Very long line/wait on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend ordering 1 hour in advance online. The breakfast sandwich I got was expensive but very large. It was delicious but filing and greasy. I got a "Dutch Royalty" breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bialy. I'd probably go back to try something else.

Great sandwiches, great bagels, and nice staff. We stopped in here about an hour from closing and split two different sandwiches: one breakfast and one turkey. Both were delicious and offered the opportunity to try two types of their bagels. The Turkey Lurkey was piled high with turkey and fresh vegetables and paired well with house ranch and a sesame bagel. For the egg and cheese, we opted for the za'atar bagel (and the sauce on the side) and it was great. We ended up leaving as they were cleaning and preparing to close, so they asked if we wanted to take some bagels to go. This was so nice of them so we said yes and enjoyed them over the next couple of days!

As I was driving down back to Boston I became hangry and I found this place. The bagels are great with many different options. You can build your own bagel, order the pre-selected. They have great coffee and the service was friendly and efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is good because there is ample space. They have a full section with unlimited space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only downside it is the location but you can walk over if you miss the entrance which is right in the construction area but worth the walk.

The coffee and bagels were great! Everything was so fresh. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is plenty of space and seating a great place to meet people or study at.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All the servers were very friendly as well.

I want my kitchen to smell like Dutchman's! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The most freshly baked rosemary scent welcomes you into this old renovated warehouse space![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]So gorgeous inside with an impressive amount of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I grabbed a turkey lurkey on a rosemary garlic bagel and it was a solid 10/10. I also got their iced black tea which I wish was bottomless. Also a 10/10!

Absolutely the best bagels I have ever had. We typically drive up to Belfast 2-3 times a year from Southern newhampshire (4 hour trip) and always make the point of stopping here. Adding lox is always a great idea for a breakfast sandwich and my personal favorite is the za'ahtar or Italian herb bagel. Traditionally I would always pick an everything bagel but lots the fennel and season on these two more, still cant go wrong with plain or poppy seed if that's your style too. Ironically I think every time we come it takes me 5-10 minutes to process tbe menu but ultimately always get close to the same thing. Bagels so good that you can eat tbem without toasting them, as a 45 year old i never experienced that before coming here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Really really busy in the morning and they start to run out of bagels in the afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Massive areas for eating sometimes closed for events.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I heard so many good things...friends texting me and seeing the reviews on Yelp, I knew I needed to try it. First of all - The weekends here - OMG - cray cray! If you must stop here on the weekend, I highly recommend you place your order online and bring a lot of patience with you. The parking situation on Saturday with the Winter Market people, made it almost impossible. Luckily after the 3rd round, we found someone was leaving. There is a small lot near the entrance on the river side, however, it is a very sloped and small lot. You may get blocked in by poorly parked vans and large trucks. With that said...I love their bagels! We enjoyed bagel sandwiches and brought a dozen home to share with family. My niece (3) and nephew (5) loved the bagels as well - they each ate their own bagel!! ALL OF IT! I have been here twice and will definitely be back. I highly recommend these bagels!

I have had my eye on Dutchman's for quite some time so i would say i went in with high expectations. And i must say..... completely blew me away! First of all the service was amazing, the employees were so helpful with recommendations and really kept those bagel orders cranking out fast. Onto the food, i ordered the garden. I did an everything bagel, horseradish dill cream cheese, pastrami smoked lox, cucumbers, capers, heirloom tomato, and pickles onions AND WOW. This sandwich was absolutely packed, they do not skimp on the fillings which was greatly appreciated. Absolutely every vegetable in that sandwich was so fresh it made such a difference. The lox were incredible but i didn't have doubts about that. The bagel was the perfect texture and i love that the everything bagel is coated all over with seeds. This is definitely the best bagel sandwich i have ever had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a spacious interior and plenty of seating with lots of table room to even do some work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I just wish the parking lot was better! I will definitely have to make this a stop every time i am in the area. Thanks Dutchman's!

Let's start with the elephant in the room - if you do not preorder online then yes, you will probably have to wait for your food or your coffee, sometimes for a fair amount of time. But it is worth the wait. It is not hyperbole that this is the best bagel sandwich in the state. Throw the crispy hash brown onto your PRE&C with bodega sauce - unrivaled. The bagels are very good on their own - usually bring home some day-olds for the freezer.

Okay, our second visit. We ordered the Garden State with smoked salmon again and the Turkey Lerky, both on zatar bagels. One for breakfast and the other for lunch. Shared. Ordered a half dozen for home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outstanding service and ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hope they read the reviews. Can't wait to return.

