I live on Palomar Mountain where Ice/snow in residential areas is brutal. Icy dirt roads, sloping off the sides make for extremely dangerous conditions. These guys worked in severe conditions, cold and dark and were able to pull my trucks (multiple rescues) back to the road safely before they slid down the mountain. This takes much more than just hooking up a winch or a chain because if you do know how to pull a vehicle off the side of a mountain it will slide and you will lose the vehicle in a rollover faster than you can imagine it happening. I assure you these guys are the best at what they do. If you have a vehicle stuck in a dangerous predicament these are the only professionals to call. read more

This company is legit. I had to get towed after a car collision. Their driver, Jose, called me and asked for my address, 15 min later he had my truck hooked up. I'm especially grateful because the company that had originally been sent out to tow me was Road Way Auto Towing. Road Way had given me and eta of about an hour, said they were delayed and added another 45 minutes, said they were delayed AGAIN and added another 2 hours to the wait time. Unacceptable. Apparently Road Way does this to their customers, makes excuses like "there was a fatal crash and now we are delayed." Only issue is that there was never a crash to delay them. They lied. My 2014 Chevy Cruze unexpectedly just shut down on me last night, in the middle of a drive-thru, with 3 cars behind me! My key was stuck in the ignition, my window wouldn't close, and my gear shift was stuck in park, so we couldn't push it out of the way of the other cars! So embarrassing. It was around 45 degrees outside, and I called my insurance right away. They referred me to Oscar Towing, and what a pleasant surprise it was! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. José and Oscar worked with me for weeks on a extremely difficult move which involved several moving parts that had to be coordinated and had lots of rescheduling due to weather and a very unpredictable and difficult land owner who was making it impossible for me to vacate my sheds off of his property. When the day finally came, José was extremely professional and efficient in moving my large 10 x 12 TUFFSHED and platform off of the property in under an hour. He also relocated the shed to another property and took excellent care to get it there safely and set it just where I needed it. It was not an easy move physically and mentally but José made it look easy and made me feel reassured the entire time that we would get it from one location to the other. I cannot thank these guys enough. I would gladly hire them again for any move and I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking to move items especially large ones requiring a DOT licensed mover. José is an angel and this move was so emotionally stressful and draining for me and he was that ray of sunshine I needed to remind me that there are still good and kind and reasonable people in the world. I waited on the phone for AAA to answer for an hour and 18 minutes before deciding to look elsewhere. I found this place and called, they had an extremely fast response time. They showed up to where we were in less than 30 minutes. I did not catch our drivers name but I know it was the owners son. He was extremely polite, helpful, and courteous. The pricing is fair to what competitors charge. I would highly recommend this company for any towing needs. They have much quicker response times then what you will get with AAA. read more

He was friendly and polite when he arrived and then found our problem for us. He was able to get our car running to get to a shop and he not for the tow. They answered the phone and served my area which is more than I can say for the first 4 places I called. They got to me fairly quickly about 20-25 minutes. I met him at the drop off point so I could pick up some cash on the way. I thought he said $100 at the pick up but at the destination he said it was $120. Probably my bad hearing. He accepted $114 since that was all I had vs. using a credit card. $114 for a 2.5 mile tow seemed a bit pricey. read more
