Ok so giving a 1 star is harsh, but I am not exaggerating! Very disappointed in the service, food, and all around atmosphere. I am truly not a complainer. I love people and love to give good reviews. I am a business consultant, have owned my own business, and enjoy a nice dinner when out of town and so I know the struggles, however when I asked if this was franchised and the waitress said yes and the owner was there. We came in at 4:15 after traveling all day. Had a 15 minute wait in an almost empty restaurant. Our waitress was slow, service was slow. Ordered filets, which were dry, flavorless & not hot. We had to send back the cold baked potatoes & got potatoes the same temperature back. The potatoes definitely could have been cooked longer. Paid extra for the chopped blue cheese salad, which had a hint of blue cheese flavor but we couldn't find any chunks in the salad. We will not be back! read more

Been sitting here for 50 minutes on a Sunday (starting at) 3pm. Waited for a host just to see us while a line formed behind us. Now have been sitting for 45 minutes still with no food (ordered two grilled chicken dishes and a kid's tenders). Manager is here and a dozen servers but nothing is getting done. Wow! Ordered steak dinners. They came and we asked where the salads were. They forgot to bring them. My sirloin was way undercooked and sent back. I did get my salad at that point to eat while waiting for my steak. I asked about bread and they said they were out of bread. They ran out of ribeye's and small sirloins. Also ran out of sour cream. If I didn't have to give a star I definitely wouldn't! I am a local and visit this outback honestly 3-4 times a months. Before this trip I only had small complains but this time it was so awful I will NOT be returning. There's other steakhouse in the area worth visiting. I as well work in a restaurant so know things. But when one calls and make reservations they should be sat right away! Instead our reservations for 15 was put behind an hour. The front of the house manager was incredibly rude. This restaurant needs major help and some firing. Our server was as well rude, as a server this is YOUR INCOME! Be kind or find another job!! Not worth the visit save your time! read more

As a frequent business traveler, I eat at a lot of Outbacks, simply because they have healthier choices and are (up till this past experience) consistent with service and food quality. I arrived around 7:30, sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender. She asked if I'd like a drink; before I could answer she bustled off. 10 minutes later she took my order. The drink was well poured. I asked for a menu twice and received it5 minutes later. I guess I should have reached across the bar and just grabbed it, but I think that would have been rude. Another 5 minutes after I closed my menu and kept trying to catch her eye, I was able to order. I ordered my standard: seared ahi tuna and crab stack. The ahi tuna was the standard very good. However, the bartender quickly brought out the crab "stack", which looked ones like a pile of vomit. I stopped her as she tried to rush away to tell her it was unacceptable. She agreed and said the kitchen was already making another, but she thought I'd want that one. I declined, slightly grossed out. She Then brought out another one, which looked just as messy and nasty - like it had been slapped on with an ice cream scoop. I gave up, not really wanting to make a fuss. I finished my tuna and nibbled at the chips around the crab slop. A few moments later the manager came over, having realized that the bartender had snuck that under his nose. He couldn't have been nicer, but called it the "new" crab stack item. This has been on the Outback menu nationwide for at least 3 years! I told him that and he was gracious and embarrassed. He didn't charge me for it, and asked me, when I'm back in town, to give them another chance. This is obviously only in business because it catches travelers coming through on the interstate and is placed in the midst of the same hotels that catch these same travelers. *Round 2 - tried again, hoping it was a bad night. Completely clustered. Dinner was free due to 1. Slow service; and 2. Awful presentation (ordered crabstack. I didn't complain, management noted the issue. Also noted errors in orders/ timing issues with other diners. read more

Decent service, but why the heck is tennis on? I even played tennis in high school but come on, it's not something you watch on TV unless you are a die hard and who is that? No one. Also the amount of fries they give you is terrible. It's not a kids meal we are ordering off of. I'm no pig but you can give a little bit more than 10 especially for a 16$ meal read more

Trust Yelp, IT HAS 2.5 STARS FOR A REASON! Saw 2.5 stars and hadn't been to an Outback in over 10 years, BUT, it was right across the street from our hotel. What a mistake...three of us went in for lunch and there were just a few others in the place. We ordered our food and it took forever (joked about how busy it was). I got the Caesar salad with added shrimp and another ordered chicken strips and the other ordered a burger with bacon. Got the salad and it was just lettuce and way too much dressing (shrimp were cold and looked/tasted like they were grilled about a week ago). Burger came with no bacon and the chicken strips were so overcooked they crumbled to the touch. Manager came by and offered the Cobb salad and I accepted (wasn't thinking straight). Took waaaay too long so got it to go (remember, the wait staff/manager outnumbered the amount of folks in the place). BTW, I didn't eat the replacement salad, no telling what special sauce ended up in it. Server Katie was very nice but the rest of the experience was awful!!! read more

