That they "weren't going to comp something and let you walk out with free food." That response was honestly shocking. I never asked for anything extra--just the meal I ordered, even if it had to be to-go at that point. Instead, I left without eating at all. The lack of communication, the excessive wait, and the way the situation was handled at the end completely ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory night. Really disappointing experience. We didn't even want to order the desserts we planned on ordering because at that point, they didn't deserve another dollar. The environment would've been enjoyable if we weren't focused on food missing and the lack of customer service.

But the pork had a texture more like pulled pork than the sliced pork I'm used to seeing in Thai curry. It felt out of place and wasn't something I'd order again. I ended up leaving most of the meat and vegetables behind. The Thai Iced Coffee was also a miss for me. I know Thai coffee tends to be sweet, but this was sweetness overload. A few sips in and I was done. That said, this is a college town, prices were reasonable, service was quick, and the Crab Rangoon alone saved the meal from being a complete disappointment. Life is too short to eat mediocre food, so I'll keep searching for my favorite meal in Boone. This one just wasn't it for me.
