the Nail Tech but they walked away & disappeared to the back without a word or a smile. No clue who they even were. Maybe it was just a bad day for the Nail Tech because everyone has bad days sometimes. But I felt stressed out and just had a feeling of regret when I left. I am just angry ! I am so over the gouging prices in Nail Salons. I'll just stick to doing them myself. I'd rather spend $100 at a resort spa and get to use the amenities all day with my Nail service at least. Y'all go on Amazon, buy some chrome in 6 colors for around $12 and watch a YouTube video & chrome them yourself! Even a 4 year old could chrome their nails it's that easy. You really can't mess them up. It's a clear gel base coat, swipe the powder on w the sponge it comes with and topcoat and DONE! Your welcome read more

It's unfortunate I am even writing this. I have never felt more uncomfortable at a nail salon. Darren, his wife and few employees have been rude to me and unsure why. I am not sure if they have me confused with someone else, but I have always been nice, tipped well and a consistent costumer. Until this last time, the girl I usually go to (Kate) was rude to me and started talking about me and had the staff looking at me laughing and rolling their eyes while I was getting my pedi done. My best friend sitting next to me saw it. It makes zero sense to me. It is BS and uncalled for. I will never go back. I have brought many of my friends to this place which they do not deserve. Whoever they have confused me with, they need to get their facts straight because they just lost a loyal costumer who spoke highly of them and brought them customers. Very unprofessional. read more

I was scammed with a Groupon deal...owner was adamant not to honor it I had no choice but to except and take the regular pricing timing was out of my control my manicure felt rush it's been 2weeks and gel is already lifting my pedi also felt rushed my toes feels edgy and ruff on the edges very disappointed because turns out they were very expensive read more

I have been loyal since the first day. This salon won me with there google reviews. This is also a local nail salon (which I have been to a ton of locals to find my hidden gem) Well I came here with damage nails and left a forever customer. Highly recommend. I believe pricing is reasonable. I get a pedi/mani and dip on my nails. This last me 3 weeks and honestly I could last longer. My regular toe polish may some times chip and I'll just get a re paint. But it's rare. The place looks beautiful, good for "content" very clean cut and nothing ever out of place. I seriously highly recommend read more

I ubered to get my nails done here on a business trip because the reviews are amazing. I did not get to get my nails done because I left my phone in my Uber. The owner himself let me use his phone to call around and Google how to get my phone back. He then ordered me a Lyft and insisted I could not pay him back. I would recommend it ! I got a gel manicure and the experience was nice. It's really beautiful inside. The people are very nice. I like that they make conversation. The only thing I wish that would've happened is the hand massage that usually comes with a gel manicure and the prices aren't too bad considering it's a luxury salon. timing could be a bit faster. I'll still give them five stars because I feel like it was very nice treatment. read more

it's unfortunate that this salon is so amazing and has such crappy attitudes for great customers. I've always been so polite and don't understand why I wasn't welcomed like all the other nice white ladies My last 4 visits where I invited in 2 of my sisters. $90 nail sets and ANGRY toe techs that hurt you because you asked them to be more GENTLE. Sad that I have to find a new place... manager is awesome always try's to find Solutions. read more

My favorite place to get my nails done-will never switch!! First off, the staff is amazing. The owner, Darren, always offers me a water and remembered my name after like the second time I went which makes me feel like a special customer every time i go back! I've also heard a majority of the staff refer to people by their first names when they walk in. They put in the effort to learn people's names which always makes people feel special and for me guarantees I will become a regular here! This is meant to be zero stars. They overcharged me and then the guy at the front came up with bogus extra charges. I asked what I was being charged extra for and he couldn't even justify it. They are rude as hell and my nails look horrible and uneven. They didn't even clip or file my finger or toe nails down. Never again. read more

I am so happy this new nail bar opened close to me. It is spacious and extremely clean, unlike many other nail salons. The chairs are comfortable and new, and it was so nice to check out and relax for a bit. They have a large variety of colors and options and were very attentive during my visit. Darren is fantastic and the best in the business. I will be back! read more

I wasn't very happy when they had to find someone available to do my pedicure even though I had an appointment. For $70 you get to select from only 4 different fragrances. She didn't bring the assortment over for me to choose. I had an allergic reaction to the cherry scrub and returned the next day to no apologies or any empathy. One of them said that you can take Benadryl and be over it in a few days. It was so depressing I paid $110 for my pedicure and thought that they should have been more courteous. I'm not returning for their overpriced services. Very sad. read more

This is my second time at this salon and we were happy in December. Wow don't know what happened but this visit was not the same. I took my 3 granddaughters for an afternoon delight and I had a man tech that was just horrible. The techs were not helpful and keep trying to push my young granddaughters extras , even when I clearly told them we all just wanted the classic pedicure. My 8 year old granddaughter got a manicure and when we went to pay they asked me how old she was and I told them 8 years old. They then proceeded to charge me the full price when their own brochure stated children 8 an under get discount. When I called them out they argued an said under 8 so I pulled out their own brochure at the register and showed them it clearly stated 8 & under. they then gave me the 7 dollar discount and were very rude. I was shocked they wanted to cheat a good paying customer. I was very disappointed and will let all the friends I recommended to them about our experience. Just worst pedi/mani customer service in a long long time. Didn't know they needed an extra $7 dollars enough to lose a good client. I don't know the name of the man that did my toes but I would never allow his services again (even for free)!!!! read more

I went into organic nail spa because I fill and I needed an ombre when I went in and asked if they could do it. He seemed like he want to do. It told me I come back hours later because they had a wedding coming in an hour. And for a I don't think it would've taken an hour. He tried to talk me out of what I wanted after I had told him I just went across the street and wanted to give them my I I don't think he would've acted that way and I just mean that by. I take care of the people that are being tipped. I'm sure the nail tech would've enjoyed a $50 tip but he just accepted what I wanted. It wouldn't have took him an hour to get me in for a fail, but he wanted the the business of the people that were coming in for a wedding instead I just didn't feel welcomed at all from the moment.
