I will definitely come back as they have healthier options to pick from. I walked in, and the staff was really friendly. I was not familiar with the menu, so they gave me suggestions. They have wraps, bowls, smoothies, salads, sandwiches and juices. I decided to go with the chicken teriyaki bowl but switched the teriyaki wit the spicy Korean sauce. I have never tried forbidden rice, so I did half brown rice and half forbidden rice. The bowl also has a ton of veggies in it, so it was definitely healthy. This is a new restaurant. The food was really good. I had a turkey club sandwich. It was very messy. I used a ton of napkins This would be a good sandwich to bring home to eat. The bread was really soft and delicious. They had more pesto on it then I would have liked. That's why it was so messy. The pesto squished out with every bite. My daughter had a Danish salad. She loved it They have lots of healthy items on the menu. It was a little loud in the restaurant. Lots of families with kids. The booth we sat at was really tall. We had to climb up and there were no bars to put our feet on. My husband is 6 ft tall and he couldn't reach the floor either. We felt like kids with our legs dangling. Food 4 stars Experience is based on their practice for a tip prompt at checkout to tip counter workers which screams GREED and puts the customer in an extremely awkward situation, almost like making me feel obligated to do so. The company should pay their employees more rather than relying on customer tips for counter workers. The tipping practice should be reserved for actual servers. I am also a restaurant owner and I would never add this to my business. It's greedy, it's unprofessional. Many customers don't speak up. Listen to the ones who do. Several times that I went in I did leave the tip at counter ONLY because of the intimidation. Counter workers are doing their job they are assigned to do. My husband and I dropped by yesterday afternoon, and I'm so glad we decided to dine in especially on a busy Sunday schedule. We ordered the same usual Moroccan Turkey Wrap/Sandwich, both were good. Saw this new place open up a couple of minutes from my work and wanted to give it a try. I had the Spicy Korean Beef protein bowl with forbidden rice. It tasted good and healthy. The vegetables and rice were good. Portion was just right. Beef was nice and tender. It had a little bit of kick to it. But I eat really spicy food so topped it off with sriracha. I was looking for a healthier option because co workers are always wanting fast food, and I was just getting tired of it. This place is perfect for that. I'll definitely be stopping by again to try out more options. If you are looking for a healthier option near you, I would recommend this place. I came here today for my first time because my daughter wanted a salad. We placed our order and went to pay with cash because it's all I had due to my card being compromised and I didn't have anything else to pay with. They asked to see if they could take cash and the manager said to just take care of our meal. It says a lot when a company goes above and beyond for their customers and it just shows that there is still some sweetness left in this world. I have to update my review. This food is anything but healthy! I thought it was a quick and easy way to not have to cook because work has been demanding and healthy also. I noticed my stomach was not feeling right and I was also gaining some weight. Curious I looked into their nutrition... omg! Their chiji lime shrimp has double the amount of sodium as a Big Mac from McDonald's and their chicken prosciutto sandwich almost triple! I thought it was the undercooked vegetables (brocolli and cauliflower) causing me to feel unwell and have stomach issues, but now I know it was the sodium. I had already stopped their lemonade because it tasted weird and I felt it was overly sweet. At 10 spoonfuls of sugar for a medium size (so 20 for a 32 ounce?!) I was right. I done eating here. They have such an awesome variety of fresh and healthy dishes- some which are healthy, but are so delicious they don't don't even taste healthy I highly recommend the bowls- my favorite is the Thai Coconut Chicken with the sweet potato hash and I also love the Moroccan Turkey Sandwich and the Grinder! Last time we were there they were training a new cook and our meal took a little longer than usual (still under 10 minutes and not an inconvenience whatsoever) and the manager was so apologetic and even gave us complimentary drinks and chips to apologize for the wait. I have been a huge fan of ChopShop for months now. They genuinely have high-quality, fresh food and I've yet to encounter anything on their menu I didn't like. So why the bad review?? Listen, I understand third-party ordering systems are not ideal for restaurants' bottom line, especially during an economic crisis. I'm a huge proponent of supporting local restaurants as much as possible. But their website's ordering system wasn't working today, so I went to DoorDash. Prices are higher, even for pickup orders, but I was willing to suck it up. Paid on DoorDash and drove to their shop for curbside pickup. When I call, I'm informed I must come inside (which I was trying to avoid) and pay. Weird, I have a payment confirmation and receipt, but maybe it's a misunderstanding... I come in and show them my reciept and payment. They automatically wave it off, say I need to pay to get my food. I show them again, the receipt says I paid and even includes my last 4 card digits. They come up with a convoluted story about DoorDash calling them and saying the Dasher would pay upon arrival for the customer. Huh? I'm the customer. Then they insist "You can just get a refund from DoorDash. It's not a big deal." Sooo....you're saying I did pay? Anyway, I relent. I'm hungry. I don't want to argue, and maybe DD didn't actually charge me? I hand over my credit card and let it go. (They also INSISTED I call next time and not use DD. And said again it's not a big deal to get a refund from DD.) As I leave, it starts to click. The receipt on the bag says call in order. The price was different. They likely re-created the order in their own system to circumvent DoorDash. And yes, I paid $60 for two sandwiches through two charges on my card....one through DoorDash and another through the store. Hours later, the DoorDash order is still "incomplete" and I'm filing claim forms and dealing with customer service reps trying to get my refund. I'm not sure adding the onus of this much extra work on your customers is worth it, ChopShop. Just remove your store from DoorDash if you don't want people using it... read more

