OMG!! I can't say enough about Victor! This man was great. He came out as expected. Was super professional and courteous. He was on-time and very communicative throughout the process. He looked at the issue real quick, did a few tests on my old A/C system, found a possible problem but before doing the work, he asked me if I needed to change the part he thought was causing the issue or keep the old part which in his professional opinion could still work for maybe some time. He gave me a choice, not just say hey you have to do this. Imagine that!! I asked him to change it and he went about his business. Such a great guy! He knew his stuff but mostly his service was A+. After my heater quit working and my attempts at fixing it myself failed, i figured it was time to call in a pro, or freeze to death. I called for a service appointment hoping for a time that would work with my busy schedule. To my surprise, Yuri offered to stop by the same night, (after an already long day for him I'm sure)  after finishing up his current job. What a great guy! He arrived at my house and quickly tested my heater, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave me a great price!! Yay! Yury was a life saver! After being without air conditioning for two weeks, he was able to get my AC unit on my 2nd Floor, up and running. Not only that, he went above and beyond to let me know the truth about the condition on my AC unit. In the past, other repair techs from other companies have come out to look at my AC unit and would tell me "Everything looks great. It's good to go!" and little did I know they did a sub par repair on my AC unit. Yury took pictures and showed me how everything actually looked up there. I was in shock. When someone comes out to look at your AC, especially on a 2 story building, you trust them to do quality work and trust their opinion since they know what they see right in front of them. I feel disappointed by the dishonesty of previous repair techs but I am beyond thankful and appreciative of Yury, his hard work, and most importantly, his honesty. Our AC went out right in the middle of a heatwave and we used Yelp projects to help us find a local AC repair company. Feliks from Orion came out quickly to assess and gave me some really good info about different types of systems. Yury provided a quote right away which was fair (based on my research) and they never tried to upsell me. (In fact, I ended up asking for an upgrade to a more energy efficient system and they gave me a great price.) Yury was also very communicative through scheduling and the initial (small) deposit was easy to make online. Orion Air did not offer a discount or anything like that for this review (something that most other HVAC repair companies do to get their ridiculously high scores). Yury charged a small amount for the initial inspection of my AC, he noted the voltage to my AC was problematic, I had an electrician replace my breaker a few days later which seemed to do the trick and Yury came back (off the normal work hours during a heat emergency) to finish the remainder of his inspection and did a capacitor replacement and coil cleaning, and everything is back up and running. Very nice guy, super professional and knowledgeable. I will be recommending Orion Air to friends who live in the area. read more
