My new favorite brunch spot! The food here is really great. I can't wait to try out more meals on the menu. The restaurant has a really wonderful warm, welcoming ambiance.

Always great food. Always great service. Today our server Mariah did everything right. We had to check in and wait for a seat which isn't unusual, but it went quickly and we were seated. Lunch around 1p and got a lunch portion of meatloaf and a reg chicken fried chicken. I absolutely love the warm corn muffins and honey butter! I don't eat meatloaf just anywhere but theirs is second to my own. The chicken fried chicken was perfection! Sides were delicious. They give you so much food. No complaints again. Our Place is my go to!!

Awesome food, pretty busy being Good Friday but the wait wasn't horrible. Love the outdoor seating while enclosed.

Food here is REALLY good! The Cinnamon Roll French Toast was tasty but I would order something different next time since the crust was too much. Service was great as they take very good care of you the whole time. There was a wait on a Friday morning and it is a pretty big place inside. Luckily, we waited just a little bit and were seated pretty quick. Great place to bring the family for breakfast with the large menu, everyone is bound to find something!!

Breakfast is always delicious. Only feedback is those big ole biscuits need twice the gravy! I had coffee and my friend had hot cocoa. I had 2 Egg Sampler & she had the SOS.

We enjoyed our lunch. It's been a few years since we've been here. We got here at 12:20 on a Friday. The place was jammed. Our wait was around 20 minutes. My wife and I shared the Chicken Fried Chicken meal. For sides, we had mashed potatoes and green beens. The chicken fried chicken was 'okay', not amazing. The sides and the included bread rolls were good. Our friends shared a Chicken Fried Steak meal. They enjoyed it. Our server, Alyssa was very good. We took a slice of Coconut Crème pie home. I'm sure it's going to be very good.

Our Place is still a great place to eat. On Sunday after church there was a 45-60 min wait, so they are still super popular. They still have great breakfast, country fried steak, and other traditional Southern/American dishes. It is pretty loud inside when they are busy. They still have Awsome pies that people buy for the holidays and you need to order ahead for on the holidays so that they don't run out. Continued more later.

It was lunch time and I was looking for a place to eat and I found this place. As I pulled in the place was pretty packed and it's pretty big place.as I walked in I thought for sure there was going to be a wait but I was lucky and only had to wait a few minutes. So I was seated and asked what I wanted to drink. As she was getting my drink I looked at the menu and decided to get the Texas Big Dipper is what I think it was called? It's basically their version of the French dip with dipping sauce. So she came back around and took my order I got the sandwich but got a salad instead of the fries. So as I was sitting there she brought me some soup with a couple of rolls. She said it was complementary. It was taco soup and was actually pretty good.Next she brought me my salad.Which was good. Then the main dish comes in which I was a little disappointed with. The bread was nicely toasted and soft and the meat was tender. But it was a little dry and just had no flavor to it.It lacked seasoning. Not to mention the lack of cheese that was on it.I brought the waitress Over to the table to look at it and she was surprised what little cheese it had on it.She asked me if I wanted more cheese to put on it.I said no and just finished it up.To sum up I would come back to this place but would get something different.Their breakfast menu looked pretty good.Until next time onto the next place.

We ordered a lot of food lol We had a 6 mile hike so we were hungry!! Anywho, we ordered the shrimp for our appetizers. We each got one. It was good. That's one thing I was craving. I got the smothered chicken , corn and mashed potatoes. My husband had the steak and chicken with broccoli. I enjoyed my meal but I felt the corn wasn't that sweet and the mashed potatoes weren't that creamy but I still ate them. The only thing that kinda threw us off was the waitress asked if we were ready to order and we said yes. Then walked away lol ehh not a big deal but everything was good and not many complaints. Will come back