This business has awesome food, including HEALTHY options, which is really hard to find in Allen. Their customer service is fantastic and restrooms always clean. When COVID-19 happened, they pivoted really quickly to being available for curbside and delivery and were able to communication effectively to their customers about what they could and couldn't do. I would highly recommend everyone check this place out at least once. You'll love it and want to keep coming back like we have!! read more

Just stumbled upon this new place in Allen across from the outlets. The food was delicious, healthy and they were so accommodating to our dietary needs by just swapping things out and not up-charging. We got the Thai coconut chicken bowl (swapped out the grains for more veggies) and got the power green juice (subbed the apple out for more cucumber & golden beets). We have to help places like this stick around.... also, the kids meals are only $5! I love their feel good board too!! read more

This is a nice place to get salads, bowls, or sandos during the weekday for lunch. They have a wide variety on the menu too. The food are decently priced and worth the amount of food you get. I haven't had anything that wasn't to my liking yet. My only issue for the deduction of a star is that whenever I order to go they always miss something. It wouldn't be an issue if I didn't get charged for the extra toppings. Notified the store via the app and all I got was a "we'll let the team know" and no refund on the item I got charged extra for. My wife and I ate there this evening on the patio. Found the food and service very good. On the patio was two other couples who finished and left shortly after we sat down. We noticed no one from the restaurant came to sanitize the table they sat at. When we finished we got into our car and sat there to watch and see if they sanitized the table we sat at.... no one made any effort to clean or sanitize our table or any other table on the patio. The fact that this place is listed as "health food" doesn't do it justice because health food is usually code for poor flavor and dubious health bebefits. I haven't had a plate here that wasn't astonishingly good and left me feeling like I wanted to go for a run five minutes later. I would usually give a good rating. Today was not a good day. Ordered an acai bowl to go when I got home was truly disappointed. At first glance I can see they put a little bit of fruit on top. As I got a quarter way through the bowl I notice something weird in my mouth. I couldn't tell what it was. The texture was weird. Pulled it out and what did I find? A big piece of plastic. Called and talk to the manager. She said she'd refund me and that it would take a few days. The plastic was most likely the wrap the acai was in. Just how does that happen? Really great if you're a healthy-conscious customer. The staff was very nice but could use a bit more training (which is likely because the location opened fairly recently).
