Not sure why it's called "Orlando Snack Cafe" because it's a Venezuelan restaurant. Came today and got chicken and cheese empanadas and they were absolutely amazing, the best I've ever had! And it's come with this green sauce that you can dip your empanada in and it's so delicious! I also ordered a pineapple strawberry juice and it was very good! They also sell hamburgers and sandwiches which I haven't tried yet, but I will! The people that work here are so nice and sweet! The inside has a few tables that you can sit at and eat and two outside tables. I can't wait to come back to try some sandwiches!

Hunter's Creek area. Small and clean, a hole in the wall spot with maybe 10 tables. I had an arepa with ground beef and cheese and it was 100% delicious. It also came out super hot - in fact I had to wait to eat it. That's what I'm talking about! I really enjoyed this, and I'll definitely be back to try other items. 4.4 with the potential to go higher. Looking forward to eating here again.

I've driven by this place for soooo many times over the years and never stopped in because the signage is extremely misleading. You'd never think it was a Venezuelan food spot unless you went in or took the time to look it up online. Apart from that though, I'm extremely glad I came in here. I arrived around noon and they were switching over the steam table from breakfast to lunch foods. The server who helped us out was amazing and extremely patient. I ordered the lunch plate with shredded beef, white rice, black beans, and plantains. I love how much food they give you for your money, though I personally love plantains and wish I got a couple pieces more. Apart from that the food was delicious, though the beef was a little bit too salty for me. The other person with me got two of the shredded meat empanadas as well as a fruit shake (with milk). He really liked the empanadas, though he did say he thought the cheese in it would have been a little different than it was. The shake he got was decent (passion fruit, strawberries, and pineapple with milk) though a bit too tart, probably just due to the fact that they use fresh fruits so there's bound to be a variation there. I'm definitely going to recommend this spot to my friends and family who live in the area though as I had a good experience.

Started off with a terrific glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and a latte. Then moved onto the Venezuelan Breakfast. The arepa was good as was the shreadded beef. The beans however were extremely salty.

It's Snack Time The Orlando Snack Cafe is basically an out of the way place where you can sit down, have a little something to munch on, and a nice cool (or warm) drink. It's not too expensive, quiet, and is a great place to start or end your workday. The Good: The best of both worlds: Too often one place will have either good frozen drinks or good coffee drinks. Luckily the Orlando Snack Cafe has both, and it is all quite good. Local Flavor: Almost everything you order here has been created by the Orlando Snack Cafe. Especially memorable are thier house smoothies, which are very tasty. The Bad: A little out of the way: I consider myself fortunate because Orlando Snack Cafe is right near my neighborhood. However, if you're not from the Hunter's Creek area, getting to this place might be a little difficult as it is sandwiched between OBT and John Young, and is not visible from either street directly. Orlando Snack Cafe is a great place to "stop and smell the coffee" and I would recommend it to anyone who just needs a little break. Overall 8.5/10 = Happy Snacking!

This place is GREAT! I'm not going to leave a lengthy review. Just go and try it. You won't be disappointed. I left completely satisfied.

Great food. Great service. Highly recommended. I loved the arepa with onion, tomatoes, beans, cheese and eggs in it. So tasty with a cup of coffee. This place seems was not the first place on my radar but it should have been. It is a one $ sign establishment with the feel of a quaint Latin American cafe and a nice touch of indescribable classiness. The wait staff was very kind and courteous. Give these guys a try to get your Venezuelan fix!

This is a charming little place. Really clean and very friendly service. English is used sparingly but it's a team effort that was enjoyable. We had the typical Venezuelan breakfast which was very fresh and really tasty and my son had the bacon omelet (which was huge and turned out to be Canadian bacon). The cafe con leche was...adequate, nice. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that it's a little pricy for the amount and quality. Food was tasty and arepas were super fresh but it wasn't outstanding. You are paying a little bit for the location (heart of Hunter's Creek)...but the whole experience was great and I didn't mind so much!

Food was good and price was reasonable. 4 people (2 adults+ 2 kids) was $24 with everyone eating their fill. Kids friendly and very hospital people. Wonderful plantains!

They were out of fresh avocado & substituted guac instead. At the register, the cashier initially gave me $5 less in change than I was owed. I had to point it out to receive the correct amount. I also noticed a 5% service charge, even though this is a counter-service rest. When our salad arrived, we had to ask for the extra plate we had already requested. Then we found a long black hair in the salad. Not ours as my aunt & I both have blonde hair. So we stopped eating immediately. The restrooms were also dirty, including the toilets & walls. I spent about $30 on one salad & 2 cold lattes. I've had much better experiences at the St. Cloud location, but based on this visit, I won't be returning to this one.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, and the cozy atmosphere immediately made us feel welcome. We ordered two kinds of smoothies along with their traditional beignets. The beignets were generously dusted with powdered sugar, and when I took my first bite, they were hot, fresh, and wonderfully chewy on the inside. I honestly don't think I've ever had freshly made beignets before, and they were absolutely delicious! We were both so excited to discover this place. They offer several different varieties of beignets, and we're already looking forward to trying more of them little by little on future visits. Today was my cheat day, and it was completely worth it for these amazing treats! The smoothies were also fantastic. They weren't overly sweet, and you could really taste the freshness of the fruit. I highly recommend Beignets & Brew to anyone who has never tried freshly made beignets--or to anyone who simply loves a delicious sweet treat. We will definitely be back!

The home fries were a bit oily, but adding ketchup helped, and I still enjoyed them. The mimosa came in a regular cup with no ice and a small bottle of Barefoot Bubbly, which I actually appreciated because I could pour as much or as little as I wanted. The stuffed French toast was really good too. As for the service before being seated, I was a little discouraged, and at one point we almost walked out. I had really been craving Keke's before the end of our trip though, so I convinced my husband to stay. We weren't acknowledged when we first walked in, and the three employees at the front were all busy doing different things. The host stand seemed to turn into a cashier station, a drink pickup area, and a walkway all at once, so there wasn't much organization or a clear order for guests coming in. I think having a better system during peak hours would make a big difference. Once we were seated, though, the service was good. The atmosphere was chill, busy, and very family-oriented. Overall, we enjoyed the food, but we'll probably try a different Keke's location the next time we're in town.

Let's focus on the positives first: the atmosphere is incredibly fun and the live music Saturday night was a perfect touch at the bar. There were plenty of fun activities for the kids and there was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the kids with fried chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, fries, and red velvet cupcakes. $25 is a deal if your child would chow down on shrimp, but it might not be a great deal if your child is usually full after four bites. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. This is a fun spot for a drink and appetizer, but I would skip eating dinner at Highball & Harvest.
