I'll get straight to the point before I get into detail, I think the customer service or the server could have been a lot better. The food was good, it was nothing extravagant or made them different from any other place when it came to an all American breakfast. The parking especially in the morning till about 12 noon it's gonna be very scarce, it's very hard to find a parking spot and you will have to drive around or wait till somebody gets out of one so you can park. Right when I walked in the hostess was very attentive, she greeted me, and told me that My party room was on the right. I was in a party room, it was actually more than meeting, and the server was just not very smart about asking us what we needed, she kept interrupting our instructor. I believe there is a time to ask nicely, instead of yelling or shouting at my instructor and she was standing talking to all of us who are sitting down. I will say that for a group of seven people the food came out quickly, and our drinks was always refilled. The all American was very delicious, again it wasn't anything different from IHOP or any other place. And the price was actually not that bad I believe it was 9.95 for a all American breakfast and you get a lot. I may be back to try the other items, but when it comes to the party room maybe I would advise the server to be a little bit more professional. read more

Great breakfast place! Lots of tables and space and was not noisy at all even though the place was packed. Service was great and the staff was always close by with a coffee refill. My wife has the French toast - request no glaze if you don't like that and I had an omelette and fruit cup. The food is good but the service can be horrendous depending on who you get. It's a frustrating roll of the dice. Also, the coffee is not good. I was pleasantly surprised how great the food was today! We only live a few mins from there. We've passed by a million times & today decided to go for brunch after church. They have THE best biscuit I've had in a long time - do not change a thing! I will go back just for that biscuit alone! I sampled my daughter's buttermilk pancake & oh my word it was delicious!!! Wonderful applewood smoked bacon. Great OJ. Loved the option to add cheese to my scrambled eggs. Everything was wonderful! And service was excellent even with a crowd. We will be back! The food is good. Precisely what you'd expect and 2/2 times I have not been disappointed. The service is a good as it can be with basically all restaurants still recovering from the pandemic. I have nothing negative to say about this place other than: They charge for soda refills. This is absurd. In the restaurant industry, sodas come delivered in what it known as a "BIB" which means "bag in box". That's literally what it is: a bag of Coke or any other soda's syrup, which is then mixed with a proprietary (Coke or Pepsi) mixing fountain, and the subsequent carbon dioxide system. It's a whole racket. The point: one of these BIB's costs around $75-80, and on average can make more than 1500 sodas. Do the math on that. I did it for you: at 77.5 (midpoint between 75 and 80), it comes down to $.05 per soda. This place charges $2.50 for each refill, so with two sodas totaling $5, I'm paying a 5000% markup on each soda. This is price gouging at it's finest, and you should demand free refills. Coffee costs significantly more than sodas, yet the refills are free? You'd think with all this extra money they're making from sodas would be put towards hiring more employees. Just my $.02, or $1.25 at this place. Edit: 5000% folks. Let that settle in. That's more than Exxon is gouging us, percentage wise. read more

Was very disappointed - maybe just a bad day for them. Service was terrible with no drink refills and our orders coming out at very different times. I ordered pancakes which were served liquid raw in the center and when I pointed it out to the waitress she just said "Oh sorry" and walked away. No offer to re-cook them or take them off the bill. Went with the Fiancé to her dental appointment next door and I said hey we should try this place because we both love supporting local businesses rather than large chains. I got the Chuck Wagon omelette and omg it was amazing. It came with two pancakes and an order of hash browns. She ordered Dads breakfast and loved it. Staff was super friendly and service was quick. Can't wait to go back and try different menu options. Only con I have is that a glass of OJ is $4.50. I ordered the Crape Combo with bacon and eggs. It's simply delicious. The crape is very soft the way I like it. The chicken carnitas was so good as well. The service was great and friendly. Plus the owner walking around asking us to ensure we are happy with our food. Very nice atmosphere. Food came out fast. Coffee taste very good too. Staffs were profession and friendly too. I'm so glad I found a local brunch place that isn't just another chain! Came here on a Sunday morning and enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Some things I really liked: *Food options: lots of choices in the way of breakfast food. There was a variety of egg combos, toasts, and beverages. We ordered crepes and a French toast combo that came with eggs, sausage and bacon. Which brings me to specifically to... *Meat options: they have chicken sausage and turkey bacon! As someone who doesn't eat pork, I was very happy to have more choices. *Service and atmosphere: simple but nice and clean, and friendly service from beginning to end. No complaints. This was recommended to me. It was a good choice. The chicken fried steak was real good and was a good size portion. The cream gravy and biscuit all tasted homemade. The smoky grits did cost extra but was so worth it. They came with cheese and crispy smoked bacon. Greatness. The hash browns were crispy on one side and soft /tender on the other. I got the avocado toast with salmon. It was a larger portion then I expected for the low price of $9.50. It had a lot of smoked salmon on it which I was very happy about. The wheat toast was very good and had a nice layer of avocado. It comes with eggs on top which I got scrambled as you can see. We are happy to find this location and we will be back. read more

