Zertron came out on time and texted to let me know he had arrived. We met briefly and talked about any areas of concern for me and hopefully that it wouldn't rain while he's trying to provide the service. One of the biggest advantages that I look for is mobile service work. Even on my days off, who wants to deal with getting their car serviced or clean when I could be doing other stuff. Zertron came out and met at my work location. We found a spot where he could situate his work van and be able to work uninterrupted. He offered me a solid by taking before pictures so that I could really see the contrast. I don't feel like he tries to add on anything that isn't needed or requested. We talked about pet hair removal, trunk cleaning, any extra fees or add-ons, etc. Once I review all the photos sent, before and after, will definitely post to show how great of a job he did. My vehicle is a 2018 SUV and no joke, he made it look clean, smells clean, feels clean. I couldn't be happier with a detail project that exceeded my expectations! After doing extensive research, I decided I to try out Riinse's service since so many their clients provided detailed reviews of their experiences. Furthermore, my neighbors have used their services repeatedly which built a lot of confidence in my decision. I felt really bad subjecting them to cleaning my car because this car has seen some things. When I mean seen something, I mean travelled across the country through various types of terrains, for better or for worse. It's survived sick passengers, a live birth as well messy monsters (children). I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Patrick's attention to detail when he worked on my car. It doesn't smell like roadkill and afterbirth anymore. The man is magic. I will definitely be using their services again. I used the number provided by the website to text and was engaged in a conversation for a few minutes, but when it got time to schedule the appointment I was ghosted. I almost just gave up but I decided to call the office and again, no answer. Left a message and got no call back after a week. The lack of response makes me feel not cared for as a customer and really makes me lose confidence in the business. I would have loved to use their service again and again since so many people have had great experiences but I have to give a 1-star review for the poor communication. I ended up trading my Groupon in for another detail service. Unfortunately I am unable to post this review there since Groupon only allows reviews for redeemed groupons, which would artificially inflate the score if many people had problems with scheduling and eventually got fed up like I did. Their website seems to be having some issues of late since it is going down frequently and the online booking feature is not supported. If that was up and working well I think I would have a much better impression.

Tim was a referral from another detailer I have used in the past and he told me I would not be disappointed in his work. I met with Tim 2 days after purchasing the vehicle and he could tell I needed his expertise after he looked at the inside. I got the car back after a day and I was very impressed and happy with the work performed and I was a relieved to see that the interior was salvageable and actually not as bad as shape as it seemed with all the dirt and grime. Unfortunately the Volvo Nordkap interior on these cars is very sensitive and if not taken care properly from the start it can wear very fast. The previous owner failed and my front seats are trashed but Tim was able to bring some life back to them with his work. WOW! Just retrieved my Tesla Model 3 from getting a ceramic coating. Completely amazing!…read more When I took delivery of the car from Tesla I immediately noticed many paint defects such as dust, divots, and scratches. It's widely known that Tesla's paint application has been horrible. I was worried that this would get worse over time. After careful research, I decided on getting a ceramic coating and contacted Transparent Auto about the process. I was impressed with their knowledge and process, as well as being able to cure the ceramic to the car and wheels in the shop. I'm going to post some pictures, but the results are perfect! I cannot see one scratch on the vehicle, not even a mild one. It looks like a mirror! The wheels feel like my fingers are ice skating over them. The polish is perfect! Worth every dollar! I handed over my keys to Gerardo and took off. I came back in a couple of hours and the inside looked great! Near new. The upholstery was indeed a different lighter color. I asked if Gerardo could fit in a wash and wax while he was there and he washed, clay barred, polished and all the other buzzwords. My next door neighbor came out right before Gerardo was done and said the Camry looked like it just came off the show room floor. Paint is smoother than it ever was, the interior is great and Gerardo, the owner, was polite and business like and on time. The best money I've spent in a long time. Pretty much instantly he replied, and we agreed that the weather was not going to play nicely with an outside detailing, but he could definitely take care of the inside. I sent him some pictures, and he agreed he could clean it. He had time this week, so I made an appointment and brought it over. We went over the details of the car, with me explaining the spots that had me concerned and he explained to me his process and what he was able to do. It'd be about 3 hours. So off I went. And after 3 hours Tyler informed me he needed another hour - and of course! My car was filthy! And when I got back, I was stunned. The slurpee stain? Gone. Cereal and taco cheese? Gone. But he also understood that the special snowflake stickers on the side of the door? Those needed to stay - else I face the wrath of the screaming toddler. Even the dinosaur sticker on the console - the protective charm my toddler gave me - is still there, without me having to explain. But all the nasty, disgusting dirt? GONE. All in all, I cannot wait to bring my car in to Tyler in the late spring after the weather is done so I can have him go over the outside. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