Dutchman's Wood-Fired Bagels in Brunswick is the place to go if you're looking for a bagel. Located in the annex of the Nomad Pizzeria it shares the same charm and wood-fired oven. A year later, our second visit was as good as the first, maintaining the top-notch quality we remembered. We had two bagels: - The Garden State on an everything bagel with dill cream cheese and lox - A Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a poppy seed bagel. Key points: - Both bagels were incredible, flawless even. - The Garden State had perfectly ripe heirloom tomatoes. - The Bodega sauce on the B/E/C really took the sandwich up a notch. *bam* - Perfectly toasted and just soft enough on the inside. - Don't forget to check out their bagel special of the day They also offer coffee and espresso drinks. Finding a decent bagel place is always tougher than you'd expect. But Dutchman's has nailed it and continues to do a fantastic job. Don't let the line scare you away - it goes quick. This place should definitely be on your list. Visit once, and I bet you'll go back again next time you're in town.

Luckily, there were only about five people ahead of us, and the line moved quickly. The person taking our order immediately made us feel welcome. Even with a busy morning crowd, they took their time with everyone and treated each customer like they were the only one there. That kind of genuine friendliness is something you don't forget. The atmosphere is unlike any coffee shop I've been to. Every wall has something different to look at, quirky artwork, funny signs, vintage pieces, random collectibles, a mannequin dressed in sunglasses and boots, even a life-size Tom Cruise hanging out on the patio. I found myself constantly looking around because there was something interesting in every direction. One of my favorite touches was the self-serve coffee station. You grab a mug from the wall instead of a paper cup. I picked one with a cool Abraham Lincoln wearing a backwards baseball cap while sipping coffee, which perfectly matched the café's fun personality. There were several coffee choices, and I ended up trying two. Refills are available for a small fee. For breakfast, I ordered one of their brioche breakfast sandwiches with the meat of the day, which was brisket. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the soft brioche bun. I also ordered a toasted jalapeño bagel with jalapeño shmear. It comes sprinkled with Tajín but got mine on the side. While I usually enjoy Tajín, it was just a little much for me first thing in the morning, so next time I'd ask for it without. The jalapeño shmear itself was delicious. After eating, we took our coffee outside to enjoy the patio. The colorful mural covering the building, beautiful flower pots, and relaxed seating made it a great place to sit and slow down for a while. Dog Bar Jim isn't just a place to grab breakfast, it's one of those places with real personality. Great food, excellent coffee, genuinely kind service, and an atmosphere that's fun, creative, and impossible to forget. If you're anywhere near Brunswick, it's absolutely worth the stop.

The wait wasn't long and the staff was already cracking jokes and very pleasant. If it's any indication of how much the customers love this place, in line I listened as a regular was offering to bring by his own soil tiller for a barista. Got a Reuben at 7:00 in the morning and it was delightful. Very specifically, the bread was buttered and toasted perfectly and it was a great portion! The chai was also nice, very well balanced. The ambiance of the coffee shop is lovely, bright, light, some nice music, the lounge is a nice spot as well! Overall, this was a delightful start to my day, I will be back soon!

We ordered two turkey sandwiches and a tuna salad on a bagel, so nothing cooked, besides the toasted bread. While waiting about 25-30mins for our food, it got really hot inside. I looked up at the built in fans/vents in the ceiling and noticed they were filthy. I was afraid if I had asked for air to be turned on, that dust would have shot onto people's food! There was also a situation where the man behind the register needed a choice made by an elderly customer that had already taken a seat. She shouted out the answer to his question and he responded rather loud and rudely for her to "Next time come to the counter! I don't like yelling across the room!" (Or something to that extent) Whatever it was, it seemed really aggressive and unprofessional, not to mention disrespectful. The sandwiches were good, had fresh ingredients, but I'm not sure this place was throwing the right vibes for me to revisit.

There's a reason we keep coming back - the food and service. The ambiance is ok. Basic tables and chairs and some "circus" type of decorations on the wall. They have a pretty consistent menu that really hasn't changed, at least not that I have noticed. They have "signature" sandwiches or you can build your own. They have hot and cold deli sandwiches available. They also have wedge fries that are oven baked. Family favorites; Sonny's Supreme and the classic italian. I also also love their breakfast sandwich options. They have a cooler of beverages. My favorite is Fresca. A soda I never have at home and I soda I always buy when I can at a deli. Pairs perfectly. Don't sleep on the sweets for sale by the register. The cookies and whoopie pies are usally tasty. The staff seems consistent - hardworking, customer service oriented and nice to interact with. They keep the simple dining area as clean as they are able - during the lunch hours during the week - this place is always packed!!! Wow...it's great to see and hope this means this buiness will stay around for years to come. Parking - many parking options within .5 mile from the location. We still visit here and we still recommend it to family and friends.
