All I had to do was call them up to see if they were available on my desired day and then come in to pay a $50 deposit that also goes towards the total at the end. The guy on the phone who is also the guy usually working the register was super helpful and nice. He answered all my questions about the pricing, room size, additional hours and food, was transparent about the 18% gratuity, and even let me take a quick peak of the VIP Room when I went to pay the deposit. The rest of the staff was also very quick during the actual day we were there. They set us up with our food and drinks pretty quickly and basically didn't bother us for the rest of the night. Since I had a party of 13 people, I got the VIP Room package which was super nice, clean and could've comfortably fit more than 13 people. It also comes with a private bathroom that was also really well kept and clean too. Anyone in your party can freely come in and out of the room, and there's no need for everyone to be present before you can go into the room. Queuing music is done through YouTube but you can also use their own karaoke machine with its preset songs. The only downside I have to say about this place is the food. It's not bad and it's nice how it comes with the room, but the quality itself is nothing crazy. It's enough to feed some of the people in your group if they're pecking, but if you plan to spend a long night here I recommend getting food elsewhere before coming in.
