Stopped by for lunch while passing through on 85. We expected a long wait, considering it was right around the time church gets out. We were told 15-20 minute wait, we were seated in 5 minutes. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was fresh & cold! The timing from app to salad to entree was perfect, and someone even cleared our dishes right before the next was brought out. Wanted the new sliced sirloin, which menu says is cooked to medium rare to medium. Was informed all theirs for the night had already been cooked well done. So ordered the fish tacos which I've had at Outback before and loved. These were awful. They grilled/burned the tortillas, added a single thin slice of fish and remnants of lettuce and tomato. They're supposed to be soft, have more fish and a flavored slaw. They must be breaking in a new cook or something. Don't go until they do! read more

I just wished that they would bake some decent bread. The thing that they call bread, is frozen, partly reheated garbage.

Power went out, but the owner did everything he could to make our meal great. Everything turned out awesome despite having to eat in the dark. You could tell this guy had contingency plans in place for emergencies -Always a great time- even in the dark. Highly recommended read more

Worst visit to any Outback ever. Brother ordered desert first, but it never came. After 30 minute wait, he cancelled the hors d'oeuvres and desert and kept a burger he ordered. Ordered it medium well, it came medium rare. They brought 2 others in our group salads and we sat there with no utensils to eat. Steak was not as good as other Outbacks i have been to. Manager comped 1/2 the cost, but honestly it wasnt even worth that. Do not go to this Outback! read more

My son, grandson and I went to Outback in Saturday night. I ordered the prime rib, which they were out of. So I ordered the ribs. They had tiny pieces of bones throughout. Never had ribs like this before. My son ordered a steak cooked Medium. When he got his, he cut into it and it was bloody. The waiter did offer to take it back and cook it some more; however, in about a minute he brought it back out again. The outside was warm but inside it was cool. And still bloody. He could not eat his steak. I was very disappointed with Outback and don't plan on going back. read more

The hostess looked like she did not want to be there. I was not given a napkin or utensils. I had to ask for them. The server did not bring me all of the food that I ordered. I had to ask for a refill on my sweet tea two different times and she finally refilled it. It with unsweet tea. I would not recommend eating here. read more

My husband and I went to this restaurant tonight with high expectations as we have eaten at numerous Outback Steakhouse restaurants previously. We should have known when it took a long time for our waitress to come and take our drink order but we didn't. When our drinks and bread were finally delivered we both noticed that the bread was cold and the butter practically frozen. We placed our order and when our salads were delivered we received 3 salads for the 2 of us. We sent the extra salad back as we did not want nor did we order it. When our steaks were delivered, my steak came without the "dressed" baked potato I ordered. I had also ordered mushrooms that were delivered cold. My potato eventually was served. When our waitress finally came to ask how our food was we told her that the mushrooms were cold. She "took care of it" and the manager delivered my new mushrooms which were still cold. The waitress returned to our table only after we were finished eating. At that time we explained that the new mushrooms were also cold and asked for our check. After what seemed a long wait she brought our check and turned to leave. I stopped her and my husband gave her our credit card to pay for our meal. This was a horrible experience and I will not return to the Anderson Outback. So disappointing. read more

Drove 11 miles to our once favorite steak house. Something has gone wrong!! We each ordered 6 oz sirloin. Order was very slow to come out Was finally told one steak was "over" cooked. Will be short wait. Finally arrived at table and was very rare. Returned to kitchen. It was returned. Now very tough. I advised I could not eat the meal. They did not charge me. Had lunch there yesterday, and our waitress was pretty much the best one I've ever had. She was incredibly attentive and always kept our glasses full. She even cleared our table completely after each course...I've never seen anyone do that before! The food was awesome, as I've come to expect from Outback, so no surprise there. read more

My husband and I had high hopes for a great meal to celebrate my birthday. We were starying at a nearby motel so we just walked across the parking lots. We left Outback highly disappointed. We visited on a Saturday evening, Aug. 31, the restaurant was quite busy. A long wait to place our order or get any food. We eventually did get our drinks and bread. We ordered the half order of cheese fries for our appetizer along with the sirloin and unlimited shrimp for our entrees. The cheese fries came out on a saucer. We paid $7.99 for less cheese fries than the person next to me who rec'd them as one of her sides. Our server, Ruby, told us that part of our meal, the shrimp, were ready but not the rest. Did we want to start with our shrimp?? Uhh, ok... but what about our salads?? Oh, she had forgot the salads. She brought out 2 servings of shrimp that were almost burnt. She dropped mine on the table in front of me spilling half of them. Then brought out the salads. A while later our steak and baked potatoes were brought out. We reordered the fried shrimp and it was served nicely, not charred like the first ones. The table next to us, also celebrating a birthday, had issues. Ruby spilled his drink in his lap. The manager came to their table twice bc of issues. My steak had a large gristle running thru it, so I had to eat around that. Because it was my birthday I did get a free dessert which was nice. But the dessert did not make up for the overwhelming cluster of events during the meal. read more

We had exceptional service from our server Peyton. Food was usual good Outback quality. Recommend highly.

Some Outbacks are better than others and I would rate this one on the lower end if the scale. Every time we've gone our servers have been GREAT! That said, there must be issues in the kitchen. The food is pretty inconsistent: one time our bloomin onion will be fresh and hot, other times lukewarm and kind of stale. The last time I was there I had the salmon and found a hair on it. The manager was very kind and comped my entree; however, we'll be visiting some other steak places before returning. read more

We had a really good server/waitress. Not sure what is PC for this position. We came in and had to wait a little longer than usual with a light crowd and plenty of staff. She had a very tough table with a rude person to deal with. Probably 15 in the group (family). Server was almost in tears due to how that family acted. It was truly a shame manager didn't help out with that situation. Server had plenty to do and a manager handling a pain in the butt customer would have been nice. Just wanted to say the steak tacos were awesome. My server was great. Hope we were able to help her calm down a little bit. She is just trying to earn a living like the rest of us and really doesn't need to be dumped on by someone who thinks they are so "all that". Remember hungry lives matter! And though I would love to leave her name but if you come in and she is here and your lucky enough to have her table u won't be let down. My wife and I had a good experience. Now, go eat! read more
