Cute little restaurant. Staff is so friendly. They give you complementary bread + eggplant caponata which was so delicious and definitely unique. Meatballs were SO good, and the fried calamari tasted fresh. It also wasn't overly fried, just had a nice light coating. Overall food was good and I'd definitely like to try more things on the menu. There are also always specials I think the pricing is definitely fair. The portions were really big and everyone took food home!

Flat out delicious. Chef Andrea CARES about serving you delicious food. The man has a real talent for sauces. You'll look at the substantial menu and think 'I see some classics.' And you do. But...each and every dish arrives looking just left or just right of what you expected in the best possible way. Chicken Scarpiello is on the bone and more decadently brown than you've ever had. Cacio y pepe is impossibly rich. This is a food lover's restaurant. Pro tip: cozy means cozy and tiny. Make reservations and plan on a drink 300 feet down the street as an aperitif.

IMO...this is the best Italian cuisine in the county. Been here many times and never fails on authenticity, ambiance and menu options. Open to splitting portions in case you can't decide and want to share. My "go-to" Italian restaurant in Westchester. Bravo!

OMG what a fabulous meal! Everything was so delicious and the service was superb. The menu and specials menu is so good that we wanted to order everything on it. I ordered two appetizers; an eggplant and beretta rollitini and the seafood salad both scrumptious! My husband got the Caesar salad and the seafood pasta special. We both got glasses of wine--they have a great wine selection, and shared a delicious desert--so yummy! And I finished with a decaf cappuccino. An incredible evening with really wonderful food. I really believe that the chef here has magic powers!

Amazing Italian Restaurant in Mamaroneck! This family style restau is a perfect spot if you are celebrating a family occasion or just want to have a good time with the family! I felt like I came back to Italy cause even their employees have an Italian accent! I love it! Location: It is located in Mamaroneck, NY. The restaurant is probably a house that remodeled as a restaurant. The interior was nice, it felt like you were in Italy. A good amount of seating, but it is probably better to get a reservation. Nice display of local Italian produce and canned goods. Service: Omg our server is super nice! She gave us recommendations on what to get and even gave us a free bottle of Moscato. The chef and owner came to visit our table just to make sure we have everything that we wanted. Food: All that we ordered was delicious, they had big servings as well so we couldn't finish it even though it was so good. Everything was made fresh and same day! CALAMARI: it was good the chunks of squid and shrimp were fried perfectly and the meat itself still soft and tasty. CHICKEN FINGERS: this is my nephews order but I love it, the chicken is soft and fried perfectly. SAN MARZANO BURRATA: the burrata was soft and fresh, the salad that comes with it was okay. CLASSICA BRUSCHETTA FOCACCIA: this was a pizza with fresh tomatoes. POLPETTE DI BOVINO: omg the meatballs was so good, i can eat a lot of this. CAVATELLI BOLOGNESE: the pasta was fresh and al dente, you can tell it from the first bite. CALAMARI SHRIMP SALAD: taste good, the calamari and shrimp was fresh. PORK CHOP AL FERRI: huge pork chop, i didn't even finish it. Taste really good. RAVIOLI: omg get this! The cheese inside is soo good! And the pasta is al dente! PENNETTE ALLA BOSCAIOLA: the italian sausage was so good accompanied by the al dente pasta. CHICKEN SCARPARIELLO: the chicken is soft and perfect with the sauce. Price rating: 6/10, cheap! I thought it will be expensive but the price is not bad. Will definitely come back here if I crave Italian food and if there is a special occasion. This is the perfect way to celebrate any occasions!

My sister and I ordered food, before anyone else came into the restaurant. My latte came in a soup bowl. I could barely pick it up. We ordered the pancakes and eggs. I was worried it would be too sweet because it included sprite and cranberry juice, but it was actually very pleasant and bursting with flavor. For my main, I had the frittata. It was tasty. Some of the broccoli rabe was a little tough to chew, but not too bad. It was topped with a generous portion of cheese. I loved the tender mushrooms. My husband got the cozze. The portion of mussels was large and he enjoyed the sauce. We also shared the cinnamon french toast, which was delicious. It didn't even need syrup as it was perfectly sweet with the cream and berries on top. Even so, they had several syrups to choose from including amber and maple. Looking forward to coming back to try the dinner menu.

We will usually stay with a spot for a few years, grow tired of it, and then try somewhere new. That is what brought us to 25 North. For the preceding three Easters, we were at another restaurant in Westchester - however it grew stale. I decided to look at other options, and remember having a great meal here at 25 North back in 2018 when I originally wrote my review. That being said, we booked it and made plans to dine here for Easter Sunday dinner. As I expected being a holiday, I walked into a crowded and loud restaurant. The layout is interesting - the dining room is separated into three levels with a small flight of stairs separating each of them. We were seated on the top level of the dining area, which was the best place in my opinion as it was the quietest- we were 19 people and only two other tables were in our vicinity. Decor was inoffensive - typical Westchester Italian restaurant aesthetics. What I liked about the Easter service at 25 North was that we were able to order off the regular menu - though they did have a few specials for the holiday. We decided to order apps family style for the table: drunken clams, string bean salad, sausage and broccoli rabe rolls, and fried calamari. These were all solid; the drunken clams were by far my favorite - super flavorful sauce and served with sausage and big cloves of garlic. The weakest IMO were the sausage and broccoli rabe rolls - I will say its partly because I expected more of a bread roll, but these were like egg rolls which made them a little to greasy for me. The sauce it came with though was tasty with a mild heat. For my main I got one of their specials - crab stuffed shrimp. This was six generally stuffed shrimp served on top of spinach in a light sauce. I really liked this dish - even though it looked like a lot, the crabmeat was light and the spinach made it so I didn't feel stuffed after finishing the dish. For dessert, I had tiramisu - on the menu they described it as a slice of goodness and that's exactly what it was. Service was great - they were on top of it and made sure food came out at a good pace and we were fully taken care of. Overall, my holiday experience at 25 North solidified my opinion that this is one of the best Italian restaurants in Westchester. I'll definitely be back sooner rather than later.
