If you want a place where you can sit down and see a few locals engaging with the familiar staff, this is a good place to be! Stopped by as a tourist in the area. I know it's a chain, but it felt pretty welcoming and the bartender clearly knew some of his regulars. It's a small restaurant, so the service was pretty quick. Definitely felt a little like an outsider by the treatment of the staff, but not in an overly rude way. Didn't affect my dinner too much. The pizza itself was quite delicious! Not a NYC famous pizza but better than your average mom and pop place for sure. The variety was very nice as well! I think I would go again, but it wasn't a "must stop" for the area

OTTO's has the best pizza in the Brunswick/Bath area and is always my go to spot! The pizza always tastes delicious, fresh, and I love how the crust has char on it that's a big plus for me. I love dipping it in the house made red sauce they make. If you are a ricotta lover on your pizza this has the best tasting ricotta around as well! Only thing I wish was that OTTO's was open later than 9pm because I find there are a lot of people who love a late night pizza and the only option unfortunately is Domino's, not a quality pizza place like OTTO's. Highly recommended and will keep coming back!

While visiting from out of town, we stopped to walk the suspension bridge and came across this neighborhood pizzeria, so glad we decided to try it! We ordered a large salad and a large pizza to share between four of us, and it was perfect. The pizza was outstanding; thin crust with the right balance of crispiness and chew, and full of flavor. The salad was fresh, generous, and just as delicious. Definitely worth a stop!

    Margherita pizza. Absolutely perfect!

So thrilled they opened a location near me. Unfortunately my waistline is going to suffer. We have ordered takeout here twice in the last month or so and the pizza has been outstanding. My youngest daughter is gluten free and claims it is the best GF pizza she has ever had. There are plenty of options to satisfy any taste. The pizza is quite pricey but it is definitely a step above your average pizza place.

Small, cool place. Bangin' out thin crust pizza and a cool craft draft. Love the Pontiac and Jeep grills lighting up the small bar.

They have come a long way and look different in 2025 while still having a good amount of charm and uniqueness it had back then. As you could imagine by the name and the fact they opened in a former Naval Air Station they go heavy on the plane theme. Beer names especially and they offer a good variety of beer styles and have non-beer options for those not interested as well. I have enjoyed every visit including my many visits over the years here. The best time to visit is during the summer or at least nicer weather to fully enjoy their outside space. Arguably the best addition since their opening has been their food program. Think wood fire pizza and some other non-pizza offerings. My wife and I have had their pizza in the past and very much enjoyed it. This time though my wife got their Italian on Focaccia and I got one of their Chicken Bacon Ceasar sandwiches. Instead of typical bread it used a folded pizza dough and both our dishes tasted phenomenal. If you visit trying their food is a must, do not skip on it! Beer wise today we sampled four beers new to us. I got Wings their NEIPA & Vuelo Nocturno Mexican Lager while my wife got their Plane Beer American Lager and the Krösswind Kölsch. We enjoyed all four of them and we were glad to have found so many on tap we had yet to try! Flight Deck may not be an immediate thought when you think of Maine Breweries but they deserve recognition. Offering a well rounded variety of beers and other drinks along with some great food in a unique inviting space! Add it to your brewery bucket list!

There are so many seating options inside and outside, and the outdoor space is especially great. They have covered areas that keep you comfortable in rainy or cold weather, and there are always fun activities happening outside. The beer is consistently good. We haven't tried one we didn't enjoy. The pizza and sandwiches are also really solid and perfect for grabbing a quick lunch. The service is always fantastic. Every person behind the bar has been friendly and welcoming each time we've visited. One of the things we appreciate most is that they allow dogs inside. Our puppy loved relaxing while we enjoyed our food and drinks, which makes it such an easy spot for dog owners. The location on a former military base adds a really unique atmosphere, and they do a great job leaning into that theme with thoughtful details throughout. Overall, it's a great place with great beer, great people, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend. Cheers!

Service has always been consistently great. Friendly, prompt, detail oriented and caring about our experience. We have never had a bad interaction with any of the staff members. They are hardworking customer focused team. Good with children and elderly folks. The food has been consistently good, temperature, quantity, flavors, textures and presentation. We have tried their burgers, pizza, bowls and appetizers. We really like their brussels sprouts, including our 3 and 6 year old family members. There's a wonderful sweet savory flavor, a nice crisp to the outside and very tender inside. The burgers and fries are very satisfying and flavorful. Most recently I discovered (realized) you can add mac and cheese to a burger. It was yummm!!! The wings, are plentiful, crispy and juicy. Be careful, because the internal temperature is VERY HOT when they first arrive. The past few times we have been the restaurant was very comfortable, not too cold or too hot. They have the ability to accommodate the 6 of us with ease on the times we have gone. This is definitely one of the core options when we are in town. Great for our whole family.

Let's start at the beginning- Just because the roll-down…read moredoor is closed doesn't mean the bagel shop is closed. That was my first error as I went by this place a handful of times. It's wasn't until I saw someone emerge from the double doors to the left of the roll-down that I realized that the business was open. Not that they need any help getting people inside (it was HOPPING) but a sandwich board outside perhaps would show that the business is open inside? I went in and immediately everyone was friendly and chipper. Ordering was simple enough but be prepared, they sell through some things, understandably as this place is very popular. I got an espresso and a toasted herb bagel with plain cream cheese. Ive been all over Bath, Brunswick, Rockland, and Camden and was convinced that the New Englander's palates were shot. Not a single business has served me a decent espresso. Not a single one until I stopped at Dutchman's. FINALLY a bright, clean shot that doesn't taste like someone put a cigar out in it. Everyone needs to take notes. THEN we get to the bagel....didn't think I was about to have the best bagel of my life, yet here I am. Light, toasted, slightly chewy but not heavy... jeez. Can we talk about the space? It's gorgeous. Airy, cool, industrial...but the people running it make it feel homey. We can talk about the restaurant they're putting in next door too but let's be realistic, if they use any of the blueprint they're currently operating off of, they're not going to have any issues (Omg the pizza oven!) The view alone will stop you in your tracks. I'm all in on Dutchman's. I bought the merch. I have a tee shirt and a beanie and the only reason I don't have a hoodie is because they were sold out in my size. What else is there to say... 10/10 No notes.

The space is very unique, a very comfortable, open place to enjoy some coffee and a bagel. The bagels were decent for the area, but not my favorite type of bagel (a little bready). I thought it was a little pricey for what I got, but with a line as long as it was, Dutchman's can justify the prices. I'm picky when it comes to bagels, so my rating is reflective of that. I am of the opinion that New York/New Jersey bagels are the pinnacle of the bagel world, and the further away from New York you get, the harder it is to find somewhere that gets close to meeting that standard. I'd still stop by if I'm in town again, as long as I get there before the big morning rush. Not sure it would be worth the 20+ person line.
