If this was turning into a full-body experience, I was all in. Next thing I know, I'm lying down, tucked under a blanket, eyes gently covered. My only discomfort was that there was a change in location for the foot portion of the massage after the body portion. I feel like I would've been more relaxed if that didn't occur. Hi! I have had a "crick in my neck" for a few weeks now. Recently, it went back to day 1 in pain and stiffness. I had to go somewhere. So I stopped by this place and I regret nothing. I suppose I regret not going earlier to get a longer massage. I went shortly after they opened and was seen immediately. They were kind and attentive. I had a sensitive spot on my lower back and they offered use of a balm, I think was a couple dollars extra. It helps so much. Like a tiger balm. I did a 30 min neck and back massage and a 30 minute foot massage. I highly recommend this. It was so relaxing. I guess these people know me as a regular customer. I love having all the kinks on my shoulders out and soaking my feet in the warm water feels good. I like that as my feet are soaking while I am getting a back and neck massage. Afterwards feet are dried and then you lie down and a blanket is placed on you , this makes me feel like a child being tucked in . He or she who ever is working on you massages the feet and calves as well as arms and hands. I want to know what lotion they use because you do not leave greasy. Since the service isn't done in a private room, I brought my noise-canceling headphones, and they worked wonders--I fell into a deep sleep! I made an appointment for an hour of body massage and another half hour for just my feet. I asked for a girl to give me the massage. When I lay down on the bed, an older man came in to give me the massage. I explained to him that I asked for a girl and there was no way I would let him touch me. So he called the manager who explained to me that he didn't have a girl right now and I had to wait a few minutes for her to arrive. The local is okay, my only complaint is how thin the walls were, conversations could easily be heard which was distracting while in my massage. The massage itself was fantastic. I didn't have to say which area needed extra attention, my masseuse knew and he did a great job of addressing it. The pricing was very fair, $70 for 60 min deep tissue. They were very accommodating in giving me a last minute appointment. I called at 11:30AM on a Sunday because my boyfriend's back was killing him and by 12:30PM we had an appointment for a 90 minute couples massage (60 min full body + 30 min foot massage). Don't expect it to be like having a massage at a hotel spa or anything. Even their "private" room is not so private (can see through) and is not as quiet as I would have liked. But they really know how to get in those knots and stretch you out. I'd have to say at times it gets borderline painful but that's how I like it. Get those kinks out. OK people, this was literally the best Asian foot massage I have ever had! Oh my goodness I would drive all the way back down to Fort Lauderdale from Jacksonville to go to this place. Maybe I should just take the Guy home with me. So the place is located in a strip mall next to the Publix. It did take me a minute to find it. I had called ahead and made an appointment so when I got there they were ready for me. It was easy and pleasant making an appointment and they spoke good English. You know this is rare in an Asian foot massage place. When you go in everything is very hushed they do not speak out loud just in whispers and they have soothing music playing. Their massage chairs recline all the way flat if you want. When you go in they soak your feet like most places but instead of ignoring you like most places while your feet are soaking they rub your shoulders and your neck and they really get in there with their elbows it was amazing. Then they massage your arms and hands for a couple minutes also. They do this with actual lotion even. I almost passed out sitting up on that stool he did such a good job. Then came the foot massage and they recline you as far as you would like to recline. They have these fragrant Eye masks that they put on your eyes to block out the light and vision and between that and the silence except for the soothing music it really just takes you away. I was literally in a coma while the guy was rubbing my feet. They also rub your calfs and your thighs for a couple minutes too. And when it was all over it was only $38 for an hour! What?? This was the worst place I have ever been, first of all they don't speak English. I requested a female but they gave me a male when I specifically told them on the phone I preferred a female. They said they would have a female available -THEY LIED! When I asked the guy to stop he just shushed me and kept going when I told him it is hurting me MULTIPLE times!!! I even said stop and put my hand on my stomach to stop so he understands but he still kept going and increased the pressure. I tried to use my hands again to stop but he would grab my hand and firmly put it on the table! He made me bleed where I had my C-section 40 years ago. I'm in so much pain, bleeding and in tears. Last night, I went to get a massage here for the first time. The massage itself was very relaxing until... the man massaging me near my groin area LIFTED MY UNDERWEAR AND STUCK HIS HAND INSIDE OF MY UNDERWEAR AND CUPED MY VAGINA. I immediately said something. Although I was very taken aback. I have had MANY massages and have never had this happen to me. After the massage was complete, I went up to the front desk to tell the man, which I assumed might be the studio owner. However, he ignored me, and acted like he did not understand me. He proceeded to ask about the tip. I repeated once again what happen and I told him that I did not want to leave a tip. He again, acted like he did not understand. Frustratingly, I said $5.00. Where the man said that a tip is 20%. I again repeated what happen. Annoyed after repeating myself 3 times I told him to leave a $15.00 tip. Somehow he understood that. Knowing that this happen to me feels ..... disgusting. It makes me feel taken advantage of and it makes me feel angry. I am sure that I am not the first person he's done that to. So for that I am leaving this review. So that other women know, that by coming here, they will not be safe. And they will be taking the chance - that they may also get MOLESTED. What a random event. I was driving by Qi foot spa and didn't even know it. Class had just let out at the place I go on Friday nights and I was heading east to get home. I somewhat randomly checked my bookmarks on Yelp to see what all was in the area, as any Yelper might. And there was Qi. I booked marked at least a year ago when I saw a friend right that besides being the rare foot massage place in South Florida, it was a pretty good one at that. And I will whole heartedly concur. I walked in to a interior that was zen. It was peacefully quiet, with the hostess whispering even. I asked for the 30 minute and was led to a ginormous chair that was then reclined back. The place was packed, with everyone at different stages of their foot massage. Some even had rocks resting on them. My attendant was great. Destressing my tired dogs that had had a long day. They even spent some time on the calves and legs. It was so relaxing I almost dosed off.
