Interesting in n out... living in the Bay Area I've never seen an in n out with no inside dining. The drive thru here is long but they do offer a walk up window. Orders move fast and service is friendly. It's in n out. Food is amazing! Just wish there was spot to dine inside. Makes the experience more enjoyable personally. read more

First you come here knowing the lines will be long. Second they take your order and they repeat it back to you and it's correct. The girl at the front also had it right. A cheeseburger no onions was my order with fries and a rootbeer float. My cheeseburger I received is literally just bread, meat and cheese. i honestly don't know what is happening to our tujunga in n out but first time in my entire life have i ever had in n out mess up my order. for the past couple times i have been here ive gotten my burger wrong 3-4 times. When it happened for the first time i was a bit surprised because my entire life in n out has been the only fast food that never misses an order.i stopped by yesterday in the afternoon and luckily the line wasn't long at all. The line was moving QUICK. the lady at the window asked me about my order & i clarified with her 3 times. i told her 1 cheeseburger burger has no onions while the other burger has grilled onions. i got myself the #2 which comes with the fries I just asked for it to be animal fries. im not too sure how they got 2 orders of fries. & my family member just wanted 1 cheeseburger with no onions. I come home and both burgers have no onions. What was the point of having me clarify 3 times if my burger is still going to be wrong? also, I asked for 2 cheeseburger not 1 hamburger with no cheese & onions. what is going on here?? new management?? I can't fathom how In-N-Out has so many fans. Sure, the burgers are good ... but not sure why people would wait 45 minutes - 1 hour for them. There are other burgers that are just as good, if not better. I'm thinking it's the price point. I'm always stuck in a 1 hour line when I grab In-N-Out for family members, guests, etc. I wish that In-N-Out would take a few suggestions for convenience and wait times. It would be practical for the order taker, walking and weaving through the long line, to hold some time of handheld device that charges credit cards and prints receipts since it takes them forever to get the card/cash thing sorted at the window. Also, not sure why they don't allow you to order pickup like every other restaurant out there ... the traffic around most In-N-Out locations is a nuisance. Examples: in Tujunga, you have a line that wraps around the corner and up a hill. Eagle Rock, you can't enter to charge your Tesla because of the In-N-Out line. read more

This is our location to come in closest to our home. In-N-Out La Crescenta is the best we had Kyle & Arman help us today at the walk up window. I got it to go. It's a double double combo with fries, but they aren't pictured, with a strawberry milkshake. Fries were okay, they weren't the best. I've gotten food from this location a few times and the quality is great. The service was great because the employees were kind. I was in the car so I can't really describe the ambiance. This is the closest in n out to me and I try to trust them every time but I just know when I get a dirty look from this one guy at the window, when I pay, I already feel immediate regret. I asked for the #1 with no spread and no tomatoes and add pickles and a whole grilled onion. And it's like they didn't even read the ticket. They gave me a burger with sauce and tomatoes and regular grilled onions and no pickles. As someone who worked in the food service industry, I understand mistakes happen but this has happened several times and I can't enjoy my meal sadly. Went at night I ordered cheese burger with grilled onions only,I said no lettuce. But they put the lettuce,so I asked her i dont want the lettuce, she so grabbed to take the lettuce out, I was really i dont want the meat to touch the lettuce, and the manager took it he threw it far in a trash,so they said a new one for me which the cheese was just on it without melted also added tomatoes, also the place is so small the employees were bumping on each other. So Annoying to have to watch these kids high-fiving each other, laughing, standing around doing nothing while you and your hungry kids are stuck in a car for more than an hour waiting on them. The two young ladies that were there were the only ones I saw hustling. One was running back-and-forth, getting lettuce and buns. While the other one was the only one on her station preparing the burgers. All the other ones were boys and one older man, they all were just standing around laughing. No Fs given when you pull up to the window for your order either. No thank you for waiting, No sorry about the long wait, Nothing. And once you get to the window, you still have to wait another 10 minutes to get your order. You would think that at least the food would be fresh and hot when you finally get it, but sadly, no. !! Fries were cold, burgers were mid. Horrible experience., I always say that this is the worst in and out location!!! this time is definitely the last time I'll come back here . I only ever come here out of convenience, it's the closest one to me. But I would much rather drive to Burbank and back and it would still be a shorter wait time. And at least the food would be hot. I just came after a long day from work to order food from here. The service was terrible because my Fiance and I waited 30 minutes to burgers, one shake, one drink, and one fry. The girl grabbing our food was talking to her employees and we waited an additional 10 minutes. Afterward, she half way filled my sprite and gave us a wet bag, and all of our food fell out as I got home. I understand we want to talk to our friends but when there are so many cars waiting for food, it would be nice if they could speed up the process, and make sure they give good customer service. Hands down the worst In-N-Out experience I've ever had. This location never gets the orders right. It's not even a one-time thing. It's every. single. visit. Missing items, wrong drinks, messed-up burgers, you name it, they'll screw it up. When you ask to speak to a manager, they won't even bother coming out. Just blank stares and zero accountability. The customer service here is nonexistent. I ended up wasting 45 minutes of my life waiting for an incorrect order, only to be told "sorry" like that somehow fixes it. When I called customer service, they reimbursed my order but seriously, what about my time and the fact that my kids didn't want to eat the food. The order was literally plain cheeseburgers...How can you mess that up?! I didn't come here for a refund, I came for a correct order and some basic respect. I really hate doing this as I've been coming here for 40 years + but I do have to say something about the late night crew as I have consistent problems for some reason when it gets late they are close to closing. All I ordered tonight was a box of fries well done, cashier messed it up twice because the box part was confusing to him and he forgot I said well done because I noticed he didn't put it. Then I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get the order. All that is fine, I get it things happen, I wouldn't write a review for that. What gets me is when I asked for status almost 18 min later, again for ONE order of fries, the fry lady in a snarky way dumped it into a bag and gave it to me. As she was I was trying to tell her its supposed to be in a box, she kept asking over my voice and with an attitude "do you want ketchup?". I said no I just want it in a box. They are working late and its getting to closing time, as a matter of fact they turned off the lights while I was standing and waiting int he cold. But the fact that she gave a snarky attitude when I kindly asked for status and then just put it in a box and walked away, the attitude is really unacceptable. There was another guy behind me that also seemed frustrated. Ordered at about 1:16, ONE order of fries, was eating it around 1:40.
