LOCATION: @ Westpark Plaza, in the corner across from the 7-Eleven SELECTION: they carry a wide variety of mattresses including Ortho (which is their own brand), Airloome (higher end brand, used in the White House), Halstead by Airloome, stearns and foster, and Sealy (basic entry level), Box springs and basic bed frames are sold separately. Box springs run for $210 and the frames are $130. DELIVERY: they deliver between 9am to 9pm. The call center gives you a delivery window of 4hr blocks. Standard delivery cost $99. MISC: You can return the mattresses after trying out, but DO NOT rip off the tags. It's recommended that you rotate your mattresses from head to toe every 3-4 months. The handles on the mattress are meant to reposition not to hold when moving. OVERALL: great experience shopping here. customer service was awesome in that they explained everything in detail and weren't pushy in selling. We ordered a queen mattress from them and it was scheduled to be delivered today with the driver to call at least an hour beforehand. I was told delivery would be between 2-6pm so I had purposefully left that entire chunk of time open. We are remodeling our home and are not currently living there so the call was very important. I received a voicemail from what sounded like a supervisor saying his delivery guys were waiting outside and I called the same number back within 3 minutes of receiving the call and I got sent to some bullshit recording. I tried calling again but was unable to reach anyone. I dropped everything, ran over to the house (I live 10 min away) but they had already left without delivering the mattress. I'm not sure if the store and the delivery company are run by the same people but knowing that they have such a horrible delivery service, I am not likely to ever purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone I know. read more

Typical millennial writing here... My fiance and I walked in to Ortho on the recommendation of our parents to buy our "first" mattress. Whoopdedoo-"growing up". We've had our old college mattress for years and weren't really sure where to start. Luckily, per my mom's suggestion, she suggested the high quality of mattresses of Ortho. Right when we walked in, we met Candee who was super upbeat, positive, and easy to work with. She took us to so many mattresses for us to try and patiently waited with us while we picked one that was just perfect for two people with totally opposite preferences. Later on, when my parents also wanted to approve the mattress that we were going to be getting, she even stayed later than store opening hours to allot time for us to ask plenty of questions and try more mattresses. Side note-Asian parents can kind of be stubborn when it comes to haggling prices, so she was super sweet through the whole process and in the end, even was able to get us a few extra "gifts" to sweeten the whole deal. She was very thorough in her explanations to us about what we were going to be receiving and made the entire process very exciting! We brought a mattress for are daughter two years ago in March 10, 2018 and last month in December my husband and daughter noticed that her mattress was coming apart at the bottom a huge tear. So I call the 800 number and it was a mess first they wanted us to pay $ 60 dollars for someone to come and look at it and then 100.00 to bring a new one to our home. So I think these mattress are not made good. Just having it two years why would it fall apart . And we paid alot of money for it. Never using this place again . read more

Terrible service pre- and post-sale. Their belittling sales tactics worked embarrassingly well on me. I bought a far higher end mattress set than I was shopping for paying literally thousands for their second most expensive Stearns & Foster set (I'm too ashamed to share how much I actually spent). Following the purchase - but too late to cancel - we were nickel'd and dime'd for every little thing. Now, after having the mattress only a year we're seeing significant sagging - so much so that we're waking up with back pain we didn't have when going to sleep. They wanted $60 to send someone out to check it. The reviewer acknowledged the sag but said it wasn't significant enough to recall it. Finally they did say the box spring was defective but if I wanted to replace it I needed to pay a $99 delivery fee. Needless to say, I won't be considering another purchase form that or any other Ortho store. We bought our last mattress at Sears for half the price and were very happy with it for a dozen years. Heard about this place through a friend and checked out the yelp reviews. Pretty pleased with the reviews, I went in to check it out. I probably should have done more research but Woo Kim really helped me out. I was in a rush to get a mattress as I had just moved into the area and needed the bed asap. Woo offered same day delivery although I was not able to be there that day. We rescheduled for the coming Tuesday. Delivery: WILDIN' I received a text the day before saying they'd be at my place around 12pm. I received a call on Tuesday around 11 saying they'd be there in an hour. Within 45 minutes I had my mattress delivered and carried up to my room. Honestly, they these guys could deliver everything else I've ever ordered, I'd probably get my packages on the expected day. My husband and I walked in thinking that we were going to take a quick look and be on our way. When we walked in the store was a fairly standard mattress store. A good amount of mattresses lined up along the store with different types of brands and types. We were able to look at the standard inner spring models as well as the memory foam-only models. We were lucky enough to run into Candee while we were there and she made the process of finding our new mattress really easy. We never felt pressured and she was very educational throughout the whole process. From start to finish was no more than an hour! Apparently you're only allowed to sit on their mattresses a certain way when you're planning to spend a couple thousand on their products. First thing the sales clerk does is advise us that we should only sit in a particular spot, then proceeds to help the people that came after us looking at cheaper mattresses first. Looking for a mattress can be an exhausting process (ha) but at Ortho it was so easy! I had a negative experience with a condescending sales clerk at a different large-name store, so I was very happy to work with Woo. He very reasonably helped me find a mattress in my budget that I love! He gave me a quote months ago (to include shipping) and handed it to me on a business card, and even honored it when I came back with that card half a year later, which he absolutely didn't have to do (but I'm sure glad he did!) I've never written a Yelp review before but had to let people know about the poor customer service at this retail store. We were looking for a new mattress and we stepped in and were greeted, but 5 seconds later decided to walk out. I had a drink in my hand and one of the employees, Theron tells me I can't test the bed because they can't affoard for me to spill on their mattresses. He was not impolite but was very condescending talking to me like I'm a child. First, when you're in retail you have to accept that there's going to be some damage to your goods. While I understand his point, I'm not a child and I did have a lid on my drink. If my kids were running around with ice cream then I would understand. Also, if you don't want food or drink in the store then post that at your entrance. Theron did not even offer to help us find a mattress so that's when I decided to walk out. That day we purchased a mattress from Sit n Sleep. Theron was rude and lost a sale within 10 seconds of someone walking in the store. I'm writing the corporate office and see what they think. Dont go to this store. Sit n sleep has better customer service and more resonable prices. If you must go to an Ortho Mattress store, go to the one in the Marketplace on Jamboree. read more
