Yury is a straight shooter and will give you options for the issue at hand. He fixed a problem with a disconnect box a few weeks back and returned for a follow up inspection. Absolute best experience with Orion. I called at 4pm, Yuri arrived within 30min. Hewas able to figure out a rather difficult situation which took him almost 3 hours. If you have an ecobee3, this may worry you a bit. Needless to say we are using it now. He was attentive, super nice, talked me through everything he was doing during the service and the recap. They exemplified great customer service from the get go, and arranged an appointment the same day despite it being their busy season. Yury, our technician, was exceptional. Very quick response (had emailed after 6pm) and very reasonable quotes for inspection and service while other companies either said they were " too busy" or no response at all. Another quoted me higher fees. Yurt came out the next day, called me ahead and was right within his 30 minute window. He deferred the diagnostic fee and changed a "sticky" contactor on my central AC located on my roof, everything was done in less than 30 minutes.