Called at 7:57 and made a reservation for 8 for same day. Staff took the reservation and said no problem. It was for my daughters birthday brunch. I arrived at 9:20 and told them I had a reservation. They asked me to wait. I watched 6 different parties seated in front of me as they came in while watching the back room empty. I finally asked and they said that another party had reservation for that room and they were trying to get us seated. We have been going to the brunch spot since they opened. Most everything is good and service is good. The big issue I have is how they cook eggs. Omelets come out scorched. Fried eggs: Over medium eggs come out scorched and over easy inside every time. even when when I make a fuss (embarrassing my family to cook them properly), you get runny eggs all over your plate. Grill is too hot. Lower the temp for eggs and cook until they reach the proper level. Train your cooks. This is a breakfast restaurant- eggs should be the easiest thing you cook. First watch always gets eggs right. Maybe we just need to go there instead. read more

I would like to be fair and disclose that I experienced this restaurant through Uber Eats, so the in-house dining experience may be better. However, I would be wary of eating anywhere the attention to detail is not consistent or lacking altogether. That being said, here was my experience this morning: I placed an order through Uber Eats and was initially sent someone else's order. When these types of mix-ups happen, I never know who's at fault - the delivery driver or the restaurant - though Uber seems to want to pin it on the latter. I decided to give them a second try, so after receiving the full refund from Uber I re-ordered the same items and waited patiently for my now hour-delayed breakfast to arrive. Perhaps it was my hunger speaking, but when I finally did receive the items I ordered I was disappointed in the presentation and portion sizes. The Chicken Fried Chicken, though flavorful, was sent out with the gravy on top (a very basic rule of to-go orders is to always send condiments on the side), so I will never know if it is supposed to come out crispy or soggy. Either way, the amount of chicken hidden under all that gravy was not worth the price of the dish. The side of fresh fruit was a measly spoonful of mediocre melons and grapes with one limp piece of pineapple. The Whole Hog Skillet, described on the menu as being "for meat lovers," was mostly comprised of potatoes. As I was specifically on the hunt for a lower-carb protein-packed breakfast this felt like a downright deception. Though everything was fairly tasty, nothing really impressed me enough to want to give this place a third try. read more

At this point I was getting a bit irritated that there were so many servers standing around and we've just been sitting here...waiting and waiting... Just as I was about to get up and leave a sweet lady came over and asked if we had been helped yet and I told her, yes, but he's been taking a long time and just as she is about to take my order, guess who magically shows up? YUP! Suddenly he seems to care about serving us! Sorry lady, I really wish you had been our server from the get go and thank you for noticing us just sitting there waiting to be served. What really upset me was when I ordered my sandwhich (comes with a pickle spear) I asked for an extra on the side...so I got 2 pickle spears, one decent size one and one smaller one. When I got my bill I noticed there was a $0.75 "open table" charge. I asked if that was for my extra pickle spear and our server just went on about nothing is free, he can't give anything away for free, the owner charges for everything, etc. Ok, I get it, but I would have appreciated being told there was going to be a $0.75 charge for a pickle spear! I might not have been so upset if our server had a more apologetic tone, but the way he kept repeating nothing is free to me...Somehow I just don't see how anyone is taking inventory on pickle spears, but again as my server repeated over and over to me, "nothing is free" So on top of having to wait forever after arriving and being seated, getting charged the extra fee for a pickle spear (which BTW, I did not eat and could not send back) the vibe I got from our server and the whole place in general, it all left a bad impression on me. Only thing I will give a good review about is the sweet lady who did not serve us and their fresh squeezed orange juice. I don't see myself coming back to this place or recommending it. So beware, if you ask for anything extra ASK if there is a charge for it! cause according to our server, "nothing is free and the owner charges for everything" read more

Worst customer service ever. Called to place an order to go, some of the order included 2 kids meals and the lady on the phone stated "kids meal" don't include drinks to go. Fine, I decide to purchase 2 orange juices. My son picks up the order and they don't give him the orange juices. I called and the lady says they keep their drinks in their refrigerator and to call Uber and complain to them. I stopped by to speak with the manager and ask for a refund for the juices and she gives me the story that she needs to do a full refund and the charge the card again and bla bla or offers to take the juices since I had already paid for them. So I decided to leave and not go through their refund process. It may not be a lot but $7 for 2 juices it is if they're not given to you when you properly place an order. It should be their responsibility to make sure the order leaves with the correct items as it was placed. Long story short food is not good either way and would not recommend. Customer services truly defines a place. We love to eat out but we never ever come back to places we don't feel welcomed. read more

Wow!! Been riding by the place for months and I had to take the plunge after church today and dam glad I did. The inside is very nice, great atmosphere, servers were awesome and super friendly. The breakfast selection has so many options to chose from. Our food came out in like 8 minutes it was crazy. Everything was on point, opted for the country breakfast and it didn't disappoint. Excellent brunch spot. Me and the gf enjoyed our breakfast here..I had a waffle with candied pecans..it was light and crispy..well made. Had a side of sausage that wasn't greasy and it was tasty. The gf had pancakes she described as the best pancakes she had ever had...which is saying something , as she loves pancakes. Side of bacon that was made exactly to her liking and french fries that were piping hot and absolutely delicious. The service was good and the food came out very quickly. We came on a windy Saturday around 12:00, they were packed. It was only a 20 minute wait, not to bad. It took over 30 minutes to get our food out:/ the veggie omelette look really good but it was very bland. I had to add a lot of salt and pepper, I was going to put ketchup on it to bring out more flavor but I didn't. The hash browns was crunchy and it tasted pretty good but the pancakes was delicious but next time I will ask them not to put sugar powder on it-not my cup of tea.
