The bartender didn't smoke with us from the bowl he loaded and shortly after we realized it wasn't actually weed and that he drugged us. He then followed us home and did some pretty fucked up things. One of the things that really stood out is that they grate the hash browns right in front of you. You can taste the difference, fresh, crispy, and done right. On our first visit, I had the chile relleno omelette with hash browns, and it was incredible, perfectly cooked with amazing flavor. We liked it so much that we came back before leaving town. This time I had the classic breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns, and their green chili... and wow. The green chili was so good we actually bought a jar to take home. What truly elevated the experience was the service. I had the St Vincent Millay (their version of a between the sheets) and it was made to classic perfection! They also have an extensive spirits menu; I always like to try local so I had a shot of 1874 San Luis Valley American Whiskey (a 3-Grain Whiskey using local rye, barley, and wheat, highlighting regional sourcing).
