Oh boy were do I begin , let's just say I have been a customer of Tommy's for forty plus years, and this was by far the worst customer service interaction I have ever had at any Tommy's. I have been to at least 20 different locations and have been to this location at least 30 times. The service I received from Beatriz , the so called Crew Leader was atrocious. Tommy's corporate if you read this and care about your business, either send Beatriz to customer service school or fire this sad sack of shit. How fucking rude can you be working the window we're you order. This is not the person you want interacting with customers to place their orders. I had to repeat myself numerous times , while being interrupted by her to get previous orders out the little ordering window. She was as rude as can possibly be. And on top of that she doesn't listen and got two of my orders wrong. Way to go Beatriz, you are fucking worthless at doing your job. As for the food It was lukewarm, which should not be the case at 5:00 p.m.. Should I frequent this Tommy's again and I walk up and see her nasty rude ass I will just turn around and get back in my car and go somewhere else. Well this place gets the 5 stars no doubt. I mean if you are rating this place as a restaurant then you might not agree with me, but as a Tommy's its top notch. Never have had a problem here, and by never I mean in the last 11 years I have been eating at this spot. Humm, i guess by 11 years I mean like 1 time a year and maybe like 1 time a week when I was younger. But I don't think I can put my body through that anymore, god I am craving this stuff right now.. nothing like a chili cheeseburger and the fries..oh my oh my those tasty fries that become nothing more than a bowl of yummy gooey mush that i saturate with some ketchup and devour. I actually find myself trying to finish the burger just so I can get to the fries. Sorry got lost there for a second but I'm back on track, what I am trying to say is this is a great place for fast food if you love your food soaked in chili. If you are going there to eat, make sure its warm or take a coat because if you have been to Tommy's you will know that most do not have a inside seating. horrible! i have eaten here 3 times and was dissatisfied each time....the workers were nice but the food tasted REALLY bad, the chili was just NOT right. Maybe it was my luck, but 3 times??? I took my friend there for her first time too, and she did NOT like it. Some time later, i took her to the burbank location, and even SHE noticed a significant difference. If you want Tommys that tastes right, go to the one on San Fernando in burbank, or the Original location in Eagle Rock. Never have disappointed me! The worst Tommy's ever! Not only did my well done fries come soggy and cold, the hamburger with no chili add grilled onions was covers in finger prints, chili sauce and they physically took the onions out of the chili to put on my burger I'm not sure if I was speaking Japanese to them but they need new staff or a manager needs to get it together because honestly I will never go back to a Tommy's again read more

The BEST Chili Burgers around! This location in Tujunga, and the original one in Los Angeles are the BEST! I use to live in Tujunga and that was my favorite fast food place. You can' t beat TOMMY'S for they are AWESOME! TOMMY'S has a new burger called the California Classic which has thousand island dressing , lettuce, tomato,onions, pickles and cheese if you want , which maakes for a very mouth watering, tasty, burger. A Totally Delicious and Amazing Restaurant , I wish Tommy's a Happy New Year and will visit this Tommy's location very soon! read more

Haven't been to Tommy's in ages so when I drove by decided to stop. 1st thing is no drive through but no biggie. Guess we get used to drive through but remember the good ole days when we'd hit up the spot in LA.. 1st thing I noticed was the sizes. way smaller than what I remember. chillis fries seems like half the size and the burger about the same. don't get me wrong the flavor was just as i remember it but for almost $10 for a meal I thought I'd be getting the same meal i remember from back in the day. read more

I love Tommys. I have it like once a month as a guilty pleasure. I went today as I always do. Ordered my standard order, and as I'm waiting I notice there's hundreds of maggot or roach flies on the wall and near the window. I spent some time looking to see if I could determine if it was just an outdoor problem, but when my food gets handed to me, there was two or more flies on the yellow paper that got blown off by the window blower deal. I got my money back but now I have to write off the only nearby Tommys as a peastulental swamp. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! Sigh. read more

The dude that works at night has a serious attitude problem. My wife and I ordered a combo #2 meal. When our food was ready there was no drink. I asked the lazy prick about the drink. He said "I thought you just wanted the burger and fries." What the #&@$":/!!!!!!!!??????? I said plainly that I wanted a number 2. My wife and I seriously believe this guy just did not like us for some reason and botched our order for his own personal reasons. We are always nice to everyone, but for some reason this guy appears to look down on friendly patrons. Whatever his problem was, my wife and I did not deserve to be treated that way. After a fun evening we stopped for a late night glutinous indulgence of the Tommy's variety. The service was excellent, establishment clean...service quick, prompt and polite. Two problems existed: 1.) French fries were not extra crispy - request was made, and, the caliente burger was not close to spicy...it didn't scratch the surface of zingy. Truth be told the buns also could stand to use a little more toasting too. Despite the complaints this is top notch Tommy's. Worth the visit. read more
