If you have a unique problem, chances are it's going to take longer than you would want it to take to get it fixed. Otherwise just go to the dealer to get it fixed and pay dealer rates/prices. I much appreciate the refund and Jamie's professionalism. It's too bad I had to reach out to BBB and BAR for a resolution, but it's the squeaky wheel that gets the oil.