Mediocre food and service. We ordered a bloomin onion but sent it back because it was burnt and greasy. Now I know it's fried, but we have had plenty of bloomin onions that were not soaked in grease. My husband ordered a medium rare steak with soup and salad. The salad was swimming in dressing and the soup smothered in cheese. I ordered the ahi app for my entree and it was blah. The steak was rare so he sent it back-no problems with round 2, it came back cooked right and didn't take too long. The manager brought the steak out and apologized and said the bloomin onion was taken off the bill. He then promised to refill my water and never came back. The server also promised to refill it and never got around to it. Honestly, I think the manager was too busy flirting with the wait staff to care. Finally, we were given the bill but the bloomin onion had not been taken off as promised. So we had to track the server down for that. So all in all, pretty mediocre for a restaurant and bad for Outback Steakhouse. read more

This is one of the best Outback locations I've eaten at. I never have an issue with the food or service. Tonight I had steak and lobster, and both were cooked perfectly. The server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I'm a food service professional and can be very picky about food and service. I have no complaints at all about this location, and that's not something I can say very often. read more

This is the absolute worst dining experience ever! Arrived at 7:30 and was seated. At 7:39 our order was placed. We ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner at the same time. At 8:40 I went to find the manager. We had appetizers and no dinner for a party of 5. Note--plenty of empty tables! Food showed up at 8:45 and was marginal quality! Finished eating. Again, talked to manager who said "26 minutes is normal". Big difference between 26 and 60 minutes! Ugh! So we paid--Gee thanks for 10% discount--and they LOST OUR CREDIT CARD! Took another 10 minutes before we could leave! All total, nearly 2 hours! Horrible service, terrible management and food was the worst at any outback ever! Never again!!! read more

Typical outback - nothing more (or less). Service spotty on a couple occasions. Prime Rib overcooked (maybe dry from being pre-cooked)

The service was very slow. Our waitress told me baked potatoes were not gonna to be done for another hour and the two tables beside us received four baked potatoes. The waitress brought us diet cokes twice when we asked for regular cokes and she instead she wouldn't make the same mistake twice.. Well, she did. The food was ok. I very rarely ever post bad reviews or complain. I worked in food service, I know how hectic it can get in a restaurant. We came here for my sons birthday. We called at approximately 1:00 for call ahead seating and were told it was an approximate hour wait. We got there about 1:40 and at 2:30 we were finally seated. The waiter gave us free appetizers to make up for the wait, and he seemed to genuinely try, but the entire experience was a disappointment. It is 4:08 and we are just now leaving. I don't know if it was just a bad day, or if service really has declined that much, but I hope it is the former. Outback has always been one of our favorite places to eat. read more

Where do I begin.... Tables are dirty, smells like urine from mop water, lots of employees walking around trying to look busy, food was cold, took 1.75 hours for dinner. We stop at the Buckley exit often on our way back and forth down South. The entire time we were here, the one male bartender "counted inventory" on his iPad while sitting on a ladder. The female bartender was left to tend to the bar, get drinks for the tables, and get food from the back. Many of the seated guests around the bar, walked up to the bar to get drinks bc their waitresses were very slow. Everytime we saw Matt the manager, he was gathered around with waitresses chit chatting. The most unprofessional restaurant scenewe have ever seen! When the female bartender asked the manager to go grab a new bottle of alcohol for a guest's drink, he went missing for 20 minutes. Clearly, this poor management is getting to the team and they are in turn, acting the same. I hope that Outback Corporate views this and pays serious attention to this location! read more

I liked Outback in the past but my last couple of experiences have not good, especially at this Outback. Service was not good. Waitress brought large beers. Did not ask us what size we wanted. Vegetables were mushy and food was not as described. All in all a disappointing experience. read more

Great location but terrible experience here. From waiting forever on food and drinks to not having any clean plates, this place is a disorganized mess. Service was terrible and very slow, but I dont know how much can be blamed on the servers. At one point, our group finally got bread and appetizers, but we didn't have plates or silverware and the server ran away pretending not to hear us when we asked for it. I went to the bar to ask for help, and the bartender promptly went to get us plates and flatware. He came back with dinner plates (not app plates) which were still hot from the dishwasher- apparently they were running out of plates and that's all they had!! We never got anything we asked for from the waitress, including refills and sauces for the food, half of our orders were not correct, and the food was definitely not enough to make up for it. Just sad how poorly managed this place is, our group typically loves Outback and stopped here while traveling- disappointing. read more

When we arrived 5 minutes later, we were greeted by the matryde who said she gave our table away because someone else came in and that we would have to wait for another large-party table to be seated. The women's bathroom was out of toilet paper in all but one stall , papertowel dispenser was broken.People all over the restaurant had to send food back sometimes multie times. I personally sent my steak back for being burnt when I ordered medium well. Whe the steak came back it was rare at best. The first indication that this outback was going to be different than all others that we have eaten, was that the U and T of the huge lit OUTBACK sign were not lit! We were a party of 6 and we ordered drinks and we got those AFTER we ordered our meal. We never got any bread. They were out of shmirknoff vodka. We ordered our food. They did not have prime rib. They did not have a rib eye steak. WAIT! ARE YOU A STEAK HOUSE?? They did not have teriyaki tenderloins! Basically, filets all around. The waitress asked how we wanted them cooked... Not sure why! Cooked well done! Never got the potato soup ordered! Not one plate was ever cleared from the table (appetizers or salad). Not sure how they stay in business! The only hope is travelers stopping to eat there may not read the reviews on yelp! Service was slow, food was mediocre at best.
