Superbly managed. Professional staff. A well-oiled operation with a clear focus on customer satisfaction. Insanely popular on a Saturday night around 8pm or so in February. From the looks of the parking lot and the people waiting inside the entrance, I expected a wait of about an hour. No, they put us on a waiting list and had us seated within under 10 minutes. I am very pleasantly surprised with how great the service is here, considering how standards of customer service in the food industry have all but evaporated since the pandemic. You just can't find the the type of service that they offered us at this Outback Steakhouse anymore in a post-pandemic world - so treasure it where you can find it. They took too long getting our side order of chicken wings out. So they gave us the wings anyway, removed the wings from our bill, then the manager came over and personally apologized (after our server had already done the same thing), and gave us a voucher to compensate us for our troubles even further. Mind you, this is on a night when they are absolutely swamped with customers, and such a mistake could reasonably be overlooked anyway. I turned to my 10-year-old daughter and I told her, "THAT is how you make a mistake all right." Mistakes happen, but too few places these days are willing to make it right. Can you believe that I never ate at an Outback before? Yeah, I'm sure you can, it is usually not a place I seek out when out for a bite to eat. Not wanting to venture too far from the hotel we opted for this place to dine. This place was busy at the dinner hour, but not too busy for us to grab a seat. However, I think they could have sat us anywhere else than a table meant for six. It felt weird to have to scoot in and have that much space to yourself. I could have laid down to take a nap if I wanted to. Service was fantastic here. Our server was on top of her game, knew just about everything when it came to the menu. Never missed an opportunity to check in on us. For my food I went with the Ribeye and Grilled Shrimp. It comes with your choice of two sides. I opted for the Dressed Baked Potato and they included my Baked Potato Soup as my other side. My colleague kept assuring me that the food was going to be good. I had my reservations on that. First, the soup. I was expecting a heartly soup, but all I got in taste was salt. It was highly salty, the broth was a bit watery and did not really remind me of a baked potato. As for the main course, the theme of saltiness carried over. Everything was overly salty. The baked potato was caked in salt, but it did taste like a baked potato. The steak was cooked to my liking and the shrimp were alright. However, I found it funny that they completely crushed the bread and had it as about as flat as a piece of paper under the shrimp. This was a lot of food. I took half of it to go. However, with the amount of salt on it, I had no interest to partake in it any further. The highlight of my meal, the sangria. Nice location, close to hotels. Very clean restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. It was a nice evening, so we chose to dine on the patio. The fact that they offered outdoor seating gave us the opportunity to ask if our small bichon frise would be welcome, and he was. Our server was Hayli, and she did an excellent job. She was very prompt and professional. After taking our drink order, she returned with the beverages and brought a small loaf of bread and whipped butter. Our salads were the next to arrive, and they were prepared very well. Not long after, our entrees were delivered, and they were very tasty. My wife's steak was cooked exactly how she wanted, and my Bloomin' Burger was delicious. Great food, and great service by Hayli made this an enjoyable experience. read more

The worst meal I've had in a long time. Oven was not working, so no baked potato's, I was disappointed but could live with it. Choose the mashed potatoes, big mistake. They were the worst mashed potatoes I e ever eaten. Ordered a filet, arrived way too quickly as I was still eating my salad. Once I cut into the steak, it was rare, after ordering medium. Sent the steak back for it to arrive on the high end of medium well. The quality of the meat was not great, weird texture. I travel for work and this was going to be my meal out for the day, $40 later and I will be hitting fast food before going to my hotel. Save yourself the money, go elsewhere! read more

Service was acceptable. My wife's petite fillet was good. I had the New York strip steak and it was not good. I couldn't cut through the fascia/tendon that streaked through the meat. About a 20% of the meat was absolutely inedible. I don't mind cutting out a little bit, but this was so bad the serrated knives could not cut through it. I can't fault the waitress and Ithe cook. Ashton was able to quickly rectify the issue and showed great compassion and kindness regarding our important family birthday celebration. I stopped by this location a few weeks ago. If I'd eaten here before, it's been years ago. I had a "hankering" for a Blooming Onion. The salad was wonderful. Spot on. Absolutely delicious. However, I was a little confused when my steak came out when I was still waiting on my Blooming Onion. So, I asked the cook. The waiter came and apologized. He told me he must not have heard me. It took around 40 minutes for me to get that Blooming Onion. My steak was already eaten by that time. I told him mistakes happen...and it was busy. I ended up putting my Blooming Onion in a to go box for later. That is the only reason that they get four stars instead of five. The waiter was polite and apologetic. It was cooked like I asked. The "premium" salad was drenched in dressing, like soup, but with lettuce... yuck. I ate about 4 bites. I said something, but the polite waiter didn't really seem to care that I wasn't pleased with the salad. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was filling and adequate but not delicious. The Caesar salad was served with barely any dressing. I will say the fillet was tasty and definitely the star of the meal. It was served with loaded mash potatoes and the cheese and other toppings were served cold on top like someone walked by the salad making station and tossed a handful of cheese and cold bacon on the mash on the way to the table. We've been here twice. The fist time was fine. Food was good. Service good. Second time we visited was at 9:00 PM on a Saturday. It was a horrible experience. I'll start with the good. Waitress and hostess were nice. Okay I'm done with the good. Some woman started to clean the booths and restaurant while we were still eating. She was throwing the booth bench covers on the ground, sweeping trash near us, and workers were taking out restroom trash right by our table. All of our steaks were cooked incorrectly. I ordered medium and got well done. He cleaning and sweeping trash near us was disgusting and inappropriate. 100% we won't be back. Do better Outback. They recently got a new owner and team and they are very hands on and can be seen cleaning tables and bringing out the food and really pitching in to help the staff and customers. The waiters are good and they are fast! It was packed and got drinks and onion in 5 minutes and it was fresh. Definitely get the new special the Sugar Steak..it melts in your mouth. Hugs and onion soup. Last year we stopped here and I explained I had roots in the are...my Great Grandmother was a McCoy who married a Hatfield. Not the ones who started the feud which was over a pig by the way, but she would tell you all about that. Turns out our waitress was a Hatfield, and she came around the counter to hug me. After such a great experience, who wouldn't go back. This time it was for Cheese Fondue (get this!) and a salad. Both were good. Waiter at bar wasn't as friendly ... but you can't go back, right? I'm surprised to read the bad reviews on this location. So as a warning, I ordered take out from this location during the COVID lockdown. I ordered from the website and waited outside in my car. The server prompted brought my food out to me. She was wearing a mask and the handoff went well. The order was correct. They also included bread and utensils.
