Tiktok got me! I saw this on tiktok and the girls were in the comments saying "no!! Please dont share our local gem! " so I obviously had to try it and here is my honest reaction. The restaurant itself isnt anything to write home about, there is seating and thats about it, but it gets the job done. I ordered the chicken teriyaki, white rice, noodle and cabbage. The chicken itself was nicely done, however the rice was a bit stiff and the noodles werent asian noodle, it was fettuccine noodles, which kind of threw me bc places normally use udon/lomein noodles.That being said the taste was good. No complaint on that. They gave a decent portion of each item, definitely not cheap about it. I didnt try any of the additional sauces, but even without it the food was good, though I see many reviews mentioning them. It was not busy when i went, maybe 4 customers but it was also mid day on a friday so im not sure of how busy they get. If you're not wanting to go to West Oaks to hit the Sakura, this is a solid choice for hibachi. Ill be back for the chicken and the rice, Im not sold on the noodles choice, so ill probably opt out on those, but overall affordable and tasty. read more

Food was really really good! We both got chicken hibachi and it was delicious! We also got a side of noodles and white sauce for everything. I will say I placed my order over the phone as we were on our way home and as we were pulling into the plaza we got a call from the restaurant stating our order had been waiting for an hour and asking if we were still coming to pick up our food. Whoever was on the phone was little rude but I just explained to them we placed the order less than 30 minutes before that we were pulling up right then. If you love Hibachi but don't have the time to go to a restaurant for it then this is the place for you. They specialize in Express Hibachi. The food is made to order, so it's fresh and you can customize it to your liking! I came during the week on my lunch break from work and it didn't disappoint. I got the chicken teriyaki with noodles instead of rice and a side of vegetables. (Substituting for noodles was $1 extra) The chicken was flavorful and tender, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the vegetables were seasoned well. To top it off they even have their own white sauce that you can put on top. If you're familiar with the Hibachi scene then you know that "White Sauce" is everything in this circumstance. The portions are big so even if it seems a little pricey, remember... you get what you pay for and technically it's 2 meals! This is a no frills no thrills take out Type of place. But don't fret because you are getting all the flavor and quality for a great price! This is that teppanyaki flavor we all love but priced just right! My daughter requested this for dinner since she did awesome on her report card. We always get the chicken teriyaki but they have other proteins like steak and shrimp. They also have rolls and bento boxes I believe. All meals come with choice of rice or uncharge for "fried rice (which is just soy sauce) or noodles. Meals also come with veggies which is a mix of broccoli, carrots and cabbage. The food was ordered at 8pm & It taste & smell like a horrible dirty grille. The teriyaki glaze was very distasteful & not tasty on the chicken, shrimp or fried noodles. I still gave it a try by adding white sauce for flavor to my meal., wrong move. The veggies were nasty and full of cheap unseasoned cabbage.I would never go back or suggest this place. Used to come here with my boss, but didn't have much of an impression due to the way he ordered, but this time my coworker ordered the noodle dish with shrimp and beef and it looked very appealing! I had to go and order right away and it turned out great! it was only $12.77 which was very affordable! The beef steak was very juicy! Just tell the guy to not cook it well done then you are good! The shrimps were amazing and i liked how they were not being cheap with their foods; it was abundant, delicious and very filling! Not a great option for vegans. First time I went the employee (seemed like he could be a manager or owner) was understanding of my vegan needs. The food was good until I went home and ate left overs later that day, found a small piece of meat. Because the employee was understanding the first time, and because the food was otherwise good, I decided to go back a second time, with plans to try to really reiterate that I am vegan and to please be careful when cooking my meal. There aren't many places around that serve a vegan option like tofu vegetables, so I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately they said they couldn't accommodate me because they had "a big order" and it was busy. I understand not every place is vegan friendly, but I think it could be handled better especially when the menu has seemingly vegan options. I'd also prefer consistency, not a place that sometimes offers vegan friendly meals, and sometimes not. I have limited time on my break, nobody should have to deal with that. First time I went the food was not bad, personally enjoyed the thin tofu pieces. I wish they had more variety of vegetables in the vegetable tofu, but I was just happy to find someplace I could eat other than chipotle (which offer tofu blend/meat substitute.) so once again if you are vegan, don't go here with expectations, it's likely you will be dismissed. read more

