You can improve your customer service. This is the third time that they have screwed up my order. I ordered three seafood Szechuan. When we sat down to dinner we thought we had gotten the wrong order. There were 4 shrimp, 8 extremely small scallops (finger tip sized and no lobster. When I called to let them know a very young man answered and couldn't help me at all, this was supposed to be a manager since I ordered from Beyond Meal site which is the only way you can order online and they transferred me to him. I voiced my concerns (nicely) and was met with hysterical laughter in the background since the so called manager put me on speaker phone. This is a small business in town that we order from regularly so I thought maybe there was a mistake. Nope. So I told them I would take my business elsewhere. Been here 3x's over the last 3-months -- never the same. The food is 'usually' pretty good, but then, 'not' always! The young guy up front is ALWAYS unfriendly and only speaks the words, "What you want?" and assuredly will never say "Thank you!" One certainty besides what I just wrote, their egg rolls are ALWAYS saturated in hot oil! My last take-out order also contained a stale bag of noodles and a stale bag of fortune cookies. I just had the worse Chinese food in my life. While the staff is typically, friendly and helpful, my chicken Lo Mein noodles were so bad they smelled. They were loaded in salt and if I had a dog, I still would not feed the noodles to it. I will never eat there again. Please save your money. Lo mein on point. General Tso's chicken was excellent. Mixed vegetables without mushrooms was delicious. The rice was perfect. They messed up the order that my mom called in, and put it under another name, then over charged us. Took my family awhile to get their mistake corrected and get our actual order for the proper price. Good thing my stepfather checked the bag before leaving their parking lot. This is my favorite Chinese takeout to get. They are the best New Milford. When I first moved to New Milford, I would have never gone here. I would drive by it every day, the building looked old and disgusting. When the town was doing realignment near the fire house, they moved to a building down the street. I have been going there ever since. They have some of the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. For me it's a convenient two minute drive. You can always get a parking spot outside. The staff is not always the friendliest, but when I went yesterday they were very polite and courteous. I had some plain lo mein to start. Very tasty and full flavor. I also got my number one dish when it comes to Chinese food, General Tso chicken. I love how they make it here. Crispy chicken, and a slightly spicy sauce. Not overly spicy, just enough to taste it. Their general Tso sauce is the best I've ever eaten. It seemed extra flavorful to me yesterday. The best part was, I did not finish. I had leftovers for lunch today. Gross , they have slowly gone downhill . General Tso chicken all white meat was inedible! Threw it out what a waste!

The good news: our order was ready exactly on time, piping hot and contained everything as specified. We ordered spare ribs, moo shu vegetables, steamed dumplings, and a vegetable and tofu dish. The seasoning was tasty on the main dishes. The not so good news: everything, including the rice, was greasy. (That was a first.. we've never encountered greasy white rice before.) The two vegetable dishes were swimming in a thick, gloppy, sauce. The dumplings were heavy and doughy. I salvaged the veggie dishes by putting them in a colander and letting most of the sauce run out, then re-heating them in a pan. There was still plenty of sauce left to flavor the dishes-- a little too much--but it was a big improvement. We quickly cooked up some nice fluffy white rice on our own. So.....not the easy yummy meal we'd planned on, but not bad in the long run. We won't order from this restaurant again. read more

All the food that I'd ordered had the imbalance taste; the hot and sour soup has sharp sour taste of vinegar (by the appearance, I thought it was yummy when I first opened the container), the stir fried snow peas and water chestnuts smelled the strong of fermented soybean and very sticky with all the starchy sauce, lomein only tasted saltiness. I had leftover today. I opened the container of the snow peas and water chestnuts stir fried, it looks very nasty with all the chuck of starch. If you are familiar with cooking with starch; they use the cheap quality of the starch. It's regardless of touching of germs from my mouth because I used extra spoon. We ordered takeout this evening from this restaurant. I went and picked it up, paid and returned home only to find they gave us the wrong order. I immediately called to have the meals replaced. I went back to pick up the correct food and was told they would not replace the meals because I didn't bring back the opened, used and incorrect food. Our go-to for Chinese takeout. We have been eating here for 12 years and the food is very consistent. My husband always gets the sesame chicken and the portion is large. If he gets the special with the egg roll, the egg roll is always available for lunch the next day. I love the sweet and sour pork and the shrimp with lobster sauce. I would give zero stars if could. Picked up our order, got home and it was absolutely disgusting! The LoMein was hardly cooked and had no sauce, the egg rolls weren't cooked all the way and 1 of them had no filling. A few pieces of pork weren't even cooked through and the rest was all fat. Very nice place. When I walk in the door, I see a clean, homelike atmosphere, with a dedicated, hardworking family behind the counter. I always order the same thing: Shrimp & Broccoli All Day Special, with an egg roll. It's always freshly made, hot and delicious. Best value in town. When I go in to pick up my food, I always get to see something interesting, maybe trays of freshly made egg rolls, or like tonight, it was trays of steaming dumplings. Their website mentions their insistence on high quality fresh ingredients, and I can tell that is true. So that's my five star opinion. A dedicated family who works hard in a really nice restaurant. We got take out here today. The veggies and schezwan sauce tasted like ketchup. The bean curd had like five pieces of bean curd in it and was all vegetables. I thought when I ordered bean curd I was getting bean curd not just vegetables. So that was disappointing. The moo shu vegetables were okay, but the pancakes were hard and stuck together. When I tried to use them they cracked and all the veggies fell out. They gave me a thimble sized container of moo shu sauce. Not enough to cover all the vegetables. The spicy beef with broccoli I ordered was way over spiced. I couldn't eat it after one bite. When I called to let them know that it was overly spiced, the lady started yelling stating that it wasn't too spicy. I decided to take the food back so that they can see it, but the owner started saying that I ate half of the food and that he would re cook only half. I told him that half of it was still in the plate at home. I immediately told my daughter to go home and get the rest of the food and bring it so that he will see that I wasn't trying to get a free meal out of them. My daughter brought the plate of food and they had nothing to say. I have been a customer for a year and practically order the same thing all the time. They didn't offer to re cook me another one so I left the food there and left. They have no customer service skills. The older son was trying to make things right but got overruled by his parents.
