SHE HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO EAT SOLID FOODS IN MONTHS! This is outrageous! To add insult to injury, her previous appointment, they had scheduled her to get her dentures on the 19th, and the very next day they call her to cancel and postpone to today. I'm livid, and will not recommend them to anyone in the future! ####AFTER RECEIVING DENTURES AFTER A 3 MONTH WAIT#### My fiancée got her dentures in finally, only for the bottom portion to cause unnecessary pain. She had a follow up scheduled for October 3, and was told IF ANY ISSUES ARISE, CALL TO TRY SCHEDULUING an earlier appointment, so she did. FIRST She was told to just wait until October 3....fair enough right? Then she just got a call pushing THAT ORIGINAL date out 12 more days! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! THE WOMAN has been unable to eat solid foods for several months, and STILL has problems with YOUR SERVICES and yet not only are you not helping, you're making us wait even longer!!! They "missed" getting any paperwork insurance or records from the previous ortho. I gave them all the insurance (three!) on the consult. They did not schedule her so I called and left VM, tried to get her in and they pushed it back as easiest monthly adjustment until July 20th, seven months no adjustment. My daughter goes in and they sent her away becuase if my child did not pay for the work upfront in whole(!!!) becuase they still have not billed insurance and updated the contract claiming I pay in full out of pocket even with all the insurances. Horrible. They only want the money and do not care about the human person. So sad. My poor daughter was turned away from treatment becuase they dropped the ball for over half a year. Shameful. I called and told them to bill the insurance and I'd be happy to sign a corrected contract (that's first payment not due until Aug 19 mind you) and if they can get her in tomorrow. Absolutely not, nor Monday until they talk to the finance people. Seriously? What horrible customer service. They had months to bill hand take care of the insurance and simply did not. Shame.

You see, my orthodontist from many years ago in Las Vegas had, but when I moved to Washington one of my dogs got a hold of my retainers. You know the rest of the story. Dr. Zuroff's office does, indeed, produce Invisaligns. So I made an appointment with the friendly staff and went in. Let me say, I was completely taken aback when the walk in to walk out time was under 10 minutes, including the impressions being taken for the Invisaligns! The staff were also very polite. Fast forward a little over one year. My top retainer cracked one day, and I soon after got a cap placed on tooth #2. Well, now it was time for a new top retainer. Once again, the appointment making was easy, the appointment time was as quick as the last time, and Dr. Zuroff even instructed the staff within my ear shot to use a thicker version of the material to hopefully prevent cracking this time. Then, they stated they would have the retainer produced within 24 hours. Wow! What an amazing practice. Had I not already had orthodontic care many years back, I would love to work with Dr. Zurich and his staff for the entire process. Thanks, you all! You rock.

As you can see for yourself, the reviews for West Pasco Family Dental progressively have gotten…read moreworse. I highly recommend NOT attending this office. They did a filling (which ended up cracking shortly after). In doing that it did not fit well and pushed the tooth in front of it so tight that I couldn't floss. Over time I had to keep going in to get it adjusted so I could floss. Although this is fixing the work I've already paid for, they'd charge my insurance at times. Once it was loose enough to floss, that resulted in my implant next to it having issues, so now I have to pay $1600 for something THEY DID! I even paid some out of pocket expenses and when I checked my bill, they were charging insurance stating that I had a filling but of course insurance wouldn't pay it because that's an implant and no tooth is there. I should not be charged, nor should my insurance, for work I've paid for already and they need to fix. When I asked they'd say, well there isn't an expense to you. Um yes there is! I still pay for that insurance and because they did that I didn't have enough left in the year to cover a new implant crown I have to pay for....again....because they screwed it up! The front office and dentist both told me I should receive a refund for $175. Ofe then tells me that refund went to other charges on my account. Yeah the dishonest filling you charged me for! Their communication is horrible, professionalism is lacking, and ALWAYS check your statements with this place. I have yet to receive my refund and don't anticipate it will happen. I'm highly debating taking this to court for the simple purpose that it's wrong and they need to know they can't do this to people. The dentist and hygienist turnover rate is high here. Moving to corporate was not a good choice for this place. Do not go to West Pasco Family Dental!

Finally switched to a new dental office and by the time they saw me, I needed a root canal because of the filling done by West Pasco Family Dental. Yet, they still continue to send me bills. And I have yet to hear back from Dr. Nielsen who did a poor job on my filling. They will make an appointment for you, then not notify you that they cannot see you on that date because they so not have a hygienist scheduled. so they try to push your appointment months out regardless of how much pain you're in.
