First time here. Look at the difference in size between my burrito and my wife's. Her chicken burrito is literally 2x the size. Very disappointing. It was good but not nearly enough for a grown man. This place is consistently very good! Tidy restrooms! Quick service. Friendly staff. This time we got a big carnitas taco, a bean tostada, and a grande horchata... Ten dollars! 12 with a tip. The taco has two corn totillas, so that means its really two tacos! The tostada? I know this sounds dumb, but it was the best one I've ever had! I'm a huge fan of Mexican food and I cook some of the best I've ever had, both their red and green salsas are tasty without being too spicy. The tamale special is two tamales with rice n beans. I'm giving this place 4 stars because it strikes a great balance between quality, cost and speed of delivery. I wouldn't say that Oscar's has the best Mexican food in town. That's too high of a bar. But the food is good, the portions are generous and the quality is consistent. As of this writing, they're also available on UberEats for a nominal (sometimes zero) delivery fee. Prices are very reasonable and delivery is quick. They have not once messed up my order. We normally order the rolled tacos, which seem to arrive consistently crispy despite the delivery time. They're topped with generous helpings of cheese, guacamole and other goodies. I've also ordered the nachos a couple of times - absolutely humongous portions and generous services of protein. We've also tried the enchiladas which are decent. Chips are light and crispy, although their salsa is not my favorite. I'm also not a fan of their guacamole as a dip - it's fine to go on top of the flautas or nachos, but it's definitely got some additives in it beyond avocado that make it more acidic and a little too creamy (vs. chunky) for my taste. Overall, this is a great place to grab a cheap bite to eat with fast delivery and generous portion sizes. read more

I ordered their shrimp nachos, and my husband got the (4) carne Asada Street tacos that came with a medium/small fountain drink. My Nacho were very, very delicious. There was just enough sour cream and beans on them. I'm not sure how many shrimp, but they were scattered throughout the nachos. So there was more than enough for me. The cheese was not melted, but that is what made them different and better, in my opinion. My husband said his tacos were very flavorful. The only thing that I did not like was that there is only one bathroom stall. I get it isn't a requirement due the fact they don't serve alcohol. This place scores a good A anyway with me. Another review because while I raved about the food last time...I forgot to mention the great service and cleanliness! They are always cleaning. You never get a "sticky" table. They even scrub the outdoor seating and patio floor! The food is always fresh, staff is friendly and accommodating. The amount of meat you get from here is unreal, I mean look at the picture! So glad I found a spot that is consistent and offers tacos that are much larger than street, while still being authentic! My family and I tried out this taco spot the other day. I got the carneasada tacos meal, for the 3 of us it was almost $50 bucks which was a bit pricey for the amount of food you got with the meal. The rice was alright, I am not a huge fan of carrots and corn in my Mexican rice but it was cooked all the way. The ladies at the front were nice. I had hope. I ordered the 8 taco special and the sample buffalo chicken fries (should just call it a small fry but whatever). My wife doesn't like too spicy so I asked for no buffalo sauce and he said "no problem". Then I asked for the tacos to be chicken he said "ok so half beef and half chicken?" STALE TACO SHELLS AND DRY, COLD CHICKEN. That's it!!! No Pico, guac, cheese, onions.... nothing!