Man been looking for a place like this for a while!! Love hibachi but hate how long it takes to get the food and sushi here it really means express. Been here a couple times now. Lunch or dinner it's about ten minutes from order til we get our food. The selection is pretty standard, order your main entree such as chicken or shrimp comes with standard white rice with option to upgrade to fried rice for. 50cents or noodles for $1 (I always opt for the later) it's amazing. The veggies is just mainly cabbage, zucchini, carrots which I'm not a fan of but I enjoy it with the bottle of white sauce they provide and sriracha! They also have bento boxes and basic sushi. Great thing about sushi is you can tell them the ingredients of your favorite roll and they will make it and charge accordingly. For instance my GF loves the Mexican roll it's not on the current menu. All it has is shrimp tempura, cream cheese, cucumber, avacado topped with crunch and spicy Mayo on top. And it came out amazing and they just charge accordingly. Overall the value to the quality and taste of food is a steal in my eyes. I gave 4 stars but could be a 5. I started ordering from here some years back because I'm a hibachi addict! My usual order consists of the chicken teriyaki, sometimes I order the trio (chicken, steak and shrimp) with fried rice (upcharge), broccoli only (they usually give you mixed veggies). You can also get white rice or noodles which I would recommend. Don't forget to get the white sauce! I will let you know that their serving size is generous so there will be some for leftovers. **I had to edit my review after my last experience here today. The food was amazing like usual but the customer service was subpar at best. I ordered my usual chicken teriyaki with fried rice and broccoli. There were three other orders placed after mine. They all received their food before me. The cooking area has a clear glass where you can see them prepare orders. My order was not even on the line to be prepared then the cashier seen my box and added it to the line at the very end. Instead of informing me it will be a few extra minutes they ignored me. I asked them what was the hold up and why did three orders placed after me get their food before me. Their excuse was because broccoli takes long to cook. They literally prepared everyone's order before mine. They started cooking my broccoli 20 minutes after my order was placed. I waited 30 minutes for food that I normally get in 10 mins or less. Had the beef & chicken hibachi and it was delicious. It was priced at $11, but I opted for noodles instead of rice for a buck more. It's so worth it considering it lasted 3 meals! In the past, I've also had beef/chicken with rice and it was equally good. Both times I've eaten here were within a week. Once I had the first bite, I was hooked. Fast and tasty with a spectacular white sauce! The sushi is also surprisingly awesome given this is a casual joint specializing in hibachi. Spicy tuna was terrific! I've ordered a few times to go and every time I order a young lady answers rudely and hangs up right after taking your order, now I understand if you're busy but I never know how long before I am able to come by and pick up my order. There was a gentleman and another lady who were phenomenal. Needless to say, I only return for the food. The hibachi is delicious. I order chicken and steak hibachi with fried rice and vegetables. Really solid hibachi place. The sushi was good (I got spicy tuna roll) not amazing, but very solid. The best part was the teriyaki chicken hibachi. The portions were generously large and it was very good (tons of leftovers!) The inside is small and very very casual but there is seating, although it's got the feel of a take-out type place. Quite conveniently located near my place of employment. Found out about this place from someone walking door to door handing out savings cards to introduce their new business. The food was surprisingly pretty damn tasty for the looks of the place. It's your basic take-out type motif. The menu is complete w/ hibachi & sushi. Cozy spot with great service and food. If you love hibachi then this place is definitely worth a try. We usually visit the chipotle in this plaza but today Miwa caught our eye. This place is super clean. That's one of my favorite things on the menu at any restaurant!!! The menu had a variety but it was simple so I was not overwhelmed. The service staff were friendly and welcoming. She helped us decide and explained what was on various menu items. My husband and I both got vegetable delight and spring rolls. The food was cooked fresh and hot to order. The rice was perfect and I was excited for the mountain of vegetables that accompanied it.