She took our drink order and came back immediately with them. We order an appetizer and the 19oz steak, and an order of 12 grilled shrimp with rice. Sweet potatoes all around and side salads. The salads and appetizer of fried pickles came out. The fried pickles were piping hot and with a side of house made ranch dressing! Yum! The salads were so fresh and crisp... croutons, grape tomatoes, eggs. It was a wonderful salad! I think next time I'll get a bigger one! The steak came out perfect temp and exactly Medium Rare. The grilled shrimp also came out well! Perfect temperature and color! The rice was piping hot. The sweet potatoes were also great! My friend also tried the strawberry margarita and said it was delish! I was driving, so only ice tea for me! Emily was on point bringing us refills and didn't bat an eye, when we stopped her for a water and artificial sweetener.... She brought it promptly. The table we sat at was a booth and chair combo. The company that I was with sat in the chairs, they did complain that the chairs were a little low to the table and they sat really hard.... Padding on the seats would have been preferred. I sat on the bench, which was comfortable since it was padded. The manager, Bree, made an appearance at our table and greeted us, asking about our experience. This was a really nice touch. Now let me say one thing, if you are looking for a quiet dinner, this place is not for you. This is what I consider a Family restaurant, children and loud noise from everywhere. Not my favorite kind of place to eat, but the quality of the food made up for the racket. Also, if you have a peanut allergy, get your food to go. There are bags of peanuts on every table. I DID smell peanuts while there. I have an allergy but can take the smell in small doses. It didn't last but for those with severe sensitivity, beware. Would I eat here again? Definitely! But I think I will go when most people are at work.

We headed across the lake into Mansfield and stopped at Jakes Burgers and Beer. Jakes stays open until 11 p.m. and was easy to get to off Broad St. I lived off Skillman the last time I had a Jakes Burger and my husband has never had one. Our friendly waiter reassured me they hadn't changed. The menu certainly has though! What a vast array of creative ideas for burgers, sandwiches and even breakfast and brunch! It took me awhile to decide. Salads, platters, veggies. Great choices. There were so many appealing appetizers, but we decided on the Half and Half Hand-Breaded Jalapeño Bottle Caps & Hand-Breaded Pickle Chips, served with ranch. When they came, I can honestly say the grouping looked nothing like the photo. These were much smaller. But for the two of us, the portion was okay and it was delicious. The jalapeños were spicy and the pickles tangy. A terrific combo to get your palate fired up. My spouse had ordered the Kickin' Chicken Fried Bacon Burger and it arrived in all its glory. Two beef patties with hickory sauce and melted cheese, lettuce, red onion, chipotle mayo, topped with two slices of beautiful chicken fried bacon. He let me have a bite of the bacon. It's crazy good. My burger came, the Bacon Bleu Burger with Bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a creamy bleu cheese dressing with crumbles. I had ordered extra pickles on the side and I received four but I absolutely love them so I asked for four more right away. I think it's sacrilege to just put whole intact slices of onion on anything without separating the rings, so I had to "operate" before I could eat. I also asked for a plain bun. You have a choice between poppy seed or plain. This was a truly delicious burger. One of the best bleu cheese burgers I've ever had and very filling. I took half home! Service was excellent and the restaurant and restroom was very clean. We had a good experience and would return.

Decision made, 54th Street for dinner it is. Arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted by one of the hostesses and shown to our table. Ava, our bubbly server, greeted us and took our drink orders. It always takes us a while to decide since there is SO many delectable items on 54th Street's menu. My wife decided on the Chicken Avocado Grill, with a side of fries. I opted for a half rack of baby back ribs with beans and Cole slaw. Miss Reba, our diva dog at home, will be VERY happy when her daddy brings home bones. After a short wait, Ava came by to let up know out entrees were almost ready. We told her we were in no rush at all, which we weren't. All the sudden one of the kitchen expeditors delivered our entrees. Oh yummy, everything looked wonderful. She loves 54th Street's fries. So the French fries were the first to be tasted. I saw an ugly face and wondered what was wrong. I tasted one of the fries and made the same ugly face. The was WAY TOO much salt on the fries. They were inedible. Fortunately one of the managers was close by and I summoned him to our table. My wife explained what the issue was with the fries. Since the French fries were on a separate plate, the manager asked if he could taste them. Yep, ugly face, way over seasoned. He said he'd be right back. He took the plate back to the kitchen. Shortly, he arrived back at our table with a new plate of fries and a cup of 54th Street's special seasoning on the side. Everything solved and a happy wife. My wife's chicken sandwich were delicious as well as my baby back ribs and sides. Thank you Ava, the management, and the whole staff of 54th Street for a wonderful visit. We'll see all again soon.
