This is just a good old fashioned diner. You go in and feel like your back 20-30 years but in a good way the staff is so welcoming and inviting. The menu is typical diner with almost anything and everything you might want. We stopped here after a bike ride ioff the Osteen trailhead. They close at two but we walked in at 1:58 and no worries. The food was given quickly and freshly prepared. You can not beat the price and blue either. The chowder and fries weee piping hot. The vibe is so chill too

Saturday morning and we arrived with friends who had been here before. The place was full and had several large groups too. Our server was kind, friendly and efficient. She got our drink order and quickly returned to take our order. DH ordered the country eggs Benedict and I ordered the 2 egg plate with hash browns. The food came out quickly and my food was good. DH was expecting a stronger sausage flavor from the sausage in the gravy for his breakfast. It seemed bland to him. Other than that, it was good. Everyone else liked their food. Our server was juggling several large tables. She checked in with us and she was good but didn't come back to give us refills on our sodas. It might have been an off day so we're planning to give them another chance. They're open until 2 so we'll try something else on the menu. They have a lot of choices for breakfast and lunch.

A group of us normally visit Osteen Diner on weekends for breakfast. This place is usually occupied by local folk country folk. For me there are other places I prefer more but today wasn't my pick. The service and prices are good at the Osteen Diner. There is always a crowd but we always get a table without waiting. Today I had two eggs, grits and toast with coffee for around $9.50. Everything tasted good and we had great service. Outside there is a pen with a few head of cattle children can feed. Even though I am an elderly guy I enjoy visiting the animals. We will definitely return.

After talking about going here for at least 20 years, now that we live nearby, we finally went. This is definitely an old timey diner. They have an automated dessert case! I havent seen one of those in ages! We will have ti get dessert there next time, they have about 9 kinds of pie, plus other desserts. We had a Osteen double decker (club sandwich) and a Cuban. I should mention here, there menu is quite extensive, with American, Greek, Tex-Mex, Cuban. Italian, Seafood and more, items. Both our sandwiches were great. We saw several things we want to try on return trips.

Just your typical country diner. I came here for breakfast and ordered a chili cheese omelet - delicious. They are very generous with their portion sizes. Even though the omelet was huge, they still serve it with 2 sides. The waitress made sure my coffee cup was always full. Very reasonable prices, speedy service, and friendly staff. 4 stars.

They've thoroughly beat out all the usual suspects when it comes to breakfast. We ordered Mama Jen's bowl and asked for an over medium egg. I'm a retired Chef so I have various "test foods" I order whenever I go somewhere new. They got the medium SPOT ON. That is a feat unto itself. The potatoes were crisp on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Completely impressed. We also ordered the Ultimate Omelet. The fillings were perfectly portioned so nothing outshined or pushed off anything else. The spinach had just the right wilt without being mushy. I am beyond impressed and will be recommending this place to everyone

For our visit this time they said about a 30 minute wait which was actually 20 minutes. The vibe of the place is very cool with the old jukebox and a bar as well as tables both inside and outside. We were seated outside this visit which was fine as it was shady. I had the corned beef has with hash browns and 2 sunny side eggs. The corned beef is full of shredded corned beef with just a small amount of potatoes. The hash browns with onions were nice and crispy as I asked and the eggs were cooked nicely with the right amount of run when broken. My wife has the Classic Breakfast which is somewhat similar to what I had but with no meat. Hers was done nicely too. I called about 45 minutes before arriving just to see if there was any chance we could get a table. They mentioned they were only taking reservations that day but were kind enough to squeeze us in for 1:30, which worked out perfectly. Raven was our waitress and she was wonderful. Super welcoming, friendly, and attentive the whole time without ever feeling overbearing. My husband and I shared a Caesar salad and the steak and eggs, and of course we had to order mimosas (two each... because brunch ). Everything came out fresh and tasty. One small personal preference, and this might just be me, but I would have liked the Caesar salad lettuce to be chopped a bit smaller instead of the larger pieces. Not a deal breaker at all, just something I noticed. The steak was cooked well. I wouldn't say it was the best steak I've ever had, but it was definitely good. What really stole the show for me was the chimichurri sauce. I could honestly eat that by itself with the potatoes, it was that good. We sat on the patio and were a little worried it might be too hot, but it was nicely shaded and they have fans going, so it was actually very comfortable. The only time we got a little warm was after our second mimosa... but that might be on us Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back.
