I'm happy to know Yuri, a very reasonable & professional technician about HVAC systems. After replacing the Nest thermostat by myself, I have had several problems with the existing 4 wires for many years. After googling, I figured out the ground issue with the 4 wires. After that, it worked well mostly, but I still had some issues sometimes. Recently however, it started to have more issues and it became very difficult to get consistent usages from it. When I talked to Yuri, he gave me a reasonable estimation fee & his 2nd thought about my problem through phone. After that, he came to my house ASAP and fixed it within an hour. However, I had the same issue the next day. So the next day, he came again and replaced my control board and also fixed the ground issues with 4 wires and Nest thermostat. Yuri definitely has lots of experience with HVAC & Nest thermostats and gave me a very reasonable price even with him having to visit two times. I'm attaching pictures of my Furnace systems, replaced control board, and existing NEST wire connection. I strongly recommend Yuri to anyone who is seeking help about HVAC systems. read more

Found Orion HVAC on yelp and decided to give them a call after they were responsive via messages and the initial fee to come out is reasonable compared to others. I called at 10:50am on a Tuesday, they had a tech at my doorstep by 11:30....they are faster than amazon prime. Not only was communication and responsive extremely fast but the professionalism by Victor was great. He very detailed and meticulous from my observation and cleaned up after himself promptly. Yuri is honest and reliable, requested a quote for maintenance and repair of a 1994 model HVAC unit and he was the only one who was willing to give it a shot, another company just asked me to replace the unit period.
