By 12/24 I called to advice them I was recovering from surgery that was done a few days earlier, and need a 12/26 afternoon delivery, as I need to make it to the bank in the morning. I was told that's OK, someone will call back. Nobody called back. I did get banking done early on the 26th. Today on 12/31 rug was delivered. I did put in a complaint that I DID call them on the 24th but I did not appreciate having to go to the bank early on the 26th while in recovery, and not getting a call back. A MANAGER called back apologizing about a computer glitch CAN YOU SMELL THE BS? what does that have to do with a call back??? It was in pretty bad shape- needed to be washed, cut, sheared, etc. A few folks I called stopped by and saidI may be better off buying a new rug. They quoted astronomical rates and said it still might not come out great. When Shahram stopped by and quoted less than half of what anyone else did I was skeptical and figured it would be lower quality service but thought I might as well go w the cheaper option since it may be beyond saving. Super happy I did. The customer service was unbelievable, they did the job incredibly quickly and i was blown away by the results. I could not recommend them more.

I recently moved and bought a beautiful runner from Turkey for my hallway. Shahram at AAA was quick to reply with a very reasonable quote and told me I could bring in the rug whenever I found time. Upon arrival, Shahram was welcoming and helped me try different options in where to cut the rug so it would look best. Once I decided on where to cut, I was told it would be about 10 days until it was finished. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email saying it was ready 5 days later! The rug is beautiful. When I told him I had a friend who loved the rug so much she wanted it, he made a little rug out of the leftovers--so sweet! I would definitely use their services again and bring the rug to AAA for cleaning in the future.
