I got the halibut taco and a hibiscus tea. The taco was really crispy and delicious the tea was just enough sweetness and was savory. My sister got the pulled pork burrito it was huge and delicious very filling the outside of the burrito was crispy too. The service was great very friendly and and a good sense of humor. If I ever find myself here again I would definitely eat here again

Fantastic hallibut tacos from an intrepid veteran-owned small business. Large tent adjacent provides cover to dine in.

Food is good and the prices are reasonable, especially for Hoonah. I hope this place makes it.

We opted in for the $10 shuttle to downtown Hoonah and it stopped right infront of this place. The staff was very friendly and recommended the burrito, which my husband got. He said the burrito was delicious. I got the Right On- omg amazing but portion size for 2. Love the gravy and the biscuit! Perfect savory goodness I wanted. We also got 2 coffees that were great and we continued to drink them as we explored the jetty. The layout was perfect; we opted in to sit inside but they also have seats outside.

They might deserve only 3 stars this trip, last trip was a very solid five. Gave them extra star due only to being locally owned. For the food, it definitely went downhill. Last time biscuits were more flavorful and the gravy was delectable and full of many flavors. This time it's slightly better than the canned country gravy. The eggs, while can tell they are eggs, are extremely dry and overcooked. One of the ladies that helped me seemed to have a wedgie, very tight mannered, kinda pleasant but not at all. The other one who helped me was vice. Still enjoy the location overlooking the dock with some mountains in the background. Don't know what happened but hope they improve to last years level. Really sad, really truly sad. Couldn't even finish the whole plate. Maybe I'll be back if bored bit ship has better food this year. Which is also sad. Edit: Wish could remove the tip, not at all satisfied with service.

It was not overly battered and perfectly fried. It was so fresh. The sidewinder fries were awesome! The Drive Through burger was delicious and the fries were also yummy. We got the pickles in the side - the person running the truck told us he makes the pickles. They were sooooo good. He also brought out a sample of the bbq chicken for us and it was very good. We sat at the table outside and ate the food and it was great! I will absolutely be back here the next time I am in Juneau. This place is a must-try!

While this isn't my favorite (try Sandbar), the fish is fresh and it's pretty hard to complain. Another win for fish and chips in the area. The shape of the potatoes is a bit weird looking, but surprisingly it works and they were nice and crispy. I did think the fish batter was a tad doughy on the inside, and yet a little overcooked on the outside. Not the end of the world though, and I still enjoyed it. We did stop by during the week for lunch and the truck was closed, which was a bit annoying. One of the brewery employees said this place doesn't always open reliably, for various reasons. Just something to be aware of. Better luck on the weekends. Overall it's a nice spot right next to the Alaskan Brewing Company, which has lots of great beers and a nice patio spot out back to eat your fish, have a beer, and hang out with your dog. Yum!

The Wild Alaskan - Fish is very fresh. Slightly overcooked and a little doughy inside, but still a solid bet. Very good overall.

When you find the location and you walk down the stairs, you kind of wonder where you going and then you find the small 15 top restaurant I can maybe hold 35-50people. You sit down you get waited on by friendly staff and you get amazing food. We were very impressed by the nachos. They were our main course we shared with two people. I would recommend trying different meats. We had Al Pastor and their classic. We also came back a second day and tried the short rib with the kimchi rice. I couldn't tell you a kimchi rices, but it's amazing and it was completely gone. The short rib was very good, but their rice was amazing. Overall, this is a great place to go either for appetizers ,a good dinner. Or just a glass of wine in the cellar.

The food was outstanding, the service friendly, and owner Gonzalo earned our forever gratitude for personally driving my wife's phone to the Virgin security crew at the port when she left it at the restaurant and we didn't realize it until we were back on the ship!
